Agave spirit, agave syrup, and lime. No notes. 🌵🍋 Making an agave spirit from scratch is hard work. So when the work is over, we keep it simple. Lena Marita is the easy part. Crack it, pour it, and enjoy the hell out of it.🍹

This is one case where you can judge a book by its cover. 🧇🍁🫐 Wafflebanger is brewed with Grade A maple syrup and our most blueberry-forward Mosaic hops. It’s fluffy, chewy, malty, hoppy, and juicy. In other words, the most important beer of the day.

The lemonade stand is open for good. We love our bubbly summer lemonade series, and the Strawberry version might just be our favorite. 🍓🍋☀️

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Seltzer is filled with notes of juicy summer berries and a confounding hint of chocolate! Ice Cream is a year-round treat for the hearty New England soul; this seltzer helps us get our fix at any time of day at virtually no cost to the calorie count. Cone sold separately.

Hey gang - tickets for October in the Field are on sale now at the link in our bio. Like our fireworks displays, these tickets go faster each year - don't sleep! We're celebrating our growing tradition in not one, but two (!) Tree House locations this year, adding Saratoga Springs to the roster of major autumnal celebrations. We may still be wiping summer's humidity from our brows, but it's never too early to start dreaming of pumpkin launchers, a deep line-up of live music, and our most coveted lager beers all in one place. October 3rd and 4th. Autumn always arrives faster than you think.

A fresh little harvested bonus to round out our day - say hello to Juicy Road. 🧃 A fork in the road leads us down a path past our plots of berries and gnarled orchards of apples and pears. A rainbow spills from the fermentory doors, sparkling with juicy delights. Juicy Road is a rendition of our Pale Ale Joy Road. With a fluffy body and classic New England haze, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Riwaka hops shine through in its soft, crisp profile. We also introduced a novel yeast strain to amplify its tropical notes of sweet passionfruit, fresh grapefruit juice, and woody pine resin. Why take a detour off the beaten path? There’s the beautiful scenery, the quiet sounds of nature, and our rustic taproom inside a renovated cider house. Oh yeah, and super-fresh beer. We’ve always got small projects like today’s release sneaking into our lineup. Our little fermentory has all the resources from our flagship location in Charlton, and they put them to good use. Take me home, Juicy Road.

We told ya there would be some Creamsicle shenanigans this week, didn’t we? 🍦 We took a small portion of Emperor Julius and conditioned it on mounds of fresh-cut vanilla beans. Our process is pretty simple: We take fresh vanilla beans, macerate and bag them, and then place them in our brite tanks. As we purge out the oxygen in preparation for the beer to be transferred in, the cellar air is filled with tropical, mellow vanilla bean aromas (because we use A LOT of vanilla). That’s it. Great hops and fresh vanilla create one of our favorite limited releases.🍦 Shenanigans concluded. For now.

We may need to hire an archivist. 📖✒️ Another batch is brought back into the light, this time an early foray into TIPA territory. The Big One hasn’t been brewed since 2022. It’s a bombastic explosion of mango, OJ, and tropical citrus that finishes with a thirst-quenching bitterness. A big return for the Big One, indeed.

Sometimes you come out of a tough situation with some new tools and a new perspective. We first brewed this beer during a tumultuous time rife with change inside and outside the brewery. It combines two of our favorite flavor profiles, a bit of Very Hazy and a dash of Very Green throughout its journey to the can. We also brew this to remind us how far we've come from those early days of poor stock and long lines into a well-oiled machine producing an ever-changing list of incredible fresh beer - and spirits, and coffee, and cocktails. We always want you to hang out and enjoy the vibe at each of our locations, but we're built for a quick stop, too. You can order online or in person and be out the door with a full cooler in minutes if you just need a refill. Back up the station wagon.

3 photos: We had one more idea for Sojourn.

We had one more idea for Sojourn. We took a small portion of our current batch of Sojourn and conditioned it on creamy vanilla. Our favorite American Stouts have two distinct flavor profiles: one imparted by the grain and one by the hops. Vanilla is the perfect bridge, adding a toasty quality to its chocolate and roasty notes while balancing its burst of bitter citrus hops with notes of homemade ice cream. Decidedly old school, but decadent nonetheless. Pour it after dinner and call it dessert.

Sojourn Coffee is an American Stout with notes of roasted grains and chocolate caramels. A dose of Magnum and Centennial hops tames its sweetness with a flash of dried citrus peel and earthy pine. Furthering its depth of character, we conditioned it on Darkside, our roastiest blend, adding notes of molasses and fudge throughout. It's in the returning to a place that you finally get to see all you've overlooked. When we arrive back in New England a good walk in the woods feels like a homecoming; plopping down on the endless stone walls from lonegone farmland is a good way to declutter the mind. These simple monuments, free of hubris or pretension, stitch together the landscape like quiltwork—places to sit and contemplate where we are going and what we may leave behind.

With tasting notes like these, it’s kind of insane that we’ve only brewed this Hazy Ripper once: 🍊 Orange zest 🍌 Ripe Banana 🍋 Lime popsicles 🍍 Sweet pineapple We blend our favorite hand-selected lots of Citra with our newest selection of New Zealand hops and, bing, bang, boom - you’ve got yourself a certified juice bomb. 🌊🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️

3 photos: You didn't think we were going to miss National Creamsicle Day, did you?

You didn't think we were going to miss National Creamsicle Day, did you? Creamsicle Seltzer uses the same techniques and ingredients as our vanilla beers, but it's a dreamy non-alcoholic offering you can crush all day. It pours a pretty copper color from bags of fresh vanilla, and it's super citrusy. There just isn't another seltzer like it. 🍊🍦

It's an absolutely wild day of releases, gang, so lock in, get your coolers ready, and put your weekend hats on.

It's an absolutely wild day of releases, gang, so lock in, get your coolers ready, and put your weekend hats on. It starts with our Creamy Cookie Latte! 🍪🥛 If we can’t do it better, we don’t do it. It’s a simple rule that informs much of what we do here. The Coffee Department embodies that philosophy in every release. They source our coffees, roast them, bag them by hand, extract cold brews, and make each syrup for our specialty lattes from scratch using real ingredients. Our Cookies & Cream Latte is made with a homemade syrup utilizing roasted cacao nibs and fresh vanilla beans. It tastes like the best dark chocolate, cream-filled cookie you’ve ever had. 🍪

There's no place like Saratoga in August, and no weekend like the Travers.

There's no place like Saratoga in August, and no weekend like the Travers. We're starting it off with a Pre-Race Party at the taproom. Live music all day and special drinks served for the occasion. Some traditions in Saratoga go back more than 150 years. Ours is just getting started. Mark your calendar and come build it with us. No tickets, no cover - all welcome. Linen, pastels, and a good straw hat are all encouraged.

🍑🍋🍹 Our newest cocktail is a blend of fresh lemonade, peach nectar, and our Tree House Bourbon, creating a quintessential summer smash. In perusing our rickhouse, we decided to use our Mash #2, which has a generous proportion of rye, giving it a wonderful kick of spice woven through its oaky notes. It features the same delicious small-barrel bourbon that has powered our award-winning Old-Fashioned ready-to-stir cocktails for a few years. It’s just what we need when it feels like you could cut the hot summer air with a knife. Ice-cold, pleasantly sweet, and with a hint of rye spice on the finish. Available now in Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury!

📡A second peach truck has entered the premises. We took our hoppy Blonde Ale Eureka and loaded it with summer peach juice. It's fluffy, it's crushable, it's crafted for every easygoing moment.

This conceptual riff was right under our nose for way too long. 🐻 🍯 🐝 We took a small portion of Bear and added wildflower honey, which, much to a real bear's dismay, doesn't add any sweetness. It actually does the opposite: it dries out the body during fermentation while imparting a subtle floral note to the aroma. If you're not planning on sharing, we suggest hoisting your stash onto a high branch, a good distance away from your campsite. 😉🏕️

2 photos: The magic of malt.

The magic of malt. Bear is our American Brown Ale, and it carries notes of toffee, caramel, chocolate, earthy hops, and dark fruit: all from a complex grain bill. What separates the style from its European counterparts is an amplified charge of West Coast hops. Hovering above its rich body is a blast of citrus and pine that doesn't detract but balances. We make it all year round simply because we drink it all year round. We won't tell the bears if you don't.

2 photos: The lager train is coming, folks.

The lager train is coming, folks. Summer is the season of sunlight, but there are plenty of nights sprinkled between these hot days when cool air settles in. Idle Mind is one of our favorite lagers when winding down at the end of the day. Pouring a glowing copper color, a historic malt bill conjures notes of freshly baked bread and light caramel, balanced with a kiss of noble spice. Pour one as the evening cools, put your feet up and your phone down, and let your mind go idle for a while.

Woodstock Whisper is our German Oktoberfest beer, crafted meticulously to style. Brewed with German Pilsner, Munich, Cara Munich, and Vienna malts, it is fermented cool with a traditional Märzen yeast. Rich notes of toasted bread, fresh-baked biscuit, and gentle caramel are balanced by a clean, crisp finish. If there’s one thing we’ve got in spades at the farm, it’s great views - and the perfect beer to accompany them. Crisp Lagers and one of our fire pits are calling your name.

🌙🌃🦉 Hello, Moon. A sleeper hit in our line of Stouts returns. Brewed with Pale and Chocolate malts, Lactose, Coffee, Cacao, and Peanut Butter, it exhibits notes of rich milk chocolate, dark brown sugar, creamy espresso, and chocolate-covered peanut butter cups. Hold on to Moonlight is a rich and delicious Stout intended to be savored in the quiet half of our days. A nod to our award-winning distillery, we included a thoughtful addition of flaked maize, a grain used in a variety of our spirits. This highly fermentable grain adds a novel flair of dryness to an otherwise decadent pastry Stout. Goodnight, Moon.

2 photos: 🍁🦊🍁

🍁🦊🍁 Fox Run is a Bavarian-style Helles conditioned on sugar maple wood spirals. A blend of Barke Pilsner and Munich malts, with heirloom grains, conjures rich notes of honey-nut bread crust, maple-soaked toast, and toasted grains. Sugar maple then transforms the sweetness with a lingering note of woody spice and a hint of fresh maple syrup. Molly, our cellar lead, was telling us about growing up in Vermont in a house her dad built, and we wanted to honor her New England roots with a special release. She sent one of our in-house artists, @sarahlovesberries_art, pictures of her childhood home, and she captured its coziness. The road she grew up on, Fox Run Rd., provided the perfect name for a beer. Best enjoyed somewhere that feels like home.

Goated. Our hoppy Blonde mainstay is here while it lasts. Eureka! is a fluffy, light Blonde Ale packed with citrus and mango character from our freshest lots of Citra hops. Light beer, heavy rotation.

🌌🌌🔦☕️🌌🌌 Darkside for a bright morning. Our roastiest blend is back in cold brew sleeks! From the pop of the can, a wave of rich roasted coffee hits the senses, and notes of molasses and fudge linger after each sip. Dark roast, cold can, great morning.
