Today we are pleased to introduce the first batch of Estrellita utilizing the 2023 crop from our friends Pablo & Eva Del Cid! We are delighted to say that this year's crop is the best yet, truly, and features a distinctive stone fruit note and amplified natural sweetness. As Jordan, our cold brew program lead said this morning: "It's tasting on fire." We are so very excited to enjoy this over the coming weeks and months. It is a testament to the value of a direct trade relationship.

Pamiątka is a special beer. Handed down for generations, the common pocket watch becomes imbued with mystery and a spark of life. Clockmakers, masters of hidden schematics, quite literally keep the past alive. Looking for scars, indentations, novel replacements, and adjustments, the clocksmith can trace the work of those who came before them, and glimpse a facet of their minds before resurrecting the mechanical heart. Pamiątka is brewed with premium European Pilsner malt, pouring a straw yellow that billows with sticky white foam, sitting atop the glass like a summer cumulous cloud. Utilizing authentic Polish Lubelski and Izabella Hops, aromas of bergamot zest and a floral bouquet enticing enough for a honey bee drifts off a vigorous pour. Following this classic profile is a strikingly clean minerality, dry bitterness, and lingering notes of lemon verbena and citrus tea. This beer is for all of those who have passed into a world beyond time. We are forever grateful for their blazes on the trail, and their keepsakes that only require a bit of shine to reflect familiar faces within our own.
