Our roastery is excited to premiere our first single origin release of 2024. Bombe Village is named after the Bombe mountains in the Bensa region of Sidama, Ethiopia, where Ngiusse Nare produced this coffee 2300 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries from Nare and those collected from 60 outgrower neighbors were dried on raised beds for 20 days before processing. The results from this natural process present a stellar sweetness with notes of white peach and blackberries accompanied by a delicate floral aroma of lilies and lavender. It's magnificent!

Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wakatu hops combine in a single IPA called Sapphire Rose. Only in the realm of imagination, where the boundaries of reality blur, lies a sapphire rose. Its petals, an impossible blend of sapphire blue and delicate rose hues, symbolize the allure of the unattainable. Nelson Sauvin hops impart the essence of white grape, Waimea adds a hint of citrus zest and woody undertones, and Wakatu hops complete the experience, bursting with the richness of mixed tropical fruits. As the first single IPA dedicated entirely to the New Zealand experience, we could not be more excited about this beer.

We are pleased to share that we now have public Wi-Fi in Tewksbury and Deerfield. This follows the news from a few days ago, where we flipped the switch in Charlton! Lunchtime meetings shall never be the same.
We have one final winter run of our Ready to Stir Old Fashioned for your enjoyment today. The liquid in this bottle begins life on our brewhouse, where we mash a wheated bourbon base from locally grown ingredients. From there, it ages in small format barrels until maturity. It is thoughtfully mixed with simple syrup and bitters following its barrel slumber to produce a lovely winter drink.
We are delighted to release the second (and final) batch of our Winter Warmer for your enjoyment during these crispy winter months: Warm Your Bones! It begins with a complex assortment of grain featuring 2-row barley, white wheat, crystal malt, and a hint of chocolate malt. We add just the right touch of orange blossom honey, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg to create a symphony of warming spice in the glass! Pouring a golden orange color into a tall chalice, Warm Your Bones features notes of mixed holiday spices, orange marmalade, and honey buoyed by a sturdy malt base and gentle carbonation. It is an ideal companion to a day on the ice fishing or by the fireside in the evening.
Stately is our series of mixed fermentation Table Beers. The base beer features mild funk and straw notes that are elevated by different treatments before canning. For Stately – Citrus, we condition the base beer on a hearty dose of fresh citrus peel, which evolves into a proper crusher. Pouring a gorgeous yellow color into your glass, it carries a beautiful flavor profile bursting with orange, clementine, and kumquat. Light and refreshing, it's the perfect beer to enjoy any time.

We Live Among Ghosts pauses to reflect on what we've lost while honoring what was left behind. It is a Tree House-style Double IPA brewed with a new yeast blend and the best American hops we can source from the fresh crop. It is juicy, refreshing, and delicious. We hope it can serve as a vehicle for reflection on the ghosts carry on within us. The soul is a stubborn essence that does not fade quickly; it lingers in the air, the Earth, and the comfort of the familiar scenes within our lives. Much of the work we do not only honors the past of those around us but also stakes a claim in the ether to leave something behind for future generations to build upon. There is a feeling of longing for those who are now gone; our work a means to honor their persistent presence and bridge the past with the present.
