And, of course, the cold brew edition: The coffee team here at Tree House is pleased to bring back the ever-so-sought-after Gesha varietal, grown this year by producer Einar Ortiz Falla of Finca La Siberia, in the Tolima region of Colombia. The Gesha coffee plant found its origin in the Gori Gesha Forest of Western Ethiopia, but it was not until the varietal was brought to Central America that it reached worldwide acclaim. With its significant sweetness in cup—as well as a vibrant, floral aroma—this delicate, hard-to-grow coffee cherry requires exceptional dedication from farmers, producing a limited yield, adding to its demand in the coffee world. Steeped in prestige and unparalleled in flavor, this particular Colombian Gesha carries notes of strawberry, peach, and jasmine blossom. Tree House is proud to offer this exceptional coffee—we hope you enjoy it in good company, and savor the end result of this special coffee's journey from bean to cup.
This year's coveted Gesha release is astounding in its depth and complexity. The nostalgia is thick for Curiosity Thirty Two. Originally brewed in early 2017, this beer sparked a creative revolution for our brewery. This image is from the original batch, taken in haste the morning of the original release. Today it has returned to our coolers for the first time in six years.

Percy’s Gin & Tonic with Lime begins on our brewhouse as neutral spirit made with locally grown malt. From there, it is redistilled through New England-inspired botanicals to creat a distinctive and original gin. The final step finds us introducing carbonation, House-made tonic, and a touch of lime. It is originally, genuinely hand-crafted, and delicious!

Unity is our pale ale homage to New Zealand, and more specifically the town of Wanaka. Nestled between snow-capped peaks on the southern shores of its namesake lake, the town left an indelible impression on us when we had the opportunity to visit. Unity features hand-selected Nelson Sauvin hops, giving this summer crusher a clean and delightful drinking appeal.
Silk is a brand new beer in a brand new series that features the yeast blend developed this winter as part of our Data Set series. It is completely recognizable as a Tree House Double IPA but introduces a fresh layer of dense tropical fruit and a milky yellow appearance. Brewed with a multinational blend of hops hand-sourced from the United States, Australia, and New Zealand - Citra, El Dorado, Eclipse, and Peacharine - Silk pours a gorgeous milky yellow color into your glass with intensely vibrant and expressive notes of mixed tropical fruit, rip summer stone fruit, and citrus gummies. This beer required us to travel the world over and test the limit of our knowledge to make it. It is a testament to our continued restlessness, refinement, and innovation in the art of brewing hoppy beer. We are delighted by how it turned out and hope you love it as much as we do.
