This beer was conceived with the intent to push the concept of Doppelganger to the limit of flavor and intensity. Both the kettle hopping rates and dry hopping rates were increased while keeping the base beer the same. The result is intense, but also surprising in its balance and softness. The mouthfeel is viscous and coating with flavors of overripe mango, dank citrus, and tropical fruit balanced by a sharp but pleasant finish. A treat to warm you up as a true New England winter takes hold!

Woodstock Fern is a Double IPA utilizing a novel yeast strain that produces potent tropical aromas during primary fermentation. A showcase of New Zealand terroir, we blend hand-selected Nelson and Peacharine hops, lending white grape and floral summer peach aromas. An additional charge of Motueka and Waimea then adds an undercurrent of citrus peel and subtle woody aromatics to its soft and juicy body.

Our cross-continental IPA! Made with Australian and American hops, this tropical heavy IPA opens up in the glass with notes of hugely flavorful notes of lemon-lime, pineapple, orange sorbet, and tangerine. It has a soft but pointed bitterness and a rich, velvety mouth feel. Intensely kettle and dry hopped yet balanced and flavorful, Green is a beloved crew favorite here at Tree House!

Tropical Hurricane is a Double IPA featuring intense kettle & dry hop additions of primarily Simcoe & Citra. For this rendition of our Hurricane Series, we utilized a novel Thiolized yeast designed to amplify tropical aromatics.

This Single IPA rendition of Haze is soft and balanced carrying notes of peach nectar, orange juice, and sweetened grapefruit. Daze fills an enormous hole in our line-up by presenting you with a single IPA rendition of Haze. Like its sister beers Julius, Green, Alter Ego, and Sap, Daze is in the absolute sweet spot for maximum flavor, enjoyability, and drinkability. Not as light as a pale ale and not as heavy as a double IPA, Daze presents with all of the wondrous flavors of and character of Haze in a slightly less alcoholic package. Daze pours a glowing yellow color in the glass and puts forth flavors and aromas of peach nectar, orange juice, and sweetened grapefruit. It is balanced by a soft and thirst quenching bitterness that gently graces your palate with tropical hop oils.
