Juice Machine was originally devised and brewed to support our very first trip to Extreme Beer Festival in 2014. This variation contains extra mango and pineapple! It is essentially a marriage of the King Julius malt bill with a hopping intensity schedule similar to that of Very Green. The use of Magnum, Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, and Galaxy creates perhaps our most complex drink with unapologetic flavors of tangerine, mango, lime, papaya, and grapefruit with waves of dankness.

We first fell in love with Galaxy in 2011. In 2019, we finally experienced it in a sunny hop garden in Tasmania. We’ve been asking for whole cones to brew with back home ever since. Begging, really, since they've never been exported. After years of asking, two bales finally arrived. These are the first bales of whole cone Galaxy ever to reach America. One went into One Of A Kind. It oozes ripe pineapple and passion fruit, with a ripping tropical hop oil flavor.
