Today, we are pleased to introduce Tree House Cookies, a cookie endeavor that specializes in making a single type of cookie, really, really well. These cookies are the product of a lifelong obsession: Simple, high-quality ingredients coaxed to taste their very best through a bit of baking alchemy. Calling them chocolate chip would be an understatement. They are absolutely loaded with chocolate, with a chewy center and a gentle shell to hold it all together. Cookie bliss. Sometimes you just want a really, really good cookie. And today in Charlton, you can have one, Tree House-style.

Ataraxia is a new IPA that showcases the otherworldly tropical aromas of New Zealand terroir, thanks to our friends at Freestyle Hops. Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin produce intense aromas of lychee juice and apricot that give way to sweet notes of peach jam, passionfruit, and grassy Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a strange word, meaning a state of tranquility that is impervious to the trials of our daily lives. With layers of meaning and multiple paths to its calm waters, three ancient disciplines, Pyrrhonism, Epicureanism, and Stoicism, all ruminated on its inherent value. We hope the incredible flavors locked into its profile are a worthy companion to a moment of solitude, or a reminder that all we need is contained within our lives and those we love.

Spring always feels like a second chance or a return to something long forgotten. New Day is an amplified version of our seasonal Double IPA, Spring. It carries huge notes of fresh orange juice, mixed berries, clementine peel, and shades of stone fruit, offset by a thirst-quenching bitterness. It's one of our favorite seasonal variations and comes as quickly as it goes. The hopeful feeling of a new world is captured in the artwork from our long-time collaborator @keever

2 photos: The color of a good day ☁️ ☀️

The color of a good day ☁️ ☀️ We love seeing these powder blue cans rolling off the packaging line because it means Aurora is finally back. Our coffee team sources beans from Central America and Africa and rigorously blends them to create a duality of flavors. Rich dark chocolate notes coat the palate, while bright citrus awakens the senses. It’s a snappy, everyday cold brew that proves once again that our daily routine is elevated by incredible ingredients.

Fresh Darkside to power our day. Our deepest, darkest roast is back. This blend carries robust, roasty notes that wake you up before you’ve even had a sip and reveals layers of rich dark chocolate, molasses, and a subtle nuttiness. A coffee drinker’s coffee for the win.

One of our rarer canned cocktails is back: Airmail. Richley Rum combines with velvety honey, a dash of fresh lime, and champagne notes for a spritzy delight from a bygone era, one we’re happy to bring back into the spotlight. You deserve the best ingredients, whether you’re hosting or simply winding down with someone you love at the end of the day. Airmail’s layers of flavor are as thoughtfully curated as your favorite speakeasy, and save you from popping a bottle of Champagne or breaking out the shaker. Simple. Unique. Elevated. Delicious.

Haze won't be the only thing making your cooler purple this summer.

Haze won't be the only thing making your cooler purple this summer. Our Transfusion has been flying this winter and spring. Transfusion is a blend of our House Vodka, sweet Concord grape juice, a splash of ginger heat, and a hint of savory thyme that ties it all together. It’s uniquely delicious and equally beautiful when served in your favorite cocktail glasses. We will shout to the high heavens all day about this underappreciated local legend, but it’s best to just try one for yourself. Sugar, spice, and savory on ice.

It's Easter stock-up week, y'all, and we've got the perfect beer for you. 🐰 🌸 🌼 🌷 How many hops are in your Easter basket? Like Hopsgiving and Hopsmas before it, Hopster uses a combination of eight remarkable hop lineages to create a cornucopia of tropical flavors, bursting with notes of summer melon, passionfruit, white grape, stone fruit jam, and citrus juice. Within this Southern Hemisphere blend, newcomers Night Train and Rhapzody add hints of creamy guava and lime hard candy!

2 photos: We've been waiting our whole lives for this beer.

We've been waiting our whole lives for this beer. Patient Nomad is our Czech Dark Lager, brewed with authentic light and dark floor-malted barley and a variety of roasted malts. It’s incredibly crisp, with complex notes of cocoa powder, brown bread, hay, and earthy noble hops. Nomad is the cornerstone of our classic beer program and, over time, has seen various tweaks to its recipe and process. We’ve rested it in our oak foeder, on sugar maple, and even given it a charge of nitro carbonation. The smallest changes can have a huge effect on beers like this, and for this rendition, “time” is the key ingredient. There’s an intuitive aspect to these beers that feels tied to the natural world; the cold slows things down, and they thrive when they aren't rushed. Patient Nomad was fermented cold and rested for a good part of the long winter in our horizontal tanks, gradually dropping to near-freezing temperatures as natural carbonation infused into it. The result is just about everything you could ask for in a Tree House beer.

Razzy, razz, razzy razz. When we kicked off our Seltzer Program, we knew we wanted to do something different. Think bold flavors, real ingredients, and a little bit of ingredient-based magic. Razzy is packed with juicy red berry flavor and loaded with butterfly pea flowers, giving it a dreamy blue color. The fun part? Add a squeeze of lemon, and it shifts to a stunning violet while boosting those bright raspberry vibes right before your eyes. Acidity and alkalinity will change its colors, so add your own adulterations and have fun with it.

It's not every day we release a double-barrel barleywine. In fact, it's basically never. Tree of Reckoning. Tree of Reckoning carries intense notes of bourbon-aged maple syrup, melted vanilla dark chocolate, Madeira-soaked plums, and German marzipan. These sweet notes are tempered by rich bourbon character throughout, along with accents of tannic American oak. While it’s a sipper crafted for the discerning Barleywine aficionado and bourbon enthusiast, we would be lying if we didn’t admit we’ve considered pouring this rich Ale over ice cream or soaking a tray of ladyfingers as a base for tiramisu. Aged for 27 months in Buffalo Trace barrels before being re-racked into select Weller barrels, it is one of our most bourbon-forward releases in Tree House history. Its appearance in the glass results from the transformative qualities of the double-barreling process. Pouring an almost stout-like color, its former ruby hue reveals itself when held to the light, obscured in the glass from the double exposure to char during its lengthy rest. Like all our barreled releases, Tree of Reckoning is the product of dutiful attention, foresight, and patience. It is a special beer, to be sure. We hope you enjoy it with those you love.

The colors of the juicy rainbow. Our Milky series uses several process tweaks to create a uniquely smooth, hoppy experience. With the addition of tropical purée, Milky King Julius Mango checks all the boxes for us: total hop saturation with a creamy, fluffy texture. Get it!

Milky King Julius bursts with smoothie-like notes of ripe citrus, mango nectar, and sugary melons! You may wonder what separates this beer from the original King Julius. . .well, just about everything! We utilize a softer water profile, wheat in the grist, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 30% larger than the original. Juicy. Different. Delicious. 🥛 🍊 🥭 🥤 ✨

Fellowship Nitro lets you pour a proper pub pint at home. Our London Porter carries notes of baker's chocolate, caramel malts, roasty coffee, and molasses-drizzled toast, all under a thick cap of foam. The Nitro carbonation is the quiet magic on a faithful recreation of a UK staple, mimicking a London water profile and utilizing imported English malts and hops. A long-expected journey from kettle to can, brewed with the kind of care that only a fellowship of obsessives could manage. One does not simply crack this open. Give the can a light roll before pouring vigorously into the glass. The road home was never this smooth.

Big Star is our direct-trade cold brew that snaps with complex notes of amaretto, pear, and chocolate. It’s hard to express how much this offering means to us. It represents a flourishing partnership with its growers, Pablo and Eva Del Cid, and has been a staple in our lineup from the very beginning. Season after harvest season, these beans delight us with their approachability and depth of flavor. We love Big Star, and are certain you will too.✨

Our Mocha Latte blends our house-made chocolate syrup with creamy oat milk and a Nitro infusion, creating a classic, velvety layer of foam. If you were able to catch the short film for our Lavender Honey Oat Latte, you'll be pleased to know that we make our own chocolate syrup from scratch with the same level of intention and attention to detail. It’s a decadent treat you can enjoy straight from the can - rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced in every sip.

3 photos: Say hello to Fellowship Nitro Vanilla.

Say hello to Fellowship Nitro Vanilla. We couldn't help but bring the creamy, coffee-like notes of our London Porter to their fullest expression. Conditioned on mounds of fresh vanilla beans, it carries notes of chocolate cookies and vanilla lattes, all balanced by earthy hops and a pleasant roastiness. The dollop of foam from the Nitro carbonation stays with you until the bottom of the glass, adding a soft splash of vanilla creaminess to every sip. One beer to rule them all.

Motueka All Ways carries intense aromas of limeade, ripe pineapple, and mixed stone fruits that swirl through its creamy body. Beneath these tropical aromas are notes of banana cream, lemongrass, and resinous hop oils. It’s hard to believe there isn’t fruit added to this New Zealand Double IPA. Rather than highlight a single growing region, this series seeks to express the full flavor spectrum of a single variety. To achieve this, we source our favorite hand-selected lots from multiple growers. For this release, we combined Motueka hops from Garston Hops, Eggers Hops, Clayton Hops, and Freestyle Hops. This ambitious endeavor would not be possible without traveling to the source and inspecting each farm’s lots for the most pungent representations of the style. Motueka All Ways is, in a sense, an encyclopedic definition of the Motueka variety.

3 photos: 🐬🐳⚓

🐬🐳⚓ Jewel of the Sea pops with notes of orange marmalade, honey, pineapple, and apricot over a base of toasty, sweet malt! For this beer, we utilized a legendary English base malt called Pearl, a traditional variety known for its slightly bready, sweet character. Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 shine like never before, supported by a chewy malt bill that stands up to an absurd hopping regimen.

Bubba is a Single IPA that features heaps of classic American hops. Mosaic and Amarillo fill the air with aromas of mango juice, peach smoothies, and honeydew melon. Cascade then reels in its tropical introduction with a burst of classic pine and bitter grapefruit notes. The beer industry is full of some of the kindest, most hardworking people you’ll ever have the good fortune of meeting. Our brewers wanted to make a beer to honor one of those people: Joe McAdam, in the cellar. He’s the type of guy you’d need to set up a long-exposure camera to capture, because he’s an absolute blur between the canning line and the cellar. This one's for you, Bubba.
