Luthier

There is work to be done; in front of the shop is a woodpile. The luthier is not deceived and sees shapes waiting to breathe. The eye follows the grain and the density, bends itself around the flaws, and coaxes an intricate pose from the still exterior. Overnight, tired fingers carve out the idea.

🌾🏡 Farm Life 🌱🍺 Two New Zealand legends combine to create waves of Sauvignon Blanc, red grapefruit, and passion fruit. When we travel to New Zealand for hop selection, we traverse the entire island, hopping from farm to farm. The more options, the better. We can select a single lot to highlight a unique expression or create single-hop blends to capture everything their terroir has to offer. These hops travel an improbable journey to get to your glass. ❤️ Not to be outdone by the harvest season, our taproom has a dream lineup of draft and to-go options. Whisper, our malty Oktoberfest 🍂 Hop Nirvana, King Julius 👑 Fluffy and light, Eureka Peacharine ☁️🍑 Rustic and tart, Luthier 🪵🎻 Woodstock exclusive, Juicy Road! 🛣️🍊 There's plenty of other goodies at the end of that hilly dirt road too: coffee, seltzers, cider, and more.

Luthier is a Saison crafted with history and simplicity in mind and, for the first time, has been packaged at our farm in Woodstock. An authentic yeast strain carries notes of clove and black pepper, which sit atop a rustic grain bill reminiscent of farmhouse breads. European Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops add a zing of lemon, white grape, and noble spice. A life spent working with your hands leaves an impact on the artisan and the land alike. The relationship between raw materials and their transformation through craftsmanship is never far from our minds. It’s a special thing to observe the seamless transition from working the soil to utilizing its bounty in our offerings. As spring peeks over the horizon, it’s a wonderful time to stop by and see the beginning of our future releases being sown by our dedicated farm crew.

We'd like you to try our saison, Luthier. Craftsmanship is a word that carries a deep undercurrent of meaning for us. It guides us in all that we do, and we celebrate all those who do things the hard way and the right way. We're a musical bunch, and we can't help seeing the parallels between turning wood into music and our transformation of grain into beer. Luthier is a Belgian saison crafted with history and simplicity in mind. Pouring a straw yellow, Belgian malts and a classic yeast strain fill the air with notes of bread crust, clove, and hints of black pepper. Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops bring forth notes of white grape and noble spice. It's refreshing and delicious. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
