Luthier is a Saison crafted with history and simplicity in mind and, for the first time, has been packaged at our farm in Woodstock. An authentic yeast strain carries notes of clove and black pepper, which sit atop a rustic grain bill reminiscent of farmhouse breads. European Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops add a zing of lemon, white grape, and noble spice. A life spent working with your hands leaves an impact on the artisan and the land alike. The relationship between raw materials and their transformation through craftsmanship is never far from our minds. It’s a special thing to observe the seamless transition from working the soil to utilizing its bounty in our offerings. As spring peeks over the horizon, it’s a wonderful time to stop by and see the beginning of our future releases being sown by our dedicated farm crew.

Nelson Many Ways bursts with notes of tropical white-fleshed fruits such as sweet mangosteen and lychee. These sweet aromas are balanced by a floral note unique to their terroir, reminiscent of white needle tea. Nature vs. Nurture. Our Many Ways series explores the subtle differences of single-hop varieties grown across the island of New Zealand. Small changes in elevation, sunlight, soil composition, and growing techniques greatly affect the aroma and flavor of the famous Nelson hop. @garstonhops, a farm far south of the Nelson region, continues to show unique characteristics not expressed by any other grower. While far off the beaten path, it’s a farm we take the time to visit every year—to catch up with old friends and experience the subtle changes in their crop firsthand.

Illuminate 🕯️

Illuminate 🕯️ Adjacent to the decadent Barleywine on the long list of underserved beers is the Wheatwine, a luscious sipper that’s so smooth one might think it’s been resting for years. A complex grain bill brings forth notes of caramel-drizzled pound cake, honey-soaked figs, and freshly baked blondies. Its richness is tempered by subtle citrus and pine aromas from a blend of West Coast hops. This style came about in the early days of the craft beer revolution and was inspired by German and English brewing traditions. Rarely is a beer of this strength crafted to showcase a single malt; the wheat notes create a rounded mouthfeel that plays uniquely off its toffee-and-caramel character. While hefty in ABV and meant to be sipped slowly, it's incredibly drinkable and a wonderful accompaniment to meals and desserts alike. Enjoy one now and hold on to the others for years of developing enjoyment and intrigue.

2 photos: Box Break!

Box Break! This amplified version of Card Break utilizes a blend of hand-selected American hops that fill the air with notes of fruit and pine. Amarillo and Mosaic lead with sweet aromas of blueberry jam, mango smoothies, and peach ring gummies. Following behind, Centennial gives a burst of zesty citrus notes and dank pine resin. Best shared while ripping packs.

The Three Sisters - Peach is a beautiful rendition of our sour saison. Crafted after the historic all-day refreshers of Belgium’s agricultural past, it utilizes rustic malts and a blend of Belgian yeasts. Notes of bread crust, peach yogurt, and hints of pear fill the air, while Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops bring complementary notes of garden herbs, noble spice, and lemon tea. It's perfect for those impromptu moments when a thirst-quencher is the perfect accompaniment to a brief respite or an unplanned hangout with a friend or neighbor.

Crafted with New Zealand's scenic landscapes in mind, Sapphire Rose is an IPA that holds the essence of a captivating land. Hand-selected Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wakatu hops create unreal tropical aromas atop a creamy malt bill. Nelson Sauvin hops impart the essence of white grape, Waimea adds a hint of citrus zest and woody undertones, and Wakatu hops complete the experience, bursting with the richness of mixed tropical fruits. Our Rose series is an evolving array of special blends, each iteration showing its face and quickly dissipating to make room for new flavors. Do not sleep on these 🌹

Wild Strawberry Basil Vodka Soda. Mellow and incredibly clean, it lets the sweet red berry notes shine before revealing a hint of bright, herbal basil. The foundation is Tree House Vodka, and that matters. A base spirit this clean and this intentional gives every ingredient room to be itself.

The fairways are getting their fill of refreshment with the spring rains, and the Caddie Cooler has us covered in the meantime. The tang of iced tea meets the zing of lemon with just the right amount of sweetness. The base of this drink is Tree House Vodka, and we think that's pretty cool. It doesn't come from an industrial distillery in the Midwest. It comes from a small, passionate group of people who care deeply about making a base spirit that stands on its own as something truly unique and enjoyable.

We would be remiss not to offer this small allotment of Santa Margarita in whole bean form. A continual thread we’ve found when sourcing our beans is that varietals bred for resiliency make for incredibly rich, layered roasts. Served hot, the cherry notes remind us of summer picnics, while the already creamy nougat note melts into a smooth, velvety finish.

Our second Single Origin release today, in cold brew form, also comes from our friends at MAV Coffee. This naturally processed bean carries a bright acidity reminiscent of sweet cherry juice, giving way to notes of chewy nougat. Beyond the incredible flavor profiles we experienced when sampling MAV coffees at last year’s Specialty Coffee Expo, we’re inspired by their story. Led by Miguel Ángel Villavicencio, MAV is committed to honoring its family’s coffee legacy while building an honest, sustainable, and profitable livelihood in El Salvador today. These beans are the direct result of that philosophy in action. When their cousin Don Julio’s farm, Finca Santa Margarita, faced decline due to climate change and leaf rust, MAV stepped in to revitalize it by cultivating a more resilient variety called Sarchimor. They also incorporated science and modern technology to improve quality and consistency. To us, these beans represent the beginning of a larger project: protecting historic farmland from an encroaching world. We look forward to importing, roasting, and sharing these small-batch varieties in perpetuity.

If you picked today to visit Tree House, congrats, you picked a good one. If you didn't pick today, we just might convince you otherwise. Our Single Origin series travels to El Salvador as a limited-edition boxed coffee offering: La Pacaya from our friends at MAV Coffee, a fourth- and fifth-generation coffee family. We feel very grateful to be able to source our first SL28 from the MAV family, a variety with origins from Kenya. We purchased their entire lot of this special bean, this harvest season having only yielded 77 pounds in total. SL28 is renowned for its complex and intense profile; it features a bright lemon zest followed by notes of juicy pomegranate syrup. At the heart of their work is Finca La Pacaya, named after the surrounding pacaya palm trees, located at about 1,800 meters above sea level in the Llamatepec mountain range. MAV carefully curated this farm for cultivating and exploring the highest-quality coffee exotics. High altitude and rich volcanic soil create the perfect conditions for coffee varieties such as SL28 and Gesha, which are both known for their adaptability, drought resistance, and exceptional cup quality. MAV has continued to grow and share its efforts nationwide, becoming the first to introduce these resilient coffee cultivars to El Salvador’s soil. This release is a standout in our Limited single-origin release canon, showcasing our fascination with the remarkable flavors of rare varietals born from unique terroir and dedicated stewardship.

Moment of Clarity is a beer that just has the 'it' factor. Add extra maple, and it has even more of 'it'. One of our favorite Milk Stouts returns with even bolder maple flavor. Conditioned on our house-roasted coffee and dark chocolate, with buckets of maple syrup added throughout its journey to the can, it hits all the dessert notes while remaining light, fluffy, and drinkable.

Monday is the new Sunday, or something. Wafflebangaaaaaaahhhh! Because breakfast is an all-day affair. This Double IPA started as an inside joke that eventually made its way to the kettle, and it was so damn good that it has stuck around and even earned internal acclaim as beer of the year on countless occasions. A chewy malt bill, berry-forward hops, and maple syrup - it works brilliantly. It really does.

Lime Seltzahhhh. You've had it before, but there's a decent chance you haven't tried our take. Small-batches, real extracts, purées, and gently mineralized Tree House water = next-level seltzers.

Treebiotic Creamsicle is our prebiotic soda loaded with the building blocks for a happy tummy. Agave inulin, chicory root fiber, and apple cider vinegar get an ice cream-inspired twist from real vanilla beans and orange puree! It is shockingly delicious. Decent-for-you-soda? We, indeed, have the technology.

2 photos: ☕🥛

☕🥛 Single Shot is a Milk Stout conditioned on our own roasted coffee. Fresh beans leave the roaster and are ground and bagged mere minutes before rich, dark Stout floods over them in our brite cellar. It's an incredibly drinkable beer with rich notes of chocolate, creamy hot cocoa, and caramel macchiatos.

As the season breaks from the spell of cold weather, our newest Bock arrives. Indeed, our most robust entry to date.

As the season breaks from the spell of cold weather, our newest Bock arrives. Indeed, our most robust entry to date. Feast or Famine is a Triple Bock that floods the senses with aromas of burnt caramel, rich port wine, and dark cherry syrup. Behind these notes come hints of molasses, chocolate-covered figs, and earthy spice. Despite its rich character, extended conditioning makes it a sublime and effortless sipper. We had to package a historical beast of a beer in 500ml bottles. This special release has been aging for months in our classics cellar, waiting for its proper release on International Bock Day. This style of dark, malty beer originated in northern Germany and has since inspired multiple distinct variations. The earliest versions were high in alcohol, rich in malt, and generously hopped to balance the intense sweetness. The elevated alcohol content, along with the preservative effect of hops, allowed these beers to be exported across Germany, where they quickly became a beloved part of spring celebrations. All of our releases carry a thematic thread, whether they feature a goat or another horned creature. This motif is a nod to the beer’s origin and an etymological coincidence: Einbeck, pronounced “Ain-bock,” evolved into “bock,” which also means “goat” in German. 🐐

Lavender Honey Oat Latte is as dreamy as it sounds. After blending our cold brew with our favorite oat milk, we fold in House-made lavender syrup, fresh vanilla bean, and floral honey. It’s creamy and caffeinated, with the mellow aroma of fresh lavender buds. It's a sublime drink.

We also have limited bags of this blend available in whole bean form. Subtly sweet with delicate floral notes, it pairs beautifully with your favorite creamer. The red fruit acidity really shines in a pour over, creating a bright and refreshing cup. Available today at your favorite Tree House location or to be shipped directly to you from our online store.

We’re doing our best to manifest a warm breeze and sunny weather with the release of our spring seasonal, Sunshower. This cold brew features a blend of Colombian honey-processed Red Bourbon and a naturally processed Costa Rican bean. The depth of flavor comes from how these varieties are prepared: the Colombian coffee has the skin removed while leaving the sugary pulp around the bean, while the Costa Rican coffee dries with the cherry intact, skin and all. Rich, fruity notes from the natural method are balanced by the sweetness and soft aromatics of the honey style. Crafted to welcome the arrival of spring flowers, its rich coffee roast is followed by an uplifting wave of honeysuckle aroma.

We’re humbled to be recognized so heartily on Untappd, earning a record 185 awards from the @untappd community. We started in a small red barn with a simple belief that if we made the best beer we possibly could, people would come out to support us. The market and the world have evolved considerably since then, but our spirit has never changed. These awards spanned dozens of styles, a distinction we hold especially dear as we’ve worked to bring the same level of care to every beer we make, regardless of category. Our obsession with making excellent beverages that can contribute meaningfully to life’s most memorable moments remains unwavering, and recognition such as this only inspires us to work harder and more diligently to earn your patronage. We are grateful to every person who has taken the time to rate, review, and share our beers on the platform, and we’d like to congratulate the other breweries on this list, many of whom we deeply admire. -Tree House
