Fellowship Nitro is our London Porter crafted with traditional carbonation and conditioned on freshly sourced vanilla beans. Pouring an obsidian color with a dollop of coffee-colored foam, subtle aromas of baker's chocolate and earthy hops rise from the glass. Contained within its smooth body are notes of caramel malts, vanilla lattes, and molasses-drizzled toast. The addition of nitro carbonation adds an authentic pub-like creamy texture to its complex character and a soft mineral finish.

It is meticulously crafted to style, and heightened through the dutiful utilization of the advanced process controls of our modern brewhouse. An extended mash program and a careful fermentation profile yields a delightfully hazy beer with a rising, rocky white head. To further enhance this delicate character, we dry-hop the beer with purposefully-selected notable* hops that impart a more concentrated and potent experience to its base beer, Dreamer. We taste and smell saturated spicy clove, banana, a hint of bubble gum, and the aforementioned hop character wrapped up in a creamy mouthfeel and an airy body. Gristmill is our American Wheat Beer. Brewed with All-American Wheat and 2-Row Barley, Gristmill is simple in construct but elegant and beautiful in presentation and taste. It pours a wistful yellow color into your glass and puts forth notes of doughy wheat and clean malt. The flavor follows suit, with a mild dough-like character offset by a thirst-quenching bitterness and clean pale malt note.

Mango Tart is a tart session beer constructed to be a refreshing, easy-drinking beer with a zippy amount of acidity and a dry body.
