New Zealand Pilsner that pours a straw-yellow color, with peaks of foam that slowly collapse into the glass. A blend of hops from our friends at Garston Hops, including Motueka, Rakau, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin, fills the air with aromas of white grape, candied citrus peel, and passionfruit juice.
Leads with citrus, tropical and vinous; a hint of spicy. Feels crisp.

Say hello to Hopsy, the field dog of our friends @garstonhops. We make all sorts of friends on our travels in search of the finest hops. This zippy lager is a tribute to our four-legged friend who can usually be found zooming around the property in the mythical Southland hop gardens. A blend of hops from these incredible growers, including Motueka, Rakau, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin fill the air with aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, candied citrus peel, and passionfruit juice. A touch of German Hallertau Mittelfrüh rounds out these fruity notes with a crisp earthy bitterness and flavors of lemon peel and noble spice.
