The Prodigal Haze Part XII continues our exploration of intense hop character! This rendition features a blend of hand-selected hops from America's West Coast and our friends at Eggers Hops in New Zealand. Brewed with a focus on cool whirlpool temperatures and massive hop additions, it bursts with aromas of ripe pineapple, summer berry salad, candied citrus peel, and passionfruit sorbet! Pouring a pale yellow hue, akin to Part XI, this hazy beauty is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The creamy qualities of our house yeast meld with these tropical aromas, blurring the line between a Triple IPA and a fresh, sweet smoothie. As with every Prodigal Haze release, the experience remains as enticing on the last sip as it is on the first

Triple Drippy is a Triple IPA pouring a pale yellow color with a swell of white foam rising above the glass. This iteration of our Drip series utilizes a massive blend of Southern Hemisphere hops and an increased volume of crystal malts for a chewy body. Citra saturates the beer with notes of grapefruit candy, mango smoothies, and orange sorbet. A charge of legendary New Zealand varieties, Nelson and Peacharine, bursts with sweet notes of summer peaches, passionfruit candy, white sangria, and ripe melon. Slightly off to the side of the canvas, where the hand has transcribed the mind's eye into reality, lies the evidence of many days' work. Brushes thick with color have dripped onto the jars that hold them, while paper lies crumpled with sketches and blots of abandoned ideas. Then there's the most humble abstraction of all: the palette itself, a smattering of spring colors and a topographical byproduct of conscious creation.

For this curious exploration into the art and science of hoppy beers, we experimented with stressing our yeast in new and untrialled ways to coax exclusive and intriguing fruit esters from fermentation. The result, paired with massive doses of potent American Hops, is a hugely aromatic beer with a soft flavor profile featuring singular notes of honeydew melon, ripe tropical fruit, a hint of yellow raspberry, and sweet overripe pineapple. A simple, natural effervescence provides the signature fluffy mouthfeel we have come to know and love from Tree House.

We taste orange creamsicle, orange vanilla bean syrup, and orange juice-like hops atop an original Tree House mouthfeel. This beer works well on its own but also contributes mightily to novel cocktails and other inventive summer drinks!

Whether in the vast expanse of the cosmos above, or the final frontier of our own planet, deep within the uncharted depths of our oceans, we dwell amidst the parentheses of enigma. We, as humans, seem to be the exact wrong size to decipher the hidden cogs that mold our fate while distant realms linger on either side of us, on both macro and microscales. When our conscious selves grapple with these impenetrable barriers, at times all we can do is surrender to slumber and let our minds toil freely. Countless dilemmashave been resolved, meanings unraveled, and muses stirred in the mystic workings of the unconscious mind. These profound insights often vanish when scrutinized, darting away like hares into the foggy undergrowth, yet occasionally, under just the right circumstances, they can be gently persuaded into the light. ‘In a Dream’ is an ode to possibilities that have been plucked from the ether and materialized into reality. It’s a rich, Double IPA that pours a vibrant mix of orange and yellow, beneath dreamy clouds of white foam. Brimming with generous amounts of Eclipse hops, this beer erupts with a torrent of citrusy delights. The air is perfumed with the scents of mandarin orange and grapefruit zest, succeeded by crisp, hoppy resins. We Invite you to relish this remarkable beverage with someone worthy of sharing your dreams.

King Julius is an American Double IPA brewed to be an exceptionally flavorful, juicy, and hop saturated beer while never tiring the palate. Its vivid citrus aromas give way to flavors of orange creamsicle, mango smoothie, and a bounty of fresh tropical fruit. We find it to be supremely soft in the midst of an onslaught of flavor...a beer we are quite proud of.

Milky King Julius Peach is a rendition of one of our favorite Double IPAs, brewed to carry even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malts, yeast, fruit purees, and processes over the last three years. You may wonder what separates this beer from the original King Julius. Well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original King Julius. Well, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original. We then condition it on literal buckets of peach puree! Pouring a milky orange color into your glass, it leads with notes of ripe peaches, citrus zest, mango nectar, and bursts with a melange of melon and stone fruit before finishing with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. The king is back and has never tasted this smooth.

Candied Orbit pours a glowing orange color with clouds of foam as dense as a nebula. Citra and Simcoe burst with aromas of grapefruit hard candy, fresh OJ, passionfruit, and pine. Curiosity 162 pours a glowing orange color with a rising cloud of foam. We utilized Nelson and Cascade hops in the mash, boil, and dry hop, lending pungent notes of white grape, muddled red berries, and bright lychee. An additional charge of our freshly selected Galaxy in the dry hop bursts with notes of ripe pineapple and passionfruit ice cream.

Or Give Me Death is a Double IPA that bursts with tropical hop saturation. A base of Citra brings forth notes of ruby red grapefruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and mango nectar. We then added Prysma Galaxy hop extract from our friends at Barth-Haas, which coats the palate with notes of pineapple candy, piña coladas, and passionfruit. The freedom to chart our own destiny is a universal yearning. For so many it is not a philosophical exercise, but a question wagered with their very life. This beer is dedicated to those who left history forever changed in their wake.

In 2014, I brewed an American Pale Ale - Beneficiaries of Chance - to celebrate marrying the love of my life, Lauren. Over the years time has become a perpetual tradition to honor our bond with a new, celebratory beer to mark the occasion. For our fourth anniversary, I am pleased to offer a new Double IPA, I Have Promises To Keep! It is brewed with copious doses of Nelson and Citra in both the kettle and the dry hop. It tastes and smells strongly of citrus, sweet sauvignon blanc grapes, and gooseberries. It is loaded with flavor and yet maintains an easy drinking, mouth watering appeal. As the years pass by, and bonds grow deeper, it’s vital to reflect upon, and give thanks for, the special people in your life. I sincerely hope that this beer may serve as a vehicle to do so.

This West Coast IPA has notes of dank hop yards, bitter citrus peel, and freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit. Westy is a beer for carving your path across an endless winter or summer, wherever you roam. You'll find us through the brambles, downstream, following the game trails arrow. Nobody discovers the hidden gems without being a little bit crazy. Speaking of which, the love of hops was more than a bit rebellious back in the day... still scares some people off. Not us. Not with this West Coast beauty. Westy is brewed with every intent to hit your palate with intense flavor. Utilizing a historic blend of Pacific Northwest hops and weighing in at 7.8% with 100 IBUs, this is a grapefruit and pine-forward bomb. Poured vigorously, peaks of sticky foam erupt above the rim and leave white switchbacks of lacing cascading down the glass. On top of a classic West Coast body, notes of dank hop yards, bitter citrus peel, and freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice leap out of the glass. Cheers to nostalgia and life's next big adventure.

Designed to be endlessly drinkable yet packed with the vibrant Tree House character you've come to love, it pours a beautiful, hazy yellow in the glass. Gentle aromas of sweet orange, ripe pineapple, and tropical hop oils set the stage. The palate delivers bright hits of grassy citrus and juicy mango. At just 2.3% ABV, Tiny House has remarkably minimal malt and alcohol presence, allowing the fresh, punchy hop character to shine with real clarity.
