☁️☁️🏰☁️☁️ Cloud Castles is a zippy Bavarian Pilsner crafted after the soft, floral lagers from southern Germany. Bohemian pilsner malt produces a crisp, straw-colored body with airy notes of sweet grain. Spalt and Saphir hops lend wispy notes of woody spice, spring flowers, tangerine peel, and a hint of red currant black tea. Bavarian pilsners are the gentler cousin to the assertively bitter Northern German Lagers. Their profile seems to match the landscape. The largest state within Germany evokes quintessential imagery: the alpine hills rolling down from snowy peaks, castles dotting the countryside, and endless farmland. Ours is brewed meticulously to style, the cloud-like foam mimicking the famous Alps before collapsing into sticky lacing along the glass.
