Big Pineapple Crisp is Very Green, conditioned atop cinnamon sticks and literal buckets of pineapple purée. This treatment elevates its hop-saturated pineapple aromatics while adding layers of sugary spice. Pouring a glowing hazy yellow in the glass, Pineapple Crisp carries notes of overripe pineapple, passionfruit, fluffy caramelized pancakes, and brown sugar–cinnamon topping.
