🥵 Charlton - Deerfield - Saratoga Today. 🐎🌵🤠
Fourteen years. Wow. This special Anniversary Double IPA is built on a special lot of hops from Coleman Hops, selected and put through a series of post-harvest techniques to draw out everything their aromatics had to give. From a soft, juicy body burst notes of grapefruit candy, mango gummies, tropical smoothies, and fresh squeezed OJ. Fourteen years in, we're taking a moment to reflect on all that's changed and, more importantly, on what hasn't. Our brewery went from a kitchen, to a barn, to a farm, to a network of places we never could have imagined. The little dot off the beaten path became a gathering point for like-minded friends, craftspeople, and seekers of great beer. We grew at the pace of the love we found ourselves surrounded by, the kind that usually spilled out the door and onto the road. So we started to dream bigger. We asked ourselves a simple question: where would we most want to have our favorite beer, cocktail, or coffee? The answer keeps growing. The seaside. A concert venue under open sky. A quiet farm. A bustling bar with a view of the brewhouse. An indoor garden. A clubhouse after a round of golf. But at the core of all that change and adaptation sits one belief that has never moved: that beverages genuinely crafted with care and creativity, and handed directly to you, make life all the more sweet. We work every day to be the best we can be at what we do, for you. We try to make each one feel worthy of a party at Tree House, and this June is going to feel like a cut above. We hope to see you here soon.
Fifteen years ago today we posted up in the Brimfield barn for an afternoon of brewing. Little did we know it would be an afternoon that left its mark on a whole generation of central Massachusetts folks. We were fortunate to just barely miss the path of destruction. The power wasn't so lucky. We finished the brew by the glow of car headlights, hunched over the kettle in shock of what just transpired. With our well-pump down, there was no way to chill the wort on site, so we carried it miles away and set it in front of a window air conditioner, coaxing it down to temperature however we could. We pitched the yeast the next morning. The beer was meant to be an American IPA, somewhere around 6.8% ABV. But with our attention pulled in every direction that day, our efficiency on the brew came up short, and what we ended up with was something lower, softer, and a little unexpected. A pale ale, born out of a day none of us would forget, eternally known and loved as Tornado. 🌪️ PS - make sure you check out the last slide.
One of our crispiest American Pilsners returns, snappy, punchy, and perfectly balanced by the subtle complexity of a trio of legendary American hops. A bold step forward into citrus and pine, Cascade was developed in the 1970s by the United States Department of Agriculture with part of its lineage tracing back to the English Noble Fuggle hop. It took some time to find its place, but it ultimately became a defining hop of the American craft beer movement. Mt. Hood and Crystal were born out of an ambitious project, the USDA’s “American Noble Hop” program. This effort sought to recreate the delicate, earthy, spicy, and subtly citrus character of European noble hops while developing varieties well adapted to our growing regions and latitude. We find these hops carry a distinct American profile while retaining all the soft nuance of their European analogs, which we so often use in our historical lager series. History aside, its just a great beer meant to be crushed all summer long.
Wanderer is back. 🥾 Our Helles Lager is all about balance. Soft malt character, gentle noble hop bitterness, and a clean, dry finish come together to create something effortlessly drinkable. It's a beer happy to be in the background but equally worthy of inspection. In all our wandering, across the globe and in our minds, we come back to beers such as this, simple ingredients that shine through precision and obsessive attention to detail.

Y'all it's about to be Tree House Anniversary season, and beginning first with 10th Anniversary King Triple J and now V Triple H, we are not messing around. Insanely hoppy but the extra H's are for happy ☀️🍑 June is the month. #14
DOUBLE RAINBOW 😭😭😭🌈🌈 We took some of our favorite characteristics from our core beers and created a monster Double IPA. Green’s burst of pineapple, Haze’s peachy heaven, Julius’s citrus kick, and Alter Ego’s blueberry mango smoothie all collide in this hoppy tropical treat. It’s kind of like when the Transformers combine into Megatron.
Oh baby. Dubai Chocolate Oat Latte begins with our own chocolate pistachio syrup, made from scratch using organic golden sugar, Ethiopian cacao nibs, and pistachio paste. We then blend this syrup into our house cold brew concentrate and add oat milk to mimic the rich, creamy qualities of phyllo dough and tahini. It’s buttery, roasty, creamy, and oh-so-chocolatey. You have to try it.
We've got the tunes, the beer, and the pizza. Concert Beer is a Single IPA that bursts with notes of apricot, peach, mango and grapefruit from hand-selected lots of Citra and Peacharine! Our Deerfield Concert series kicks off next week. If you haven't checked out the schedule yet, get after it. You can bet this gem will be there.
Hello again, Parfait - it's been three years! Parfait is an offshoot of our Rainbow series, focusing on massive charges of Galaxy, Nectaron, and Simcoe that conjure notes of clementine, tropical fruit salad, and creamy guava juice. These beers were an early dive into our focus on ultra pale malts, a process that eventually helped expand our IPA program. These beers are not scaled up as a test of the palate or in pursuit of high ABVs, far from it. The same hops exhibit different characteristics at different levels of saturation, and in order to handle such a huge payload of pounds per barrel, the malt has to scale with it. Despite their Double IPA title, these are incredibly balanced, juicy, and easy-drinking beers. It’s all for the love of hops 💚
Our Old Fashioned is a blend of our own bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. It’s easy to drink and rewards a little attention, and it earned Double Gold at the San Francisco Spirits Competition. There’s a lot of work behind it. Our brewers and distillers put real effort into making something we actually reach for at home. We never source our spirits. We mash our bourbon with local grain and corn, then ferment, distill, and barrel it all in-house before letting it rest in our rickhouse. Controlling every step is a lot of work, and it’s the reason we became brewers and distillers in the first place. You get better by doing it over and over - and it’s the only way to make something truly unique. We hope that when you pour one in the afternoon or share a nightcap with people you love, it makes a good moment a little better.
With spring in full bloom, our coffee department brings you our latest Single Origin Limited Box: the rare Papayo variety, honey processed and roasted to showcase its delicate complexity 🐝🍯 These beans carry incredible notes of tropical lychee and peach iced tea. Its soft and bright character is incredibly refreshing served black, while the sweet tea notes blossom with a splash of cream. We're seeking new flavor wherever it resides, no matter the difficulty in sourcing or how small the yield. The Bourbon Papayo variety was discovered in the Colombian region of Huila, but it is still a mystery where it originated. Some say it is an Ethiopian landrace, while others claim it is a spontaneous mutation of Caturra and Bourbon. What is not a mystery, however, is Papayo’s status as a darling of the specialty coffee world, celebrated for its tropical sweetness and silky mouthfeel, much like the papaya fruit itself. Its name is a nod to the fruit, not just for its creamy tropicality, but for the cherry’s larger size and oval shape. For this release, we sourced a small lot that underwent a honey process from Diego Rodriguez, a third-generation coffee producer at Finca El Fila in Palestina, Huila. The cherries were first sealed in anaerobic barrels for 96 hours before being stripped of their fruit, leaving the mucilage, or “honey,” to dry onto the coffee seeds. The Papayo was dried in two separate stages: four days in direct sunlight and ten days in the shade. The result is an absolute delight.

Manuka returns after a long hiatus as one of the most ambitious beers in our entire catalogue. This Double IPA uses literal buckets of Mānuka honey, providing incredible depth of character buoyed by enormous additions of Peacharine and Riwaka hops. Pouring a radiant yellow into the glass, the Mānuka character shines throughout with rich honey-caramel sweetness and floral notes floating among aromas of stone fruit, lime, and tropical zest. Mānuka honey is a monofloral honey produced from the Manuka tree, native to New Zealand and southeastern Australia. Like all honey, it contains enzymes from bees such as glucose oxidase, along with organic acids, amino acids, and trace minerals. What makes it unique is its pronounced level of methylglyoxal (MGO), a compound linked to its antibacterial activity. Its healing properties are so well regarded that medical-grade Mānuka honey is used in modern hospitals and remains a staple in households around the world for a variety of everyday ailments. We, however, sought it out for its completely singular flavor. It is difficult to describe because there is truly nothing else quite like it. The aroma is soft and almost intoxicating, reminiscent of tupelo blossoms layered with deep earthiness, woody herbal notes, and a sweetness that recalls rich caramel. While highly fermentable, its flavor carries throughout the beer, adding a rounded sweetness beneath our expressive blend of hops. In terms of New Zealand terroir, this beer is an absolute whale for fans of our Southern Hemisphere-focused offerings.
Summer: Activated 🪄💫🍋 We take our fluffy, creamy Wheat beer, Gristmill, and blend it with fresh lemonade. It's a super low ABV refresher that we love to have on hand for nature excursions and cookouts that carry over into the night. We even pour it over ice, sip, and repeat🌞
Things you'll most likely find on a farm: 🚜 🌾 🐄 🐓 🐑 🐖 🌻 🍅 🧑🌾 🐴 🌽 Things you'll find on ours: 🍺🧡 Fresh Julius, spring flowers, rolling hills, and the occasional chicken crossing the dirt road is exactly what we need when we're looking to unwind.
El Mago Zumo is our Mexican Lager dry-hopped with a superb little hop called Zumo. When we encountered it in the field we were taken aback by its lime quality and new we had to use it for this summer crusher. All of our renditions of El Mago are meticulously crafted in the spirit of highly attenuated, crisp Mexican lagers that we turn to in the summer. It is no surprise that, with such an incredible street food culture, everyday accompaniments like lime, salt, and chili found their way into the glass, from a simple squeeze of lime to the salty, spicy Cheladas and Micheladas. Zumo is our twist on this classic profile, with some Tree House hoppiness in the form of juicy lime.

The summer exclusive goodies are coming to Sandwich, starting today. 🌊 This beauty will keep you comfortable on those breezy summer nights.
10th Anniversary King JJJuliusss celebrates a beer we have poured our hearts into for a decade. For this rendition, we selected a lot specifically designed to enhance its most expressive qualities, yielding a soft, vivid profile of mango, homemade orange juice popsicles, grapefruit peel, and citrus hard candy. At its core, Tree House has always tried to make beers worth looking forward to, beers that can make your day a little better. That energy has only been strengthened by almost fifteen years of your continued enthusiasm. We hope this beer finds you well and in good spirits. With immeasurable gratitude - Long live the king.
Your Most Cherished Future Memories Are Happening Right Now is a beer that blends familiar Citra hops with New Zealand Riwaka, creating waves of grapefruit and mango notes alongside the bright, unmistakable character of New Zealand hops. It’s a burst of hoppy flavor housed in a creamy Tree House profile that reminds us of home and the places we’ve been in the interim. The things that bring meaning to our lives are often quite simple: a good meal and the people you share it with, a great beer, a comfortable place. Whether we’re traveling somewhere new or returning home to a place steeped in memory, the small things by our side help imprint those moments into our story. We find this reminder to be as important as ever. It's easy to yearn for a life that once was, but it takes effort to recognize and relish it as it happens.
Komodo is our first entry into the rare style of Rice IPAs. The addition of rice in this hoppy format allows for a unique intersection of attributes: just enough malt presence to balance a robust hopping regimen while lending a clean, crisp profile that heightens its aromatic qualities. Citra, Amarillo, and Lotus fill the air with notes of tangerine juice, floral peach, sweet grape, and citrus-zested vanilla cream. We have been refining our process of blending rice and malt in the grist through our line of Rice Lagers. Rice’s delicate floral tones and remarkably clean profile create a uniquely clear backdrop for hops to shine. When working in this format, we often choose a single hop that rarely gets the spotlight. For Komodo, however, we wanted to experience the full spectrum of flavors from a novel blend. Not only are our Japanese-inspired beers delicious, but they deepen our understanding of our ingredients every time we brew them. 🐉
Passion Fruit
The magic of grain 🌾🌾 Gristmill is soft, creamy refreshment. American wheat beer sets itself apart from its European counterparts, whose profiles often focus on spice additions and yeast-driven aromatics. Instead, Gristmill delivers a pop of citrus and a pleasantly bitter finish, while doughy notes of fresh-baked bread and a round mouthfeel wrap you up in comfort. It’s the beer we reach for when the weather eases out of moody spring and into the first dreamy days of summer.
Splash is our grapefruit Radler. We take a fluffy, summery wheat beer and blend it with juicy grapefruit for a low-ABV refresher. Mellow wheat notes meet the bright tang of citrus, making it exactly what we want by our side when we’re glued to the grill or cooling off after a summer swim. Like so many great drinks, the Radler comes with a bit of lore. The best-known story traces it to Bavaria in the early 1920s, when tavern owner Franz Xaver Kugler is said to have welcomed a sudden wave of cyclists to his beer garden. As his beer ran low, he stretched the supply by blending it with lemon soda, creating a lighter, more refreshing drink for the ride home. The story has been hiding in the name all along. “Radler” means cyclist in German, and “Radlermaß” roughly translates to “cyclist’s liter.” Splash carries that spirit forward with grapefruit: bright, breezy, and built for warm days.
Patriot is our Wheat Beer with a special guest: Blueberries! 🫐🫐🫐 Folded into its doughy, soft profile are juicy notes of summer berry, adding a bright pop of sweetness to a beer built for backyard hangouts. #summercrushers
Darkside is our roastiest blend of cold brew. Rrroasty one might say. Underneath a wave of toasty aroma are notes of fudge and molasses. For those faint of heart, a dash of cream softens the edge, but it’s crafted for a crisp finish straight from the can. It is a delicious every day sipper.
Paragon is our espresso blend cold brew with rich notes of dark chocolate and summer berry. We wanted the richness of espresso in a format bigger than the miniature sippers you find at a café. This blend captures the concentrated character of bold espresso, slightly softened in cold brew form while staying exceptionally crisp and smooth. Known to give even the most seasoned coffee drinkers the zoomies☕️🏎️
