Evening surprise! Our ‘gram for Jjjuiceee Project Citra + Sequoia didn’t send yesterday morning, but we can assure you this gem is in our coolers for your drinking pleasure! Anyway, here it is - it’s a banger. Trust us!
We are overjoyed to release a fresh batch of Very Jubilee today! Overflowing with Peacharine hops, it drinks so smoothly with notes of peach nectar and mixed summer stone fruit with a satisfyingly gently bitter finish.
If the weather won't bring a heat wave, we will in the form of this immensely hopped rendition of Summer. 🥵🍊🥵🍊🥵🍊🥵🍊🥵🍊 If you love Summer, you'll be obsessed with Heat Wave Enjoy this batch while you can - it is the last of the year!
Canada Gold Sugar Maple. After fermentation, this beer was transferred onto fresh Sugar Maple spirals before being transferred back into our horizontal stainless for extended conditioning. Not to be fooled by its name, this is far from a sweet Lager; in fact, we are able to highlight the tannic and spicy quality usually overlooked in this unique wood. This crisp Lager has bold biscuity undertones and the floral aroma of its counterpart but with an enhanced dryness and a bitter finish reminiscent of North American Oak. The most striking metamorphosis is a robust, almost Rye-like characteristic upon the first sip and tailing the faint incense of chestnut and fresh-cut Maple wood behind it. Canada Gold: Sugar Maple is a truly crushable Lager that explores the terroir and history of its namesake.

A 4th Anniversary Surprise! Today we are pleased to introduce our Mocha Latte. This morning beverage is like nothing else on the market, made with a purposefully blended selection of chocolate-forward whole beans blended with scratch-made Chocolate syrup from roasted cacao and finished with creamy oat milk. It is something special, I'll tell you what!
Yemen Ali Sageir. This micro-lot, less than 50# in total, is an absolutely incredible experience in your cup with notes of cherry, vanilla, and mulberry. As David, our head roaster, often says, "it's a little bit weird." And as he will explain, by weird, he means unique and uniquely beautiful. We have around 200 tins of this gem available.
As always, the whole beans are available for your home brewing enjoyment. This blend turned out spectacular, featuring notes of dark chocolate and dark fruit with hints of tropical character in the cup.
To celebrate this amazing milestone, we are releasing our 4th Anniversary Blend in a fresh batch of Double Shot. Absolutely oozing with fresh and bright coffee character, this batch represents the sum of our efforts in the past four years to merge the expertise of our coffee team with our brewing team. Curiosity One Hundred Thirty Four. The best way to think about this gem is like a baby version of Silver Fern with a twist. This pale ale is like nothing we have made before, featuring Garston Cascade from the South Island of New Zealand, blended with Waimea, Nelson, and Citra. We cannot wait for you to try it.
