September by the Sea, but the weather had other plans. . . We're as hearty of New Englanders as they come, and we don't like postponing anything, but we know we can't put on the show we'd hope to with the rain in the forecast. The good news is, the taproom will most certainly be OPEN this coming weekend for regular operations so you need not change your plans. That said: 🌊 Sandwich by the Sea is being postponed to Saturday 10/10, 11 AM- 6 PM! 🌊 We will have live music 🎶 Lobster rolls 🦞 A specialty clam pizza 🍕 Stein holding 🍺💪 Ring toss 🎯 On top of a stacked list of beer, seltzer, and coffee, we have three specialty cocktails! ☕️ Sandwi(t)ch’s Brew A cozy coffee cocktail built for cool days by the water. We blend our own Kola Coffee Liqueur and Richley Hogo Rum with a hot pour of Monochrome coffee, orange bitters, and a layer of cold foam, then finish with a dusting of nutmeg. 🍑 Apricot Alley Bright, tart, and herbaceous. House Corn Vodka meets sweet apricot nectar, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary syrup for a refreshing cocktail that balances juicy stone fruit with fragrant herbal notes. 🍸 Espresso Martini A Tree House take on the classic. House Wheat Vodka and Kola Coffee Liqueur meet cold brew concentrate and your choice of a house-made syrup. Choose from cinnamon brown sugar, peanut butter, maple, or caramelized banana!
The first week of Fall has us thinking about a certain holiday... The Feast is our Bourbon Barrel-aged Triple Bock and our most robust entry in our series of strong German beers. It carries aromas of burnt caramel, rich port wine, and dark cherry syrup that hover above the glass. Following behind are notes of molasses, chocolate-covered figs, and bourbon vanilla caramels. This sweet complexity is tempered by oaky spice and char from its time spent in the barrel. A bottle for today and one stowed away 🦃🍂
Old McDonald had a farm, but he did not have Julius. We do. Summer just ended, but the trees are still green, and the farm is flush with the harvest season. On top of a fully stocked list of N/A seltzers and our seasonal cold brews and lattes, we have a wonderfully curated list of beers brewed a hop, skip, and a jump from our taproom. Whatever strikes your fancy, whether it’s a crushable Blonde Ale, a rustic Saison, a juice bomb of a Double IPA, a rich Milk Stout, or, of course, cider from our orchard, they’re all on tap and ready to take home. The rare quadruple Julius family release day is complete.
We've been dusting off the old-school artwork for our fresh batches of Eureka, and we couldn't love it more. Eureka Citra is soft, doughy, and bursting with citrus. 🏝️💛 Still our desert island, cooler-filling beer.
We took our amplified JJJuliusss and conditioned it on fresh vanilla beans and peach puree! The local ice cream spots are churning up the last of their summer flavors, and we wanted to join the fun. This guy is full of sweet stonefruit and mellow vanilla creaminess; poured ice-cold, it's undeniably delicious.
J to the J to the J to the uliusss Julius rips; triple J rips harder. Julius high-dives into a massive amount of hops.
J-bone has never been more popular in these parts, and we're scrambling to keep up. The good news is, we 100% have you covered this weekend, and 97.8% of the time year-to-date. Get after it.

Every once in a while, a beer comes around that legitimately means the world to us. A beer we have been dreaming of making for over a decade. Chasing and hoping. We are honored to be the first American brewery to use whole-cone Galaxy hops straight from Australia. That's right, baled, freshly kilned whole-cone Galaxy, from the fields of Rostrevor to our coolers in Charlton, Massachusetts. With this limited stock, we decided that Trail was, of course, the perfect template for this incredible treat. They flood the nose with ripe pineapple, sweet guava, and bright passionfruit on top of a zippy, completely crushable base beer. It's mild, elegant, and uniquely expressive. Even with the sophisticated harvest and pelletizing capabilities of our favorite farms, whole-cone hops still have something special. The volatile oils, lupulin, and resinous character are on full display when you use hops in their whole-cone form. This beer perfectly captures the striking duality of a blast of hops fit for an IPA that fades into a crushable Lager base. We hope you get to try this one. It will not last long.
Persist is a barrel-blended Imperial Stout carrying notes of maple-bourbon candies, chocolate-covered caramels, mocha-maple ice cream floats, and vanilla maple syrup. Featuring 60% barrel-aged maple stout, with an average age of 22 months, it is meticulously blended with its fresh counterpart for intense flavor and maximum drinkability. We then rest it on freshly roasted coffee, which enhances its warming maple notes and turns it into one of our most sought-after releases. It's no surprise it doesn't last long in our coolers, as it ages wonderfully for a future vertical tasting, holiday celebration, or simply a full glass enjoyed next to a roaring fire.
As a farewell to summer, we took a small portion of Lights Out and conditioned it on peach purée. It's already a light, fluffy delight with a surprising punch of hop character; the addition of peach makes it downright dreamy.
🎶 And it was all YYYellowww! Here’s the thing about pineapple: it’s perfect, and there’s never enough. That’s why we took GGGreennn, which already bursts with pineapple and passionfruit notes from Australian Galaxy hops, and conditioned it on an absurd amount of pineapple purée. It’s sweet and sticky, but completely hop-saturated for a thirst-quenching bite and a balanced, bitter finish.
And of course, we have this beauty in whole bean form. Every so often, we source a new coffee so beloved by the team that we try to bring it back for the next harvest season, hoping we can recreate the magic. Building close-knit relationships with importers and especially farmers requires mutual respect and trust, and our five-year-strong relationship with Ivan Montoya's coffee is a testament to that approach, as his Chiroso microlot from his farm La Soledad in Antioquia, Colombia returns to Tree House. Served hot, our latest Single Origin carries a bright herbaceous quality that gives way to layers of sweet plum within its roastiness. As we continue to work with producers like Ivan, the nuances of their terroir and processes become a through-line in their varietal offerings. This small-batch offering is not to be missed.
A Single Origin revisited. Today's cold brew release is from Ivan Montoya, an incredible producer we jumped at the chance to work with again. Freshly roasted, extracted, and promptly packaged, it carries delicate notes of plum and agave in a snappy body. Chiroso is a Caturra varietal grown in Antioquia that has gained popularity and demand in the coffee scene over the last decade. The high mountain altitudes over 2,000 meters above sea level slow down the growing process, packing the beans with a vibrant acidity, herbaceous sweetness, and crispy mouthfeel. We just love this coffee.
Dark. Delicious. Daily drinker. Deep. Decadent. Daring. Dense. Dreamy. Darkside.

Yes, please, I'll have my Whisper in one of these beauties. Available online now and in Boston, Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury today, while supplies last.
More letters = more hops. GGGreennn for those who dare to reach hop nirvana.
Today we are pleased to introduce Mazzy - a new coffee IPA. Mazzy celebrates the complementary profiles of our single-origin coffee and hand-selected hops. Our house-roasted coffee lends notes of bright hibiscus and orange soda, while a blend of hand-selected hops bursts with floral peach, perfume lemons, and orange-mango smoothies. Our brew team followed their noses to the coffee department, where they were cupping a new SL28 coffee variety from producer Edinson Argote of Finca Quebraditas in Colombia. These cherries undergo a fascinating multi-stage fermentation. While it might seem strange to pair coffee and hops, they share the process of fermentation, and their flavor wheels are both so expansive that there are moments when the stars truly align. This beer is surprisingly familiar yet wholly unique. The real star of the show, however, is our head coffee roaster David's pup, after whom this special in-house collab is named. And the artwork, by Sarah Laba-Barry, captures her beautifully.
Nelson All Ways is a tour of tropical flavors that evolve across the palate. Notes of fresh citrus, passion fruit, pineapple purée, and melon fill the air and follow through from sip to sip. This beer is Tree House magic at its best. Single Hop beers have long been a coveted mix of sensory education and a delicious exploration of a variety's nuance. With Nelson All Ways, we take the single-hop model to a new level, collecting and blending our favorite Nelson lots from farms across New Zealand. It offers the full spectrum of Nelson's flavor: heightened versions of its most famous characteristics and flashes of notes that seem to appear only from combining multiple terroirs.
Lights Out for the love of the game. We have been, will be, and are actively dreaming about Pale Ales. This one is as soft and fluffy as they come.
Key Lime Vodka Soda - freshies today! For those who refuse to accept summer's end, we crafted a crushable bubbly soda that bursts with fresh lime juice. Simple, but so expressive.
It really is that simple. Zippy bubbles propel Percy's Gin's botanical profile, while a dash of sugar and lemon gives it a bright and elegant finish. It is so good to have Tom back.
Our latest Single Origin release is our first from Finca Quebraditas and producer Edinson Argote. Featuring the lovely SL28 variety, a bean whose roots originate in Kenya, it is known for bright acidity and smooth citrus sweetness. Edinson’s efforts absolutely deliver, as we perceive notes of hibiscus tea and orange soda. Edinson Argote works primarily with micro-batches of only the ripest cherries, guaranteeing total control over fermentation. The advanced washed process includes two stages of fermentation. First, the cherries are sealed for 72 hours and then dried within twelve days. Then, it is reintroduced to a novel blend of yeasts, after which the coffee is rehydrated and sealed for four days before a final 76-hour drying stage. You may have noticed we are so enamored with this release that we decided to design a beer around it: Mazzy, a rare marriage of coffee and hop flavor profiles. This is the first of many from this incredible producer, and we will be savoring its unique aroma, black and piping hot from a proper pour-over until then.

It's Negroni Week, and we're celebrating in a big way. The Negroni is a classic aperitivo, designed to awaken the appetite before a meal, but we find its balance of bitter, sweet, and botanical flavors suits dinner and late nights just as well. The classic Negroni is a simply constructed cocktail made with equal parts Campari, an aperitivo, vermouth, and gin. To celebrate this enduring classic, we’re offering two distinct variations, both utilizing Percy’s Gin and our house-made N/A vermouth. We made this vermouth with white grape for sweetness, steeped with wormwood, thyme, rosemary, and chamomile for a balanced botanical note. 🍊 The Red Negroni Our red Negroni features Touquet, our orange-and-cranberry aperitivo. Bright citrus and tart cranberry bring a fruit-forward twist to the classic, pairing beautifully with the botanical character of our vermouth and Percy’s rush of juniper and pine. 🍋🟩 The Green Negroni Perrine brings fresh Key lime and a touch of tropical brightness to this bittersweet classic. Paired with our house-made botanical vermouth and Percy’s Gin, the result is a citrusy, herbal, piney delight! These gems are available in Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury right now.
Guava, starfruit, mango?! How do they do it? Travel, insight, and the energy to continuously chase the best hops we can find. Golden Rose is a Triple IPA that further encapsulates our enthusiasm for this island wonder. We blend Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Paradisi hops, making this one of the most tropical TIPAs in our portfolio of mega-hoppy beers. A Golden Rose, indeed.
Fresh hop season is upon us. Trail Fresh Hop Strata is a crisp German Pilsner that receives a massive dry hop of fresh, whole-cone Strata. It bursts with notes of strawberry, pineapple, and passionfruit atop a crushable base and a dry finish. Fresh hop beers might be the most seasonal beers in the truest sense of the word. We literally can only make these right now. There's a very short window between harvest and when we add these 'wet' hops to our beer. This style takes a lot of planning, coordinating, and hard work, but it’s worth it every time. There’s more coming as harvest season kicks off. Our team is actually in Yakima right now, selecting this year’s crop. Rarely does a style make us feel more connected to the season's natural rhythms and the agricultural backbone of our craft.
🏔️ Munich → 🔥 Bamberg A Märzen for campfire season. The backbone of Slow Burn carries the quintessential notes of brown bread, malty caramel, and balanced bitterness from noble Hallertau hops, but with a twist from Munich’s northern neighbor, Bamberg. We add a touch of smoked malt, which lends a wonderful campfire note to this malty delight. Our smoked beers and Oktoberfest variants make up almost half of our draft list at our classic bar in Charlton. If you love classic fall beers as much as we do, or are new to the style, ask one of our bartenders. We can find the perfect match for you.
🍋🍈🫧 Sodee Pop 🫧🍋🍈 No crazy ingredients. Just sugarcane and fruit. It’s just the best.
Turns out we are easily amused. Grapefruit Seltzer is freaking awesome. Simple, delicious seltzers.

We’re back in the Palm Springs of Washington, and that familiar sign off of I-82 still makes us feel excited for the novelty and promise of what's to come. We’re here for the yearly ritual of hop selection: reconnecting with our grower partners and choosing the hops that will shape the year ahead for Tree House beer. It's legitimately some of the hardest work we do all year, and we don't rest until we find the best that the Valley and beyond have to offer. In honor of this year's trip, we timed the release of a crushable, grapefruit-forward West Coast IPA for you to enjoy, now available in Tree House-land. It's pictured here under the iconic sign that inspires its design. Get after it.
