We have a host of beverages specifically crafted for our Winter Lodge, featuring @treehousedistillery and @treehousecoffeeroastery, which will run through February of this year! There are a few things to know when you visit! First off, it’s located at our brewery in Charlton, Massachusetts. The Winter Lodge Bar is open seven days a week; however, Monday and Tuesday the beverages are moved inside to our classics bar. We run a bunch of propane heaters, but the lodge is not insulated and can be cool on days it’s not packed. It’s fun to cozy up with a blanket if you come prepared. We look forward to hosting you this year!

We are gettin' into the holidays in a big way, and to celebrate, we have an extraordinary day of releases for you. As we close out the year, the coffee team at Tree House wanted to celebrate with the sought-after Gesha varietal, this time grown by producer Victor Gutierrez, whose family has been running Finca El Mirador in the village of San Agustín in Tolima, Colombia, since 1972. The gesha coffee plant originated in Gori Gesha Forest of Western Ethiopia. Still, it was not until the varietal was brought over to Central America where it reached worldwide acclaim for a significant sweetness in cup and as well as a vibrant and floral aroma. This delicate and hard to grow coffee cherry requires inspirational dedication from farmers and produces a limited yield, only adding to such a demand in the coffee world. Steeped in prestige and unparalleled in flavor, this particular Colombian Gesha is honey-processed with a 36-hour oxidation in the cherry before being de-pulped, washed, and sun-dried for twenty days. We are proud to have this coffee available at Tree House, and we hope you can taste it and see how hard work from all ends of this coffee's journey pays off.
