The brew house was exchanging high fives like a NASA control room for this one. Our favorite robot's battery is charged 🔋 ✅⚡💚. Very Green Machine is a harmonious union of our amplified Very Green and Juice Machine. Huge tropical notes fill the air with a blast of overripe pineapple dominating its nose. Despite Very Green's notoriously hoppy profile, our Juice Machine process cuts out virtually all bitterness. It is one of the smoothest riffs on Green to date.

Needles is an American IPA crafted in honor of the trees that bring color to our frozen landscapes. We've been celebrating Green this week, our tropical forward core beer, so we thought it was an apt time to push the "needle" in the other direction. Within its hazy profile, this beer highlights some absolutely classic West Coast hoppy flavors. A blend of some of our favorite Pacific Northwest hops, including Nugget, Centennial, Simcoe, and Chinook, bursts with notes of pine resin, woody spice, and bright citrus zest. These aggressive hoppy aromas are tempered with notes of bready malt and a fluffy body.

Irish Cream Oat Latte is just the thing that we need the morning Green Week kicks into high gear. It's incredibly creamy with swirling notes of roast, vanilla, and a hint of cacao - this gem comes about but once or twice a year. Don't hesitate to stock up!

Twas the night before Greensmas, and all through Tree House, not a hop was left unused, not a drop left to douse. It’s going to be a fun weekend gang - see you here.

4 photos: Finally -Juice Project Green!

Finally -Juice Project Green! Featuring an ultra-pale malt bill, Juice Project Green borrows its hopping construct from our beloved icon and pours a radiant, milky yellow color into your glass. Our aggressive Juice Project cold-hopping regimen creates notes of pineapple smoothies, citrus ice cream, mango nectar, and passion fruit juice. These tropical aromas from a Galaxy-heavy hop bill coat the palate before fading into a soft, creamy finish.

3 photos: Riwaka in all its glory.

Riwaka in all its glory. Riwaka All Way carries aromas of passionfruit juice, lime candy, and grapefruit peel swirl through its creamy body. Beneath these dank, tropical notes, subtle hints of lemon zest and soft spice emerge, revealing Riwaka’s noble Saaz lineage. Our All Ways Series showcases the full spectrum of character found within single-hop varieties. To achieve this, we source our favorite hand-selected lots from multiple growers. For this release, we combined hand-selected Riwaka hops from Garston Farms, Eggers Hops, Clayton Hops, and Freestyle Hops. The result is a complete and wholly unique expression of Riwaka’s complex profile. Beers like this are made possible by our trips to New Zealand, long conversations with growers, and literal days spent in quiet rooms inspecting each lot of hops.

2 photos: Farm fresh Haze.

Farm fresh Haze. Our peach-forward core beer is being canned as we speak...and possibly sampled for good measure. The winter weather persists, but our road is clear, and the temps feel downright balmy after months of arctic cold. Our little farm is still enveloped in a crystalline layer of snow, making the view from our tap room extra cozy. Come hang, thaw out, and sample some great beers, ciders, and coffee.

Reel: Saratoga, Saratoga, Saratoga, Saratoga!!!

Saratoga, Saratoga, Saratoga, Saratoga!!! We’re celebrating one year of the taproom this weekend - come out and celebrate with us! 📢📢📢 We cannot believe it has been a year - where does the time go?

Milky GGGreennn!

Milky GGGreennn! If we commissioned a Mount Rushmore of Green variants, you can bet your bottom dollar this one would be front and center. Our Milky series is the epitome of soft hop character, veering delightfully into smoothie territory. Pouring a milky yellow into your glass, it opens with notes of ripe pineapple, passionfruit sorbet, and tropical smoothies before finishing with a firm, short-lived bitterness. So how do we do it? Diligence. We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original. Color is for the image only - a milky-yellow frothy delight awaits you in your glass.

3 photos: Green - to infinity and beyond.

Green - to infinity and beyond. In preparation for this celebratory week, maximum amplification was a must. It begins with a juicy malt bill that delivers sweet caramel notes across the palate, balancing a legitimately absurd hopping regimen. Aromas of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and tropical smoothies transition into a hop-oil finish. Despite its obvious heft, this beer is balanced and decidedly creamy. From the early days of our brewery, Green has been a benchmark of hazy beer, endlessly refined while never losing its unique allure. An intense focus on consistency has been a sturdy foundation when amplifying its character in beers such as this. Searching for new expressions of the beers we love most is an enduring effort at Tree House. Each beer we create, when given its proper attention, is a world of infinite discovery.

3 photos: Green goes on vacation.

Green goes on vacation. Coco Verde is Green blended with pineapple and coconut purée before being conditioned on fresh vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks! This inventive IPA is modeled after tropical tiki drinks served with a dusting of cinnamon spice. Pouring a hazy yellow color, it bursts with notes of passionfruit juice, ripe pineapple, toasted coconut, vanilla cream, and freshly grated cinnamon.

3 photos: Our Patient Series continues with one of our favorite crispy classics:

Our Patient Series continues with one of our favorite crispy classics: Patient House Lager. So Patient, in fact, that it was brewed before Christmas. This gem is made entirely with flaked corn and malt, locally grown and malted by our friends at Thrall Family Malt. It carries notes of delicate grain, sweet corn, and a hint of lemon. Great lager takes time. Unlike our towering fermentors, our lagers rest in horizontal tanks; this seemingly minor change in shape affects the beer in several consequential ways. With less depth relative to surface area, yeast and hop particles settle more efficiently, and they experience less compaction stress as they drop. Furthermore, the cold temperatures required for their conditioning are more easily controlled, creating a uniform environment during their long rests. The result is a lager with strikingly soft character and tight carbonation, with sticky, meringue-like foam. We find beers like this are worth the wait.

We’ve got a mischievous new cocktail joining us for the Week of Green 🍀

We’ve got a mischievous new cocktail joining us for the Week of Green 🍀 Our distillery team created a nostalgic trip down memory lane with House Charm, a playful nod to those childhood mornings we all remember. If you were the kid sneaking Lucky Charm marshmallows straight out of the box until there were none left… this one’s for you. We start with Tree House Bourbon, demerara sugar, and fresh lemon juice, then blend them into our Lucky Charm cereal milk infusion. Using a milk clarification process, the base spirit and citrus are added to the milk, then carefully filtered back out for a crystal-clear presentation. What’s left behind? A creamy, silky smooth body, locked into a vibrant, festive-hued cocktail. The garnish, of course, is some lucky charms plucked from the box. 🌈 🍀🎩

2 photos: Feeling lucky?

Feeling lucky? We do every time this DIPA comes around. Featuring hand-selected lots of Australia's and New Zealand’s most famous hops, it fully captures the magic of Southern Hemisphere harvests. Galaxy and Nelson combine to create unreal flavors of Sauvignon Blanc, lemon-lime popsicles, and juicy pineapple. Happy March, all!

We're celebrating our beloved core beer Green this week, which means we had to bring back our favorite tropically boosted riff: Guava Green. Galaxy brings the pineapple bite while guava adds a sweet creamy note to it's fluffy finish. Just warming up.

Also debuting today is House coffee in a big ol' 2lb bag! Variations in pour-over techniques unlock incredible notes of caramel candy and melted dark chocolate underneath a warming layer of roast. It's an everyday blend but far from a utilitarian caffeine delivery system :) These beauties are available online and in store for your bottomless coffee pleasures.

House Cold Brew is getting in on the Green Week action with a limited-run can. This novel sipper checks the most important boxes: crisp refreshment while carrying rich character. It's oh-so-snappy with notes of caramel and cocoa! This is one of the coffees that started it all for us, it spent a long time as an employee tap near our breakroom before its debut to the public. It's great with a splash of cream, but we made this to be enjoyed as is and on the go.

This is what refreshment looks like.

This is what refreshment looks like. Parel, our meticulous homage to Belgian-style pilsners, returns in the perfect size: 12 oz cans. It never ceases to amaze us how different regional styles of European pilsners are. The Belgian Pilsner in particular is the culmination of its many components working in harmony: the malt, yeast, noble hops, and water profile contribute equally to its distinctiveness. When crafting Parel, we used Belgian malt and yeast to recreate the mild sweetness, a clean fermentation profile, and classic spritzy carbonation. Hand-selected Saaz adds a peppery finish that makes this beer perfect when enjoyed out of the can with friends or vigorously poured into your favorite glass alongside a hearty meal.
