🔎 🧐🔎 🧐🔎 🧐🔎 🧐 The Mystery is a Triple IPA, pouring a glowing orange and topped with heaps of sticky foam. Peacharine and Nelson fill the air with notes of lychee, passionfruit juice, stone fruit salad, and white grape. A charge of Cascade offers bright citrus-peel aromas and lingering notes of pine in its creamy finish. Like the Riddle

Mango Storm is a rendition of Perfect Storm conditioned on mango purée! Featuring a whopping charge of Simcoe and Citra, it carries notes of earthy citrus, cantaloupe, papaya, and strawberry-banana smoothies. Layered within its tropical profile are notes of creamy mango lassi and rich mango nectar. The storm we never knew we needed but now cannot live without.

2 photos: We're chasing the storm - always. ⛈️⛈️

We're chasing the storm - always. ⛈️⛈️ Maybe it was the months long run of rainy weekends that put this series on our minds. We're happy to add a silver lining.

"All day I faced, the barren waste, without the taste of Lager, cool, clear Lager Ol' Dan and I, with throats burned dry and souls that cry for Lager, cool, clear Lager Dan, can you see that big green tree where the Lager's running free and it's waiting there for you and me" 🎵🌳🍻 Fresh Air is a 3.5% Lager brewed with a kiss of Citra hops. It's a sleeper hit that we crafted as the perfect accompaniment for the end of a hike or as a steady sipper in front of the grill. Like a literal breath of fresh air.

4 photos: The creamiest latte in the land starts with the roast.

The creamiest latte in the land starts with the roast. Most cold brew loses the flavor of a fresh cup somewhere along the way. We make ours from freshly roasted beans using a proprietary extraction process that locks in everything that makes coffee worth drinking. Smooth as melted ice cream, over ice or straight from the can. If you've never had cold brew made this way, we think you'll really enjoy it. ☕🥛

2 photos: Big Star is big time BACK!

Big Star is big time BACK! It's a rich and snappy cold brew with an undercurrent of dark cherry notes balanced by a toffee note that lingers between sips. This is a one-of-a-kind treat resulting from our direct trade partnership with our friends Pablo and Eva Del Cid. We actually invested in an eco-friendly wet mill on their farm, an essential piece of equipment in their processing. The beans they harvest carry unique nuances imparted by their terroir and their careful process. It never lasts long, so stock up 💫

7 photos: Once upon a time, Charlton was but a twinkle in our eye.

Once upon a time, Charlton was but a twinkle in our eye. The ideal of our vision - a warm and inviting place to drink a beer and make a memory - had yet to come to fruition four years into our journey. But in the fifth year that changed when we broke ground on 68 acres on a quiet strip of Route 20 in Charlton, Massachusetts. As you scroll through these images, you'll see an earnest sign of things to come, placed East of the area of our current entrance. The second image will look familiar and vaguely mirrors the entrance today. The third is further up the hill in the area below the existing food truck court. The fifth is in the area of the current Sunset Patio. The sixth is just past the 'Jurassic Park' sign a few days after starting clearing. And the final image is Lauren in the exact area of the sunset patio today. We'll never stop looking to our past to draw inspiration for our future. We are as energized as ever at the power of a great beverage's ability to enhance life's little moments - the ones that we'll hopefully look back on as the most important ones in this life. We also try to recognize them as they are happening, which, admittedly, can be a little harder. Thank you for continuing to put faith in us and supporting us in our mission to build and maintain a little escape for you.

Choose your own adventure: Frozen cocktail edition ❄️🏝️ Blue Spruce 💙🌲🧊 Built around our own Percy Gin, bursting with punchy notes of juniper and pine, Blue Spruce blends blue curaçao, freshly squeezed lime juice, and sweet lemonade. Garnished with a lemon wheel, it delivers a burst of bright citrus and cool botanical flavors. Every sip feels like a gust of snowy flurries on a hot summer day. Painkiller 🌴🍍🥥 Summer calls for classic frozen cocktails! Our Painkiller features our own Richley Hogo Rum, a white rum brimming with tropical esters. We blend it with coconut cream, fresh orange juice, and pineapple juice, then finish it with a dusting of nutmeg. It's smooth, tropical, and made for sunshine. These are Charlton exclusive – couldn’t imagine a better day for it.

OK here we go, this 🥞 🧇 🍳 and some of these 🥓 🥐 🥯 and of course brekkie wouldn't be complete with out 🍓🫐 🍌 🧃 . Breakfast Juice is a Triple IPA brewed with guava, peach, and mango puree! It carries notes of juicy fruit bubblegum, mango gummies, clementine, apricot, and peach atop a fluffy body and a chewy malt bill. It's been a minute since we've had one from this family of beers in the cooler - when we tried it from the tank, we very quickly wondered what had taken so long.

Juice Project Virtue is a rendition of Juice Project featuring our freshest Peacharine selections and a complementary dose of Citra. It floods the senses with notes of ice-cold peach juice, apricot slices, ripe mango, and fresh-squeezed OJ. This beer is the culmination of lessons learned in our Juice Project series, refined processes that allow us to add massive hop doses while keeping bitterness at bay. It also was an early dive into a focus on pale malts, giving these beers their beautiful color. In fact, it was projects such as this that helped us build a repertoire of fluffy, surprisingly approachable TIPAs. Juice Project Virtue has a thirst-quenching quality truly befitting the series title; we hope you get a chance to try it.

3 photos: Summer , y'all. ☀️

Summer , y'all. ☀️ Our warm-weather seasonal is finally back and it overflows with notes of orange juice, mango gummies, clementine sorbet, and citrus pith. We brew this beer with an addition of oats in the grist, which fold right into the already creamy texture of our house yeast. It takes some serious self-discipline to wait all year to make beers such as this, but part of the magic is the interplay of the flavors and the sight of the cans’ beautiful artwork tied to the weather. This beer is what we crave every time we're escaping the sun in the shade, dipping our feet in the water, or sipping on as the A/C cranks after an afternoon of yard work. It tastes like Summer.

3 photos: ☁️☁️☁️🌙☁️☁️☁️

☁️☁️☁️🌙☁️☁️☁️ Lights Out is a fluffy Pale Ale with prevailing notes of sweet tangerine juice and a hoppy, balanced finish. It was a celebratory beer that marked the closing of one Monson door and the opening of another, and it simply wouldn’t be a proper anniversary month without it by our side.

Our Vodka Sodas are built around a simple idea: let great ingredients speak for themselves. 🥭🥭🥭🥭 Each flavor delivers a bright pop of real fruit character, a refreshing and sessionable ABV, and a clean, crisp finish that can only come from a base spirit made with care. At the heart of every can is our Double Gold Medal-winning house vodka, crafted from local grains and distilled for exceptional smoothness. Its clean profile provides the perfect canvas for a singular fruit flavor to shine. We're only a few weeks into rolling these out, but we have a feeling we'll be making a boatload more this summer, or a cooler full, if you will. 🍹☀️🧊🚤

It's the summer of Tree House Transfusion - now in it's third year, this stuff is flyin'. Reasons to love it: • Jammy, nostalgic, quintessentially New England Concord grape ✔️ • A hint of savory thyme ✔️ • A splash of ginger spice ✔️ Maybe most of all, it’s so dang pretty 💜

Big news, gang - We're running back the Tree House Beer Garden at this year's @travelerschamp ! Nestled between the 14th green and 15th tee, it's perched high to post up and see the action or load up on refreshment as you make your way to the course's pivotal holes. As an added bonus this year, you'll find Julius and Golf Pils throughout the course in concessions. As a bonus bonus, you'll be able to find Tree House Cold Brew, our Cookies & Cream Oat Milk Latte, and our refreshing non-alcoholic seltzer throughout the course. We're looking forward to spending a legendary week with you! See you out there!

2 photos: A storm so big it's gone Galactic.

A storm so big it's gone Galactic. This beer is one of the most amplified expressions of a blend we love: Citra and Simcoe. We've spent years traveling to the Pacific Northwest, building relationships with the growers behind these iconic hops. As those relationships deepen and our understanding of each farm grows, we're able to select specific lots that stand out in our process, allowing these beers to become more focused, expressive, and vibrant with every harvest.

2 photos: Soda for happy tummies 🍃🫚🍋✨

Soda for happy tummies 🍃🫚🍋✨ Our Treebiotic Ginger Lime is made with real ginger and lime for a splash of citrus and a zing of spice. Sweetened with cane sugar, it features a blend of chicory root fiber, agave inulin, and apple cider vinegar - prebiotics that help support your body’s natural function. We love these drinks as an afternoon thirst quencher or an after-lunch sweet treat. Apple cider vinegar, in particular, pairs well with food; its acetic acid content is associated with post-meal metabolic response and supports the digestive process as a whole. The best part about these functional building blocks is that you don’t even notice they’re there, it just feels like a delicious soda.

Haze batches keeps hitting their peak on Mondays and thats perfectly fine with us. A fresh, peachy re-up is hitting our coolers today!

3 photos: I can't believe we went without Codder for like a week.

I can't believe we went without Codder for like a week. Codder Seltzer is our Peach and Hibiscus seltzer, pouring a radiant red color from heaps of real hibiscus flowers. These are two ingredients we’ve been using for a long time. The same purée and hibiscus that we use in some of our longest-running Tart beers are utilized in this seltzer. The combination signals mouthwatering refreshment to us. It’s so nice to have in an N/A format we can sip on all day long. That being said, its beautiful hue and juicy body make for an incredible base for a cocktail.

2 photos: Zippy Pils!

Zippy Pils! No Surprises is our Czech-style lager featuring a classic yeast strain, Bohemian pilsner malt, and copious amounts of zesty, hand-selected Saaz hops. If you find yourself gravitating toward lagers, you’ll eventually stumble into the world of Czech beer. Their pilsners are legendary for their clean, crisp character, and while they carry a distinct hop presence, they’re generally more restrained than their German counterparts. In this offering, however, Saaz hops are the star - one of the classic noble hops - delicate, floral, and hay-like, but when used in a generous charge, they reveal a striking lemony brightness that lifts the entire beer. No alarms. No surprises.

Pride & Juiciness is an amplified rendition of Pride and Purpose, celebrating 14 years of fresh beer. Brewed simply with pale malt, Galaxy hops, and a hint of Citra, it showcases notes of pineapple, orange, passionfruit, and grapefruit zest, culminating in a pleasantly bitter finish. The Tree House on the front of this can is made from the signatures of our production crew. They leave their mark on every beer we brew, and now that mark is on the can itself. Each one is an indispensable link in the chain: from our brewers working the kettles, to the cellar team carrying every batch with care, to our packaging team running the tightest ship in the business. Every one of these individuals is a skilled craftsperson who rises to the occasion day in and day out. The care they put in matches the excitement we see when someone settles in with a fresh pour or loads up a dolly of colorful cans for friends and family. What a beer. What a crew. Pride & Juiciness. Pride & Purpose. #14years

James and the giant, incredibly massive, gargantuan Orange. 🍊 Thankfully, our crew is forklift certified 🦺 We took a small portion of Massive Treat and conditioned it on orange purée. The levels of juice are out of this world right now.

3 photos: We're gonna need a bigger candy jar.

We're gonna need a bigger candy jar. Listen, if you somehow haven't dived into our Treat series, which explores the sweet and candy-like side of hops, don't be afraid of the Triple. This thing is juicy as heck and shockingly balanced. We're welcoming it back after a year of hibernation.
