Aurora is our blend of African and Central American beans and one of our snappiest Cold Brew offerings. We delve into the minutia of what these roasts offer, and through rigorous blending sessions, we landed on our target flavor profile. Two distinctly different notes, one of dark chocolate and the other of bright, eye-opening citrus, meet under the same roof. The single most essential principle of our growth and evolution has been to preserve, evolve, and nurture what makes us unique as time passes. This is a fight that not every endeavor wins, but if it’s the last thing we do, we’ll make it so. We’re proud of our work to date, and it’s regular reflection on our past that’s essential to energizing our future. Today, we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of Curiosity 18 by re-releasing it. It was a critical beer for us in many ways. It marked the start of our working relationship with @keever, which has lasted for the same decade and produced hundreds of original labels of character and style and continues unabated. July 2015 marked a pivotal period in our evolution into canning beer, which placed enormous strains on our production capabilities that we didn’t get ahead of for almost a decade. It’s a period we look back on with mixed feelings; on one hand, it was new and exciting. On the other hand, it was crushing and produced work that was regularly subpar, as it was largely a trial by fire. Most rituals blur together, but certain moments stand out: a great party, fireworks lighting up the sky from a mountaintop, the curious nostalgia of being somewhere new. Those memories stick with us and refuse to fade. As time passes, many things change, but often the core of what we value most remains the same. We could all use more constants in our lives. It’s a beautiful thing.

Pouring a hazy yellow color with sticky foam clinging to the glass, tropical notes fill the air as we pour Woodstock Anniversary House. A Citra-heavy dry hop melds with our house yeast strain, bursting with notes of mango juice, grapefruit peel, and Valencia orange. We're celebrating the 2nd anniversary of our Woodstock Farm Brewery in Woodstock, CT, with two very special Double IPAs. The reality of operating a farm, however idyllic it appears from our taproom, requires an enormous effort from a team willing to burn the candle at both ends. When our day's work is done and we peer out over the rolling hills filled with fruit trees, herbs, wildflowers, and grapevines inching their way up the trellis, it brings a new sense of meaning to the term "fruits of our labor.” Pouring a brilliant yellow color with pillowy white foam rising above the glass, Woodstock Anniversary Beer utilizes a novel yeast strain, bringing notes of apricots and tropical fruit.
