Woodstock Pale Ale is a simple beer with profound characteristics. Pouring a glowing yellow color into your glass, it carries flavors and aromas of fresh citrus, pineapple, and mango with hints of quenching bitterness on the finish. It is precisely the type of beer we desire to accompany any occasion, to fade into the background, but delight, should you choose to consider it closely.

Pictured here is Woodstock Pale Ale. Almost five years ago, we closed on a bucolic plot of land in the quiet corner of Connecticut. Not long thereafter, we planted the literal seeds that make it what it is today - a thriving farm with a large fruit tree orchard, berry block, produce program, hop fields, chicken flock, and now, for the first time in the history of protected farmland in Connecticut, a brewery. Today we are quietly opening the Tree House Farm & Fermentory for the first time with malt beverages. You can have a draft pale ale at the farm today - one of two options, a pale ale with Peacharine, Citra, and Riwaka and a pale ale with Simcoe and Citra. They both embody the ideal of what our fermentory beers will be for the foreseeable future: small beers of great character that are easy to drink and enjoy in the magical setting of our farm. These beers join our robust cider program that currently offers both draft and bottle options to go. Throughout the summer, we will offer a variety of produce, primarily our characterful heirloom tomatoes that gained favor last summer on our Summer Tomato Pizza. Our farm is core to our operating ethos of making everything that we can from scratch, and personally attending to the variables that result in a distinctive and native outcome for our beverages we care so deeply about. This is very real, very hard work, and the team responsible for taking care of the farm deserves our congratulations today. To visit, a pre-purchase of draft tickets is required. There is a limited number of draft tickets available each day. We are committed to maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors. It could not be more simple. Drink tickets are now available under the Woodstock tab at treehousebrew.com - We encourage you to bring your own snacks. We do not have air-conditioned facilities currently at the farm. More information and hours are forthcoming, but for now, we celebrate. Thank you for reading.
