This Single IPA Features incredible notes of tropical fruit, bubblegum, strawberry, and mixed berries. With lineage from the United States, Europe, and Japan, “Pink“, a new hop grown by our friends at Jackson Farms Wilder, Idaho, has striking similarities to our beloved Galaxy varietal.
We were in love with Pink the first time we tried it, and this batch of Trail absolutely drives it home for us. As we have evolved and matured as a brewery, we have traveled extensively to discover and impart novel experiences in our beer. There is no other beer like this on the market. We selected and shipped a premium harvest of Pink directly to Charlton, the only wet-hopped Pink beer on the East Coast and only the second in the country. This batch of Trail is a triumph, with incredible notes of strawberry jam, raspberry, and zebra bubblegum. You will have difficulty believing no adjuncts were added to this beer. It has a mind-blowing flavor profile. It is that special. We hope you will have a chance to try it.
2.17.23 Pink is here to stay! With amazing tropical fruit expressions and a soft finish, this American IPA strikes the perfect balance of juiciness, bitterness, and drinkability to make your palate happy.
Pink and Jubilee represent the neverending creative and curious spirit of Tree House. Each featuring a rare, new, and novel hop variety, they carry a delightfully fresh flavor profile, offering a glimpse into two promising hops we believe could herald a new era of flavor and texture in our beer. They are both available now, and subsequent batches may be sparse for the time being as we await a fresh crop. Don’t wait on these two. Thank you for reading - have a great day!
