Julius Crush - an absolute hit from Julius week - returns for summer. Our most citrusy cocktail is a juicy ode to the 🐐. Corn House Vodka kicks it off with a clean foundation and a mildly sweet aroma before we stir in our own curaçao. Fresh orange juice, mango nectar, and grapefruit juice bring a pop of refreshment, finished with a splash of our house-made vanilla bean syrup. So what makes this cocktail pop? The orange notes of Le Fruiter Curacao are so potent because it's distilled with real oranges! Our production team spends hours hand-peeling fresh citrus to make this versatile liqueur. You can taste the difference. Juicy, dreamy, and citrusy sweet - an ideal sipper for the deck in Sandwich, the patio in Charlton, or the lawn in Saratoga.

Triple Your Fruit! We’ve been up to some juicy mischief. We took our Triple IPA, Triple Your Fun, and conditioned it on guava, pineapple, and mango purée! If someone in your life has been too timid to join the ranks of the TIPA elite, this is the beer to win them over. Facts. Totally hop-saturated, yet its hoppy character is completely balanced by the addition of tropical purées. It swirls with notes of ripe pineapple, fresh orange juice, mango ice cream, and passion fruit gummies. Dang.
The fffun never eeends at Tree House. Triple Your Fun carries overwhelming notes of pineapple, orange juice, and passion fruit balanced by an appropriate and thirst-quenching bitterness! Q: If Johnny and Billy have enough hops to make three IPA's but put them all in the same batch, what do you get? A: You get a monsterously juicy of Triple IPA Stay tuned - there's stil more to come!
Sorbet King 👑🍓🍑🍍 What happens when you take one of our hoppiest, juiciest beers and blend it with creamy guava puree? You get a beer that thinks it’s ice cream, like a cat raised by wolves, or maybe a wolf raised by cats. Either way, it’s insanely delicious.
It takes all the king’s horses and all the king’s men to dry-hop this beast. The sultan of swat. The king of juice.
Old Man is our ESB, a traditional English ale carrying notes of caramel malts, brown sugar, hazelnut, and earthy English hops. It’s effortlessly drinkable, smooth, and cozy in a way few other beers are; it feels like coming home after a long excursion. Caramel comes up a lot in relation to malt, even when it is playing a background role as a counterweight in hoppy styles. There is a particular expression of caramel that shines through in classic British ales that, once you develop a taste for it, gives you a whole new appreciation for balanced sweetness. Everything leans into caramel in an ESB. Crystal malts contribute caramelized sugars, Maris Otter malt adds a sweet nuttiness, and English ale yeast creates a soft, round profile that lets these flavors shine. The real star, however, is some pretty cool science, the Maillard reaction. This chemical process happens when amino acids from proteins in the malt interact with reducing sugars under heat. Alterations in the kilning process and the mash itself in our brewhouse can create a range of flavors, from bread crust and dark honey to caramel-soaked sticky toffee pudding and rich roasted coffee. Old Man hits the lighter end of these sweet notes, balanced by floral, earthy hops to create a feeling totally unique and nostalgically familiar.
Farm-fresh Green. Our Galaxy-hopped, pineapple-forward core beer is rolling fresh off the canning line in Woodstock today. Across the farm, everything is donning a fresh green coat of shoots and leaves as the groundwork for a busy summer gets underway in our spring fields. Apples, berries, grapes, hops, and more are on their way. As you pass the pond and the main house towards our taproom, you’ll be greeted by our spring wildflowers, the first to arrive at the party. There are plenty of places to plop down on a blanket in the shade and take it all in.

It's an exciting day for our Distillery, part three! Introducing Pomegranate Vodka Soda. Deep, juicy notes of fresh pomegranate fill the air from the pop of the can. It is distinguished by our House Wheat Vodka - a Double Gold Medal-winning spirit crafted with locally grown wheat. This contrasts with the mass-market commodity spirit found in nearly all mass-market cocktails. Look for the gold lid. Enjoy the good stuff. Light and easy. Breezy, even.
It's a seriously exciting day for our Distillery, part two! 🍋🟩🥧🏖️☀️ Key Lime Vodka Soda is a bright, zesty crusher loaded with sweet, tropical flavor. Crafted for long hangs that start sunny and end under the stars.
It is a seriously exciting day for Tree House and our distillery. Today, we are pleased to introduce our new line of Vodka Soda. We wanted an ice-cold can that could hang all day while still delivering bold flavor. At 5% ABV, it's light, easy-drinking, and bursting with tropical notes. The foundation is our Double Gold medal-winning House Wheat Vodka, a perennial reminder of our distillery team's ability to create spirits that stand confidently on their own while seamlessly supporting cocktails or letting a single flavor take center stage. The first of four is a Mango Vodka Soda that delivers waves of juicy, ripe mango layered over a clean, sparkling finish. Made with natural fruit and local ingredients, and built in a light, sessionable format, these are crafted for cookouts, beach days, tailgates, porch hangs, and every moment that deserves another round. Look for the gold lid.

Every day is a pizza party at Tree House. 🍕🥳 Pouring a brilliant yellow with bubbly carbonation, Pizza Party carries notes of wispy malt and fresh-baked bread. We then added a charge of l Anchovy hops variety pops with notes of raspberry soda, watermelon hard candies, and citrusy pine. Sometimes things just line up perfectly. Segal Ranch gave a new variety a cheeky name, Anchovy, and we needed a new “topping” for our Pizzeria Pils. The sweet, juicy, almost soda-like aromas of this unique hop pair perfectly with food. Especially pizza! Conceptual serendipity at its finest 🍕🥤
🫐🫐 🥭🥭 🍑🍑 = Doubleganger Little did we know when we first made Alter Ego, a Julius riff brewed with different hops, that we had set off a chain reaction and an entirely new line of core beers. Doubleganger is amplified with a massive charge of Amarillo and Mosaic hops while still retaining a creamy finish. Juicy, soft, a little bitter, and strangely familiar. D-d-d-amn!
☁️☁️☁️🛩️☁️☁️☁️ Cloud Machine is a rendition of Juice Machine featuring Nelson, Paradisi, Peacharine, and Rakau hops. It’s light and fluffy with a burst of sweet peach juice, grapefruit candy, honeydew melon, and white grape. It’s well over a day of travel when we scoot to New Zealand every year for their hop selection. We take off in spring and arrive in their fall, just as they begin to harvest. All that time spent peering out the plane’s window at endless cotton ball clouds got us thinking. We got right to work creating the most pillowy and creamy 🤖 yet.
Pizza and beer: best friends forever. Pizzeria Pils is our dry-hopped Lager crafted to accompany a hot slice of pie or any other moment that calls for a crispy boy. It’s light and crushable, with notes of bread crust and a zing of floral hops that carry into a slightly bitter finish. Oh-so-refreshing, indeed.

⚡⚡ Energy ⚡⚡ Our new Single IPA is electrified with hop flavor, bursting with notes of sugary orange juice, summer peaches, pine, and candied citrus. Pulling from two sides of the spectrum, Energy features hand-selected hops sourced during our trip to the West Coast. Amarillo and Citra deliver soft, juicy character, while Nugget and Chinook bring bold resinous aromatics and piney depth on the nose. When perfectly balanced, these hops create an evolving flavor experience that keeps us intrigued and surprises the palate, a dynamic refreshment that shifts between sweet citrus brightness and crisp, bitter bite. The current never sleeps.
Summer is just around the corner 🍋 Lemony is a Double IPA bursting with bright citrus zest! We scoured our hop library for our most lemon-forward lots and combined them into a citrus explosion! Citra and Lemondrop hops lead with aromas of lemon zest, lemon meringue tarts, and Meyer lemon candies. A charge of Amarillo then lends softer notes of peach and grapefruit soda. #simpleisharderthancomplex
We could all use a little more (Juice Project) Sunshine. . . ✨🌞✨ As New Zealand enters its winter, we bring back its hop harvest to kick off our summer with a burst of fresh tropical flavor. Featuring an ultra-pale malt bill, Juice Project Sunshine pours a radiant, milky yellow into the glass. Our brewers combine Nelson, Peacharine, Paradisi, and Waimea hops to match its bright, sunlit appearance. Our aggressive cold-hop Juice Project process shines here, layering notes of sweet white grapes, juicy stone fruit, passionfruit sorbet, and tangerine juice that coat the palate before fading into a soft, creamy finish. A little sunny delight in every glass.
Made you look. Twice. 👀 👀 We thought the Alter Ego transfer was a little light... Earlier this week, our cellar team split off a portion of Alter Ego and racked it into a brite tank loaded with peach and mango purée. It bursts with aromas of juicy citrus and tropical fruit, driven by an intense Mosaic and Amarillo dry hop. The addition of peach and mango purée adds layers of ripe stone-fruit character alongside notes of creamy mango smoothie. What a gem! A legendary move 🫡

🧪⚡🧠 Crazy. Juicy. Saturated. This hoppy wonder bursts with 🥭 🍊 🫐 🍑 We use Citra and Mosaic heavily throughout our recipes, but depending on the blend, we’re able to hone in on entirely different flavor expressions. It’s one of the reasons hop selection is so important to us. Even within a single farm, different lots can express unique characteristics based on shade, soil characteristics, water, harvest window - the set of variables is endless. For JJJuice Project: Citra Mosaic, we selected some of our favorite lots and pushed them through our cold-temperature-focused process. The result is a rolling wave of fruit flavor that moves across the palate with notes of mango, citrus, blueberry, and peach.
👼💪 Sometimes you just need a lil piece of candy. Tiny Treat is the smallest entry in our Treat series, a Pale Ale focused on the sweeter side of hop expression. Fluffy, light, and insanely crushable, it delivers soft waves of juicy hop character in an easy-drinking format.
State Park Lager is crafted with New York pilsner malt and New York–grown Hallertau and Vista hops. It’s the beer we imagine popping open after a trek through the woods - crisp and clean, with a bright pop of noble spice and subtle floral undertones. From our home in Saratoga, all you have to do is zoom out on the map, close your eyes, and point your finger to cure boredom. The surrounding New York State Parks are packed with scenic hiking trails, cascading waterfalls, lake overlooks, and dense forests that leave the outside world behind. This beer is just magnificent.
Razzle Dazzle 🪄 Razzy is a super-juicy non-alcoholic seltzer, packed with red-berry notes and a striking blue hue from heaps of butterfly pea flowers. These antioxidant-rich flowers lend a vibrant natural color that transforms with a splash of lemon. As the acidity hits the glass, waves of purple bloom toward the bottom in a mesmerizing color shift. It's going to be a great week!

Haze is beer we make with joy, refined and obsessed over since our very inception. In celebration of its inaugural special week, we’ve partnered with glass artist Pierre Bowring @bowglassworks to create a custom glass designed to elevate that beautiful orange glow. Pierre is a multidisciplinary artist, abstract painter, chef, and glass blower whose life has been shaped by creativity, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of meaningful expression. After discovering a passion for glass blowing in his college years, he explored a variety of artistic endeavors before returning to the medium that would define his work. Today, he lives in East Chatham, New York, where he and his family work and create from their home studio. Each handmade glass carries a unique abstraction of Haze’s royal purple, individually formed and emblazoned with the Tree House seal. They are available today in Charlton, Sandwich, Saratoga, Deerfield, and Woodstock.
