Sojourn Coffee is an American Stout with notes of roasted grains and chocolate caramels. A dose of Magnum and Centennial hops tames its sweetness with a flash of dried citrus peel and earthy pine. Furthering its depth of character, we conditioned it on Darkside, our roastiest blend, adding notes of molasses and fudge throughout.

It's in the returning to a place that you finally get to see all you've overlooked. When we arrive back in New England a good walk in the woods feels like a homecoming; plopping down on the endless stone walls from lonegone farmland is a good way to declutter the mind. These simple monuments, free of hubris or pretension, stitch together the landscape like quiltwork—places to sit and contemplate where we are going and what we may leave behind.
