Green Week, Green Month, Green Everything. To celebrate the start of March and Green Week, we're dropping this month's specialty pizza: Pesto! Lathered in super-flavorful House-made Pesto, this ephemeral treat is quite literally hard to stop eating. Available now in Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury - exclusively in March. Run, don't walk!
All things green, and the ice cream truck is open for business. Mint Chocolate Chip Seltzer was spun fresh this morning with a zing of mint on the nose and a hint of dark chocolate that lingers between sips.
Proper Green. These emerald cans have been a cornerstone of Tree House from the jump, and we're celebrating all week accordingly.
Welcome to Green Week at Tree House - a week celebrating the beloved Tree House-style IPA first brewed in a kitchen fourteen years ago. It would be impossible to overstate the impact Green had on our nascent brewery and continues to have today. Like Julius, it has been with us since our days in the kitchen, and we've enjoyed its evolution from a 5-gallon batch in a carboy to the focus of a week-long celebration across seven locations. To kick things off, we're throwing it back with a proper version of its original can label. Velvety, tropical as heck, and confoundingly hoppy, it tastes as novel today as it first did when we discovered the original hop bend many years ago. Stay tuned.

We invite you to enjoy the physical work of Ross Buckland that graces the release of ‘Four Count Rhythm’, a delightful nitrogenated English Mild Ale. Ross was born in Calgary, raised across Canada, and drawn to the sky from the very beginning. He started out as a kid building model airplanes and dreaming of flight, and that eventually led to real flight lessons and a move west to teach flying. When life took a different turn, art became the constant. No formal training, just an obsessive love of studying the greats like Frank Wootton and Keith Ferris, hours spent at the Air and Space Museum soaking it all in, and a whole lot of paint on canvas. That curiosity and dedication have led to awards, gallery representation across the U.S., and a style that keeps growing, with aviation and landscape at the heart of everything he does. He lives in Toronto now with his wife Marlen, still flying, still painting, still chasing that feeling of getting it right - a sentiment we know all too well @treehousebrewco. @ross_buckland_art
Card Break IPA returns just in time for our first trade night! This Single IPA crusher features our favorite lots of Amarillo, Mosaic, and Centennial. It bursts with notes of pine, blueberry jam, and sweet peaches! Tonight, we are bringing together local vendors and passionate collectors for an evening dedicated to trading cards of all kinds, and of course, the freshest beer around. Whether you are into sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, or you name it, there will be tables set up for buying, selling, and trading throughout the night! Come hang, talk shop, and pad out your collection! @528grafton | @ct_cardlocker | @titletownsportsshop | @legendarysportscollectibles | @goldlabelsports | DJ’s Sports Cards | @fearless_sportscards and more will be here in support!
Can you believe it? It's a Friday once again! Night Blooming Jasmine is an amplified version of Transcendental and utilizes a blend of Strata, Cashmere, Centennial, and Citra hops creates an evolving array of tropical aromas. Within its fluffy body, notes of passionfruit, lemon sorbet, ripe stone fruits, and red berries rise above the glass. This series of beers is a nod to one of our favorite directors and a shared passion for creating art that transports us into a world of equal parts nostalgia and new experiences.
Creamsicle! As we moved a massive batch of fresh Julius into our brite cellar, we split off a portion in a tank filled with bags of vanilla beans. The aroma is downright intoxicating before it's even done conditioning. Julius's crushable citrus character transforms into a creamy delight unlike any IPA you've had the good fortune to come across.
Coco! It's been a minute. Daylight savings is just around the corner; until then, we canned you some sunlight to tide you over. This tropical treat is our beloved Julius, conditioned on mounds of mellow coconut!
Catharsis Barrel Aged - whoa. One of our favorite Porters is brewed with chocolate and caramel malts, which lend decadent aromas of cocoa powder, fudge, and milk chocolate. We then rested it exclusively in Rye Whiskey barrels, which imparted robust notes of oaky spice, vanilla, and a hint of clove. Barreling non-imperial dark beers such as this is relatively uncommon, a process that involves careful barrel selection and close attention during its rest, a practice that speaks to Catharsis’ complexity and rich flavor profile. If you want the punchy heat and decadence of a big barrel-aged stout in a significantly 'lighter' package, this is the ticket.
Monochrome. Stereo flavor. Now that we're all caffeinated up, stay tuned for the beer portion of our morning.
Aurora represents the beauty of simple ingredients and careful process. It is an incredible addition to your coffee rotation, welcoming a splash of cream yet exceptional on its own. Poured over ice, it is as crisp as they come, with milk chocolate and dark fruit notes. You will not get a cold brew like this at the supermarket.
We have never been ones to be scared of the dark. Darkside is our bombastic espresso bean cold brew. It is our roastiest offering, with undertones of sweet molasses and dark chocolate truffles. Its freshness and robustness legitimately set it apart.
Danny Boy is back in town. ☘️ Dry, creamy, full of flavor, and supremely crushable, Oh Danny Boy is one of our favorite beers marking the coming of spring. Notes of caramel and chocolate sit right beneath its nitrogen-infused body, with a dollop of foam fit for a latte. The beer is something, we'll tell you that - but how nice is that can, though? Things are looking up - lock in, gang - it's a big day of releases.

Evolution and a striving nature are inherent to who we are at Tree House, and when we first experienced the energetic outdoor paintings of Ross Buckland (@ross_buckland_art), we knew we had to work together on a painting for a label. Attempting to capture the romance of a day spent on the river is not new to Tree House. But for those who know the feeling of a tight line on a perfect day, the magic never lasts, and the chase never ends. And so it goes. Four Count Rhythm is our English Mild crafted in honor of those who show us the way forward. We don't remember learning what they taught us. We just realize one day that we know it. Pouring a mahogany color, it carries notes of cracker jacks, toasted hazelnuts, fresh-baked bread, and cocoa powder. Balancing its malt complexity, Target and Fuggles hops lend subtle notes of earthy noble spice. The art on this can is a commissioned piece from the incredible Ross Buckland. Our shared love of America's natural splendor and the value of disconnecting from our busy lives while reconnecting with our rugged landscapes led to this special collaboration. A nod to our beloved ESB, Old Man, this English Mild is best shared around a campfire with loved ones far from modern distractions or simply sipped on in solitude while reflecting on the shape of our lives.
How do we fit all the hoppy, peachy flavor of Haze into a Single IPA? Practice baby. After what feels like a lifetime of refining our core beer Haze, we got to work making an approachable, more sessionable version of an iconic beer.
Julius in Woodstock. We've been busy while the world slumbered beneath a blanket of fresh snow. Our road is clear, and it's looking ike a snow day out of the 1990's out here. Our taproom is fully stocked with beer, cider, coffee, and more. Come hang up your coats and snow shoes and take a load off in our quiet corner of Connecticut.
👀 Our Fern series returns with a sense of mystery from a new blend of hand-selected lots. Mystery Fern leads with Nectarine and Peacharine, bringing forth aromas of orange zest, juicy nectarines, and floral summer peaches. Following behind, Motueka brings a rush of ripe passionfruit and lime aroma, while Nelson lends subtle notes of white grape and lychee. The Fern series is an intimate endeavor for us; long before grueling hop selection sessions, we're sampling these lots on the bine. Our annual visits to these farms help us understand the intentions behind the farmers' decisions in the field each growing season. Connecting the dots between how a hop expresses itself in the field and how it translates into a finished beer is one of the most important things we do. When we taste beers such as this, it represents the complexity behind the word terroir: the soil, sunlight, techniques, and lineage of a tiny patch of land on the other side of the world.
Our Old Fashioned is a simple blend of three ingredients, made in-House from scratch, start to finish. Select barrels are chosen from our rickhouse and thoughtfully blended with simple syrup and a hint of traditional bitters. You could say we make our bourbon the old-fashioned way, rather than purchasing and rebottling bulk spirit. We mash, ferment, and distill Old Growth Bourbon ourselves, and we're proud to say it. This little number won the most prestigious honor at this year's San Francisco spirits competition: Double Gold.
Let's start the day with some Fresh Air, shall we? Light beer is back. Fresh air is a supremely drinkable Lager weighing in at a sessionable 3.5% ABV. Our industry has done a lot of heavy lifting to earn light lagers the respect they deserve in a country where “light” usually means stale-tasting, mass-produced beer that has more in common with hard seltzer than a proper pint. Not the case with this crispy boy. With barely a gram of carbohydrates, Fresh Air is kissed with Citra hops and lagered with care until it is as clear as a mountain stream. It is everything we want in a lawnmower or garage beer, the perfect crusher for an extended hang with friends and family.

Available now in Charlton, Julius - Card Night Edition! In celebration of our first trading night this Friday, we spun up a fancy little coat for our favorite American IPA. If you have not already heard, this Friday, 2.27, from 5-9, we are hosting our first-ever trading night with a few local vendors supporting our efforts. Bring your slabs, your binders, and your thirst, and we're going to make it a grand old time - and hopefully a tradition! Mark your calendars, because on March 13th, we're doing it in Tewksbury. This can design is going to make its way around to other locations this week; it is available now in Charlton.
Say hello to Hopsy, the field dog of our friends @garstonhops. We make all sorts of friends on our travels in search of the finest hops. This zippy lager is a tribute to our four-legged friend who can usually be found zooming around the property in the mythical Southland hop gardens. A blend of hops from these incredible growers, including Motueka, Rakau, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin fill the air with aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, candied citrus peel, and passionfruit juice. A touch of German Hallertau Mittelfrüh rounds out these fruity notes with a crisp earthy bitterness and flavors of lemon peel and noble spice.
Hop Saturation comes in all sizes. Tipping Point is a scaled-down version of our Triple IPA, Critical Mass! Utilizing a massive dose of Citra and an experimental variety, EXP 2B, from our friends at the Hop Guild, it ignites our senses with a unique profile. Within its piney finish, grapefruit candy, mango lassis, Asian pear, and syrupy honeydew melon linger on the palate. What a treat! The point of metamorphosis seems spontaneous, a stark delineation between the past and present. Eventually, the days at our backs gain gravity, tipping the fulcrum into a new reality.
Turbo! Turbo contains three varieties of Cascade: American, New Zealand, and Australian. It smacks the palate with notes of grapefruit peel, citrus candy, dank hopyards and fresh-cut pine sap. After substantial kettle and whirlpool additions, this beer was dry-hopped at a whopping five pounds per barrel with this trio, fully articulating Cascade’s multifarious qualities. Each of these lots expresses the unique terroir of their growing region and unlocks the full scale of Cascades hoppy power. You don't get bitten by the brewing bug without having a favorite hop; for our brewer, Turbo, it's Cascade all day.
Woah. It has been a while. Fascination was one of our early forays into fruit adjuncts in our hoppy beer. It features hand-selected lots that mimic the fresh purée we condition it on, peach and passionfruit, in turn creating layers of complexity. This Double IPA bursts with juicy notes of passionfruit cake and peach smoothies, balanced by a dank finish beneath its sweet introduction.
The mighty Imperial Red Ale. Immortal Tree is a throwback to the bombastic beers that made us fall in love with our craft. A massive charge of Centennial, Simcoe, Nugget, Chinook, and Cascade hit us with notes of flowing pine sap, grapefruit peel, earthy hop yards, and candied citrus fruits. A sipper through and through, it unveils layers of complexity as it warms. Stay tuned - it's a fun day of releases.
