Pizza Party is a dry-hopped German-style Pils made with Anchovy hops from Segal Ranch Farms. Pouring a brilliant yellow color in the glass with bubbly carbonation, it carries notes of wispy malt and fresh-baked bread. The experimental Anchovy hop variety pops with notes of raspberry soda, watermelon hard candies and citrusy pine.
Leads with bread and berry; also hops and citrus. Feels effervescent.

Every day is a pizza party at Tree House. 🍕🥳 Pouring a brilliant yellow with bubbly carbonation, Pizza Party carries notes of wispy malt and fresh-baked bread. We then added a charge of l Anchovy hops variety pops with notes of raspberry soda, watermelon hard candies, and citrusy pine. Sometimes things just line up perfectly. Segal Ranch gave a new variety a cheeky name, Anchovy, and we needed a new “topping” for our Pizzeria Pils. The sweet, juicy, almost soda-like aromas of this unique hop pair perfectly with food. Especially pizza! Conceptual serendipity at its finest 🍕🥤
