God of the Forest. 🌳 As the hop lots roll into our coolers from our journey across New Zealand, some of our favorites are earmarked for beers such as this. Within a creamy body, pungent notes of fresh crushed grape, citrus zest, and sticky fruit juice jump from the glass. If you are a fan of our Fern series, then God of the Forest is our secret entry into this world of New Zealand hop blends.

Citra's final boss. JJJuiceee Project Citra Citra Citra is amplified in every way possible. Massive hop charges of hand-selected Citra lots are sent through our Juice Project process, resulting in ephemeral bitterness. Think grapefruit candy, mango smoothies, and fresh-squeezed OJ!
Lucky for you, we anticipated that Oh, Danny Boy would move fast. ’Tis the season 🍀 Dry, creamy, full of flavor, and supremely crushable, Danny Boy is one of our favorite beers marking the coming of spring. Notes of caramel and chocolate sit right beneath its nitrogen-infused body, with a dollop of foam fit for a latte. It's a nitro kind of day around here. Don't forget your Split the Tree glass!
There's a pep in our step at the farm today because we're getting in on the St. Paddy's Day action! Fermented to dryness, Woodstock Irish Dry Stout begins with a base of 2-Row, roasted barley, and chocolate malt, imparting rich layers of flavor while retaining supreme drinkability. Pouring an impenetrable black hue into the glass, notes of freshly roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and caramel are offset by a snappy, thirst-quenching bitterness. It's easy to forget that water is the most plentiful ingredient in beer, and there are endless ways it's manipulated before it's introduced to malt, hops, and yeast. For this historical style, we directly mimic a Dublin water profile by brewing with salts, as well as making mineral and pH adjustments, so the ingredients that follow feel right at home. We hope you swing by and drink it as it's meant to be, in the corner of a cozy wooden den with good conversation. The view ain't bad either as spring begins to show its face on the farm.
This zippy American Lager is brewed with 100% Tangier hops, which carry uncanny aromas of fresh orange juice and tangerine popsicles. We have been captivated by this variety, and it absolutely pops as an addition to a clean Pilsner with a snappy finish. There's a story behind every beer. It takes an army to put this can in your hand. Its journey starts with our brewers, then the cellar team, the packaging crew, our truck drivers, and finally our retail staff. This beer, however, has a single origin. Martin Ramos, aka “the hop whisperer,” is a living legend in the world of craft beer, and the brewing world’s newest hop infatuation is his doing. Segal Ranch (segalhopranch) is a third-generation hop farm in Washington State, and its resident green thumb has been honing his craft for over 30 years. Calling upon his background in agricultural science, Martin runs their nursery and breeding program. During our last hop selection, we tried this hop from his own garden, shared some of his equally famous tacos, and discussed future beers like this.

Can you split the Tree? Glass now available in all locations. Let’s have a fun March, gang.
Question of the month: Can you split the Tree? Available today in all locations.
Mud Season is upon us. Mud Season is a White IPA crafted in honor of winter’s final trial of our spirit. Pouring a cloudy yellow hue from a wheat-heavy malt bill, heaps of foam rise above the glass. A wintry charge of Centennial hops brings forth notes of flowing pine sap, grapefruit rind, and lemon candy. This style is an oft-forgotten hybrid of old- and new-world brewing. Wheat and pale malts create a base similar to German Witbiers, while new-school hopping methods add bright aromatics to its hazy appearance. When we got to work crafting an ode to the muddy bridge between seasons, this style seemed to be the perfect fit. Furthermore, Centennial fires on all cylinders here, right in the center of a Venn diagram with juice on one side and dank pine on the other. Artwork by @keever !
The magic of terroir - the environmental conditions, especially soil, and climate, in which hops are grown and give a hop its unique flavor and aroma - continues to enthrall us at Tree House. To illustrate the difference between region and growing conditions, we began the Many Ways series, which seeks to brew single-hop beers with hops sourced from specific growing regions and farms. This rendition contains Nelson Sauvin, grown exclusively by our friends at Clayton Hops in the Upper Moutere region of New Zealand’s South Island. Clayton Hops has an enigmatic quality so punchy and unique that it’s hard to grasp without visiting his farm. They grow in a remote area of the South Island (so remote you have to drive through a river to get there), far removed from other farms, and this shows in the singular quality of their hops.
You know it's going to be a good hump day when we lead things off with the mighty King. 🍊🤴🍊

Travel and understanding have been at the core of our efforts since the beginning here at Tree House, so it’s with much delight that we take you on our journeys to New Zealand, this time in a physical periodical format. Featuring beautiful imagery from our travels in search of the world’s best hops and graced by the written story of the journey, it’s just plain fun to flip through. Trips such as this not only inspire us to make better beer but also help us do so. These will be handed out for free with beer-to-go orders this week at all locations, while supplies last. We hope you enjoy reading it over a beer.
Fact check: 3000% accurate. It’s that day, squad. See you at Tree House.
Our Milky series sets its sights on DDDazeee. If you haven't had these creamy, pale renditions of some of our favorite hop bombs, do not sleep on this peachy paradise. Pouring a milky yellow-orange into your glass, it leads with notes of peach ring gummies, candied citrus peel, peach smoothies, and sugary orange juice, and finishes with a firm, short-lasting bitterness.
Well, if this isn't as sssight for sssore eyes! AAAlterrr Ego is back doing its best impression of fresh-squeezed Florida oranges 😋
Our enthusiasm for underrepresented styles knows no bounds - Nordic Lager! ❄️🧊🍺 Great Lagers start, like anything else, with great ingredients. Beers like these are made of simple components, brewed with precision, and cellared with the utmost care. When simplicity is the goal, small adjustments to the recipe can have a big impact on its final presentation, transforming a familiar experience into one that captivates us with nuance. When we crafted Ice Cold, we utilized Fairy Tale Malt from the incredible Bonsak Maltsters @bonsakmalt in Norway. Lagered during one of the most frigid winters we can remember, Ice Cold’s release serendipitously coincides with a lovely spell of warm weather. As this unique grain entered our mash tun, its aroma evoked the first signs of spring, with notes of wildflowers and golden honey. Fermented dry, hints of its northern origin lift from the glass and present on the palate momentarily before a snappy finish. Ice Cold is as crisp as the scene on this proper can.
What a day for this gem! Sweet and savory with a subtle kiss of thyme, Transfusion returns. Nostalgic Concord grape meets our award-winning House Vodka in one of our most unique and sought-after cocktails.

😮💨😮💨😮💨 Man, this day has us thinking about getting on the Course as soon as possible. In the meantime, we've got this little Tewksbury exclusive to get us excited about those first coveted tee times in early April. Callaway did us a solid with these colorful engravings on a hyper-limited release of Opus wedges, now available in the Pro Shop. @callawaygolf
Green Week might be a thing of the past, but Green Month has only just begun. These little beauties are available today at Tree House, including online. Get 'em!
Landing in Boston, Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury today is BBBlenderrr, a rendition JJuliussss conditioned on buckets of mango purée! The resulting beer carries waves of sticky mango balanced by a hop-saturated bite. We taste mango creamsicle, candied grapefruit peel, and orange popsicles, all within a pillowy mouthfeel. The plan was simple: amplify Julius, make it taste like a smoothie, and add an insane amount of juicy mango. ✅✅✅
Honoring a local legend. 🙏🏻 Murphy’s Driving Range is a Single IPA that celebrates the history of our home in Saratoga Springs. Hand-selected Simcoe leads with a foundation of earthy spice and bright apricot aromas, which give way to New York–grown Comet and Centennial. These famous varieties burst with notes of pine forests, fresh citrus zest, and orange candies. When building our new spot, we found buckets and buckets of old, used range balls. That's because long before we broke ground on our new facility in Saratoga, there stood a little piece of history. A highly visible and well-known landmark on the way into town, Murphy’s Driving Range served its community for over 70 years, making it one of the oldest family-owned combination miniature golf and driving ranges in the country. We hope to add to its legacy in our own way: a hideaway where the outside world disappears, and the people around you come into sharp focus. AvailableIt drops first in Charlton today and everywhere else tomorrow.
We're continuing the one-year milestone celebrations in Saratoga this week. We are feeling deeply grateful for how we’ve been welcomed into the community. It’s been an honor to witness all the seasons have to offer in historic Saratoga. When we first started selling to-go beer, long before our operation was in full swing, we released this beer to introduce ourselves to the region. It’s a melding of some of our favorite Citra hops with the locally grown New York variety, Vista. While not common knowledge, New York is the birthplace of the American hop industry, something we ruminate on every time we incorporate its unique terroir into our beer’s profile. There are so many reasons to fall in love with Saratoga, and we hope our little corner can contribute to that list. We’re just getting started! PS - The patio is going to feel mighty good this week - come on out to enjoy it!
Codder is made with sweet peach purée and heaps of dried hibiscus flowers. Loaded with vitamin C, these flowers are naturally hydrating but paradoxically create a super-dry, snappy body. This is one of our favorite bubbly drinks to pour over ice and blend with a spirit for an afternoon cocktail. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a beautiful color, either.
When life gives you lemons, add strawberries. Strawberry Lemonade seltzer continues to be a best seller, and for good reason. Get you some.
Tree House Soda is made with natural flavors and cane sugar. This delightful sipper bursts with sweet lemon peel and lime zest! This was originally a Charlton exclusive that we're so excited to share with you wherever you grab Tree House cans. Stay tuned!
