Very Hazy is so rich with stone fruit notes it's hard to believe there isn't peach purée added.

Very Hazy is so rich with stone fruit notes it's hard to believe there isn't peach purée added. Always fresh and intensely hoppy, its recipe is the jumping-off point of so many of our hop-saturated offerings. Leaf peeping season starts right now. The farm is starting to transform from a sea of green into ochre, yellow, and all the colors fit for a raging campfire. We love this season when cold is on the way but the days are still pulling us outdoors. We are stocked with all sorts of farm-exclusive releases, Tree House staples, and coffee and seltzer. The Quiet Corner of Connecticut is about to be a symphony of colors; come take a load off.

Worldly traveler.

Worldly traveler. Walden is our seasonal Autumn Blend named after an essential reading for anyone calling Massachusetts home. It features a blend of beans from Burundi and Bolivia, with notes of warming spice and creamy candy nougat. It's as crisp as they come and feels at home anywhere.

A storm system has broken off and taken a tropical detour. 🌴

A storm system has broken off and taken a tropical detour. 🌴 We took a small portion of Galactic Storm, a Simcoe Citra hop bomb, and conditioned it on buckets of creamy guava purée. When we have a beer that is pushed to maximum hop saturation like this, it is an absolute treat for the palate to blend it with real fruit juice. Hoppy tropical aromas lead the way for sweet, juicy notes that fade to a pleasant bitter finish.

Game 2 needs a beer that rises to the occasion.

Game 2 needs a beer that rises to the occasion. Once a year, we brew this American IPA. Using clean American Ale yeast and hopped with Strata, El Dorado, and Citra, Fall Classic delivers potent notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and earthy pine. It is dry, thirst-quenching, and incredibly easy to drink. “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. " A. Bartlett Giamatti But tonight, we play ball ⚾️

Our Mount Rushmore of cocktails most certainly has this classic front and center. The French 75 is a simply constructed cocktail that is somehow delicate yet packs a punch above its weight class. We use our own Percy’s Gin, blend it with New England sparkling wine, a dash of simple syrup, and a squeeze of lemon. Tight Champagne bubbles propel notes of juniper and pine with a burst of lemon, followed by just the right sweetness and a peppery carbonation on the tongue. It is a seriously magnificent treat.

We are positively giddy that our favorite weekend of the year is here. October in the Field - where the beverages, live music, games, and grounds all harmonize for a memorable Tree House experience. We hope to see you out there. PS - Apple Cider Donut Latte. I repeat. Apple Cider Donut latte. Make sure you flip through the slides for the goods.

Nor’Easter vs. Galactic Storm

Nor’Easter vs. Galactic Storm We’re celebrating the break in the clouds with one of our hoppiest offerings in the Storm series. Citra and Simcoe burst with bright citrus, sweet pineapple, and overripe guava. Time to make up for a low-key weekend with some hoppy mayhem. ☄️ We're hoping you'll come out and celebrate a big week with us.

Before the crew jetted to the West Coast for hop selection last week, they were busy brewing this salute to those endless hop fields. Westy is our West Coast IPA with a historic blend of Pacific Northwest hops. It clocks triple-digit old-school IBUs and is nothing short of a pine-and-citrus bomb! It rips especially hard on draft. Get it!

Lena Marita is our take on the classic Margarita. We use our own Casa de Arbol, an agave spirit we make from scratch, then blend it with a dash of agave syrup for sweetness and fresh lime. This is a cocktail you want when all the friends are coming over: simple, refreshing, and ready to party. You can get right to it with the crack of the can or go fancy with salt, spice, or sugar-rimmed glasses. 💃🕺 Crack one for endless summer.

Putting our House Lager in the bottle is a similar feeling to pulling out your trusty sweatshirt as the season changes. It fits just right. Lager in a bottle, exactly where its supposed to be.

The definition of a go-to beer. With a hint of sweet corn and lemon, it is as unassuming as it is effortlessly drinkable. Five years ago, our classics program began to hum, and we set out to make a long-overdue beer. Tree House needed a House Lager, the type of beer that’s approachable to all but represents us at our core. We brew this exclusively with New England grains and lager it slowly until it reaches peak crispiness. Proof that American Adjunct lager need not be boring or average. A beer for sharing (crushing) with friends and family.

The Bubble Hops are coming; the Bubble Hops are here. Top-notch Galaxy hops in an all-day beverage. Whoa. Bubble Hop Galaxy combines a splash of pineapple purée with Galaxy hops, a tropical Australian variety that bursts with passion fruit and overripe pineapple notes. All day joy.

All right, gang, it's Monday and this week is going to be better than the last, so let's get into it. Is it wrong to want to eat apple pie all day, every day? No, my friends, it is not. 🪄🍂🍁 Apple Pie Seltzer tastes like sweet cinnamon apples and a flaky crust. 🥧 The beauty is that you can drink as much as you'd like.

3 photos: Melon alert. 🚨🍈 🚨🍈 🚨🍈 🚨🍈

Melon alert. 🚨🍈 🚨🍈 🚨🍈 🚨🍈 Melon Gold is a Single IPA utilizing a novel yeast strain and a trio of hand-selected hops. A blend of Citra from two of our favorite producers lends aromas of mango, citrus peel, and mandarin orange. A charge of Anchovy and El Dorado adds sweet, punchy notes of watermelon candy, Japanese honeydew soda, and juicy Canary melons. Juicy doesn't even begin to describe this one. Tree House melon character ⏲️ 💯.

Off Season is a Single IPA with a base charge of Citra, plus notes of grapefruit candy, mango pops, and fresh-squeezed OJ swirling through its creamy body. We then blended Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka, which pop with classic New Zealand aromas of white grape, passionfruit, pineapple juice, and lime zest. And just like that, the summer rush is over. Roads that were as busy as a downtown block open up, and the hum of packed beaches gives way to the lapping waves. The oldest, and maybe busiest, town on the Cape acts as a gateway to the world's end, but come September, it gets quiet. Really quiet. And into winter, even quieter. We know where we'll be when the hustle and bustle of summer dies to a whisper, and in the dead of winter, near silence: at the corner of Town Neck Road, along the iconic seaside of Cape Cod Bay, serving you fresh pizza and beers all autumn and all winter long. See you here. 🌊 PS - We'll keep rolling on Friday-Sunday coffee service as long as you'll come by. Spread the word - we're open for the hot stuff through December, at least.

3 photos: As if our Blonde Ale couldn't get any dreamier.

As if our Blonde Ale couldn't get any dreamier. We took a small portion of Eureka Citra and conditioned it with buckets of tropical fruit puree! From the pop of the can, aromas of guava nectar and guava sorbet fill the air. Beneath its tropical introduction are notes of citrus peel and wisps of cracker malt, culminating in a delicate, effortlessly drinkable crusher.

2 photos: Itsy bitsy teeny tiny bite-sized treat!

Itsy bitsy teeny tiny bite-sized treat! Mini Treat is our newest and smallest Treat yet, a Blonde Ale entry into our series of pale hoppy beers! Brewed to have a sweet base and hopped generously with juicy American hops, it carries potent notes of orange candy, mango gummies, pink Starbursts, and tropical fruit bubble gum. Sacrificing nothing in flavor, texture, or stature, this bite-sized rendition uses the same blend and processes as its larger predecessors to create what we can only describe as "hop candy." A gem to be savored or crushed or both.

3 photos: 🍓🧊🍊🧊🍍🧊🥭🧊🍑

🍓🧊🍊🧊🍍🧊🥭🧊🍑 Fruit Cup is an American IPA meant to delight the senses. Our brewers used a selection of Crystal malts to create a light, sweet backbone for a burst of hoppy goodness. Citra and Vista converge, creating notes of plump oranges, tangy grapefruit, honeydew melon, and sweet peach. A fruity Friday, indeed.

2 photos: The Pumpkin Spice cometh...Batch 2 of our fall favorite is here!

The Pumpkin Spice cometh...Batch 2 of our fall favorite is here! We use real vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, clove, pumpkin purée, and fresh-grated ginger for our seasonal syrup. The combination of fresh ginger and whole spices, crushed just before being folded into our brown sugar syrup, is really something special. Hurry... we really, really can't make enough of it.

A few shades of Green from hop harvest in Yakima. The harvest experience is truly special each year. The valley comes alive with the hustle and bustle of trucks moving from field to field, and the sharp aromas of our favorite varieties fill the air along long, straight dirt roads. The thrill of crushing fresh cones in our hands during field sensory never gets old; in fact, we've been more excited than ever to do it. The best part, though, is bringing it back home and putting that smell into cans of Julius, Haze, and so much more. 💚 💚 💚 💚 💚 💚 💚

Autumn is for moments of Zen and for Whisper. . . . Where in the world is Whisper? This is an easy one, even without using machine intelligence. Real points for anyone who can name the photo's actual location. A Whisper carries farther in crisp mountain air.
