2 photos: Very Hazy. 💜

Very Hazy. 💜 Purple = peachy at Tree House. 🍑 This beer is just as eye-poppingly delicious as the first day we tried it. Double, soft, creamy, intensely hoppy, and finished with the perfect amount of bitterness.

Everything we want out of a Double IPA. 👑

Everything we want out of a Double IPA. 👑 The years of obsessive tweaking of brewing processes and ingredient selection that go into our flagship Julius are amplified in every way. In this beer, we build a sweet, juicy malt bill that can withstand a massive amount of hops, all hand-selected and blended into a tropical storm of flavor. 🌴🌊 Each batch is but a quick moment in time, and it still doesn't last long, but if you're here, you can fill your fridge.

An unassuming name for a coffee we're incredibly proud of. It's roasty, snappy, and full of cocoa and caramel notes from our own bean blend. House Blend is the coffee we reach for in our cooler doors. It's our take on the everyday cup, thoughtfully crafted to make even an ordinary morning feel a little more special. Sourced, roasted in-house, cold-extracted, and packaged immediately, House Blend isn't what you'll find on the shelves. It's right here, right where it's made.

Broadly speaking, the coffee flavor wheel has two sides: bright and fruity, and rich and chocolatey. Aurora brings the best of both worlds together in the same cup. We source specific Central American beans for an undercurrent of dark chocolate, then layer in African beans for a splash of juicy blackberry. We do our best to keep this in stock, but it's gained quite a loyal following. Don't sleep on this one.

2 photos: In case you haven't noticed, we love Galaxy hops.

In case you haven't noticed, we love Galaxy hops. Very Green is an amplified version of Green. Scaling it up into Double IPA territory lets us use even more of our beloved Australian hops, and the aroma is unreal. Pineapple, passion fruit, and citrus are so potent it smells like you just cut into the fruit itself. Feels like it's been a minute. We're very hoppy - err, very happy - to have Very Green back in our coolers.

4 photos: 🌾🍋 Fields of Citra. 🌾🍋

🌾🍋 Fields of Citra. 🌾🍋 If you haven't had our Bright series, this amplified rarity is a heck of an introduction. We use a different yeast strain than the super hazy beers you're used to, but it's a Tree House staple we've been refining for years. It carries a burst of hoppy citrus and tropical fruit with a super snappy body. 🍊🌴✨ Our team is back from hop selection on the West Coast, a yearly pilgrimage to find the very best, and nothing less will do. It can take literal days to test samples of a single variety; beers like this are the result of all that hard work.

4 photos: 🥭🫧 Go mango Go mango Go! 🥭🫧

🥭🫧 Go mango Go mango Go! 🥭🫧 Making an exceptional wheat vodka is hard work. Adding mangoes and bubbles is much less complicated. Super simple, insanely refreshing. These have been a hit this summer. And we bet they're a hit this fall, too. If you haven't tried them yet, they may surprise you.

The Paloma is, unsurprisingly, dubbed Mexico's national drink. If you're looking for a great cocktail, start with a simple build. We take our own agave spirit, Casa de Arbol, add a touch of agave syrup for sweetness, and blend in enough grapefruit to make it burst from the glass.

5 photos: Sequoia is our Red IPA, and it is back and fresh here at Tree House today.

Sequoia is our Red IPA, and it is back and fresh here at Tree House today. It is aggressively hopped with a unique blend of Columbus, Chinook, Nelson, and Simcoe hops. This beer rouses the senses with a rush of orange citrus, sparkling grapefruit, and piney resin. Following behind these snappy aromas are layers of rich caramel and toffee undertones from a complex malt bill. We've always sought inspiration from our travels. Walking among these giants, you feel like you're in a prehistoric forest dropped from the heavens. There's no shortage of awe among the skyscrapers of our modern cities, but the smallness you feel among these giant trees sticks with you and never leaves. The rust-colored bark and grand scale of this corner of California got us thinking of the beers of equal stature that rocked our world when we first fell in love with beer. More often than not, the conceptual side of recipe building is a great guide. It's a beautiful ruby hue, aggressively West Coast, and carries a resinous note that transports you into the woods. We were fortunate to return to Sequoia National Park this past week, and this carousel contains a few of the photos we came home with. Particularly striking is the 4th slide, which shows the famed General Sherman tree. This behemoth is the largest living tree on Earth by volume, and it is a genuine sight to behold.

🍊🍊🍊🧡🍊🍊🍊 We make a lot of Julius because you drink a lot of Julius. (We drink a lot of Julius too, but you can have first dibs.)

Why should Seltzer be boring?

Why should Seltzer be boring? To make Razzy, we steep our bubbly raspberry seltzer on bags of dried butterfly pea flower. These near-flavorless flowers are packed with antioxidants and collagen-boosting properties, but more importantly, they turn it bright blue! Our favorite way to drink it is over ice with a splash of lemon; the pH change turns the blue into royal purple right before your eyes. Simple ingredients and a bit of magic 🪄

Spaghett is here at Tree House, and it's memorable. If you haven't tried this underdog riff on an Aperol Spritz, it's time to join the party. A shot of red amaro or aperitivo in an American lager has become a craze worth seeking. Our version starts with a special run of our House Lager in old-fashioned clear glass bottles, plus a splash of Touquet, our cranberry and orange aperitivo. Clink your glasses, take a swig, and find out what all the buzz is about. It's available over bar in Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury now.

3 photos: Squeezing every last bit of autumnal refreshment we can from our brew kettles.

Squeezing every last bit of autumnal refreshment we can from our brew kettles. October Squeeze is a Pale Ale crafted with a classic duo of kettle hops and dry-hops. Citra and Simcoe burst with aromas of mango, grapefruit, and lemon before finishing with notes of pine and fresh-cut grass. It happens at night, noticed in the morning, speckled with dew; the air is cool. The bees are ferociously unconcerned with anything lacking petals. The tree at the edge of the yard, woken from its summer stupor, is about to ignite. This is how it goes, slowly wading through the weight of August, until, as if snapped out of a dream, branches bend with fruit, fields cover themselves in gold, and birds scatter like ash from the smoldering forest. October is here.

2 photos: Maple Season!

Maple Season! Sugarmaker is a Maple IPA crafted with a sweet malt bill of dark Munich, 2-row, and CaraPils Copper malts that lend notes of caramel, graham cracker, and honey to its fluffy body. Furthering its sweet base, buckets of maple syrup help to dry its profile while lending sweet aromas of maple candy. Finally, a blend of Centennial, Citra, and Cascade bursts with notes of citrus and pine. It's brand new and instantly one of our most unique seasonals; its mood is perfectly captured by our own Sarah Lavaberry. Amongst the pine, beech, birch, and oak is the most generous of trees. Silver, black, red, and sugar: the maples gather the world's sweetness until the snow begins its slow retreat. Hidden rivers fill our buckets as clouds of steam swell and tumble toward the sky.

4 photos: Pacific Sunrise, Dolcita, Amarillo, and Citra.

Pacific Sunrise, Dolcita, Amarillo, and Citra. We use this combination exclusively in this rare release. Tree of Discovery is a Double IPA that highlights, like few others, the magic of biotransformation. The compounds within each of these hop varieties responsible for aromas of citrus, floral nectar, and tropical juice undergo stunning transformations when introduced to the fermenting beer at an early stage. This process essentially doubles each hop's output and creates a complex profile that continues to evolve as the beer opens up. There's a whole world of flavor out there, and a lot to Discover in Tree House-land. We will never stop seeking its twists and turns.

3 photos: Off the Highway, onto the main road, up the driveway, there's always a light on for those we love.

Off the Highway, onto the main road, up the driveway, there's always a light on for those we love. Lights On is a very familiar Pale Ale born from new beginnings. Fluffy, light, and meant to be shared.

2 photos: No, we didn't fall asleep at the keyboard; the triple A is for AMPLIFIED!

No, we didn't fall asleep at the keyboard; the triple A is for AMPLIFIED! AAAlterrr Ego is a heavily hop-saturated IPA with buckets of Amarillo and Mosaic hops. It's still astoundingly fluffy but with insanely potent notes of blueberry and peach. All the As and all the Rs mean a lot more to love.

Mmmmm, marshmallows. ☁️

Mmmmm, marshmallows. ☁️ Green gets conditioned on clouds of marshmallow that turn its hop-forward, pineappley body into an even fluffier masterpiece. It hits us with waves of sugary vanilla notes but transitions into classic Green with no overt sweetness. We would like to apologize for the shortage of campfire marshmallows. We seem to have put them all into this beer. 🔥🏕️🔥

2 photos: Unabashed praise for Pumpkin Spice season, the best way we know how.

Unabashed praise for Pumpkin Spice season, the best way we know how. Single Shot Pumpkin Spice! Our Coffee Stout offers waves of roast, molten chocolate, and creamy lattes with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove in the aroma, and a zing of spice on the finish. October starts right here.

Our Supercell batch of Galactic Storm meets a mangrove of mangoes!

Our Supercell batch of Galactic Storm meets a mangrove of mangoes! Total tropical hop saturation and a wave of sticky mango nectar folded in for good measure. What an absolute beast of a beer.

2 photos: ⚡️⚡️⚡️ It's alive!⚡️⚡️⚡️

⚡️⚡️⚡️ It's alive!⚡️⚡️⚡️ Frankenlagerstein is pieced together from three beer styles. We started with a wheat-heavy grist fit for a Hefeweizen, then pitched Kölsch, an ale yeast with lager tendencies. After a cold fermentation, we dry-hopped this German hodgepodge with buckets of Cascade, the classic American Pale Ale hop. The result is a silky, fruity beer with notes of citrus peel and pine. Our brewers kick around out-there ideas like this during downtime. October felt like the right time to stop talking and brew one. 🧟‍♂️

3 photos: Home, Home on the Range.

Home, Home on the Range. On the Range is a delicate Saison crafted with Montana Pilsner, wheat, and malted oats, then hopped with U.S.-grown Saaz hops. It leads with aromas of wildflowers and lemon peel, which give way to notes of wheat crackers, fresh hay, and a hint of honey. In our travels out west, some of our crew have made pit stops in the great state of Montana, and it got us thinking about a special recipe to celebrate its terroir. Theres really nowhere like it, Forests give way to mountains, which open to endless praires and eventually the badlands. Especially for Bay staters like us, it's hard to wrap our minds around the fact that the state is roughly twice the size of New England. A little Saison for a big country.
