The coffee team has put together this little banger for the summer season - Summer Crush! Summer Crush is a light, bright, and fruit-punching coffee finessed inside a 16oz can to kick off a sweet summer ahead, and features a natural processed coffee from the Kinini Village washing station and co-op in Rwanda. It is packaged at a lower TDS (lower strength) than our standard cold brew making it even more crushable and delicious - ideal for the big can!

Old World Double Bourbon is a traditional Ale brewed with a complex array of malts and fermented with a classic Scotch Ale yeast, resulting in a delightfully smoky tribute to the eclectic world of Highland Whiskeys. This beer was placed into Bourbon barrels for six months and, after this initial rest, transferred a second time into a variety of fresh Bourbon vessels. The extended aging and double barrel treatment result in amplified characteristics of some of our favorite Bourbon offerings. The base beer’s mellow smokiness wafts from the glass accompanied by pronounced char and sweet vanilla notes. Beneath this first impression, a figgy syrup awaits the palate, reminiscent of British puddings and Turkish delights. This special libation is a welcome addition to our barrel program, blending historical brewing with American innovation. This treat is available in Charlton today and each other location tomorrow!
From our specialty stout program, today comes an engaging drink that incorporates a number of cohesive elements that present beautifully in your glass. Here is how we describe it on the can: Triple Shot Pink Bourbon Double Coffee with Vanilla & Fruit was concocted to take everything we love about Triple Shot to the next level! By infusing this beer with cold brew concentrate and whole beans of the same origin, we aimed to enhance its depth and complexity before resting it on whole Madagascar Vanilla Beans and a touch of fruit. This delicate infusion complements the inherent fruity undertones of the Pink Bourbon coffee, accentuating its unique character. Upon pouring into a snifter glass, you'll be greeted with a dense mocha head and aromas of creamy marshmallow frosting, rich dark chocolate coffee, and juicy berries. As you sip and savor, let the myriad flavors dance across your palate, and let it remind you that we should all indulge our sweet tooth occasionally. With that in mind, we hope this beer can do that for you. Enjoy!

Walk in the Sun is a celebratory Double IPA originally brewed to mark my and Lauren’s sixth wedding anniversary. It aspires to be a beer worthy of enjoying on a special occasion or while walking alongside the ocean with the late afternoon sun on your face. Brewed with heavy doses of Strata, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops and fermented with our House yeast, Walk In The Sun pours a glowing yellow color in the glass and emits flavors and aromas of clementine juice, sunny tangerines, ripe pineapple, and kiwi. We invite you to share it with those you love while you enjoy the most important, though sometimes taken-for-granted life moments.
We were so enamored by the original batch of Fastest Known Time we had to brew another one quickly! Brewed with Citra + Riwaka, this little number hits hard.

It would be impossible to overstate our affinity for the Nelson region of New Zealand. In honor of this magical land, we have created Ruby Bay, the latest in our line of lagers dry-hopped exclusively with New Zealand. hops! Ruby Bay is a modern pilsner brewed with a blend of New Zealand-grown hops! Nelson, Riwaka, and our newest infatuation, Peacharine are on full display in this crisp Pilsner. Ruby Bay carries ebullient notes of citrus, lime, sauvignon blanc, and ripe stone fruits, a truly inspired addition to our growing line of dry-hopped Lagers. A perfect beer for a wandering mind and an adventurous spirit, we hope you enjoy it in good company and good health.
Never a bad time for some fresh Monochrome! This now-classic is drinking beautifully this morning, surely a function of its dutiful extraction and thoughtful construction. More to come!

Canada Gold: Sugar Maple is a Helles modeled after the nonpareil Lagers we first fell in love with and is crafted with reverence in concept and material. This Lager utilizes 100% Canadian malts as well as Sasquatch Hops. After fermentation, this beer was knocked onto fresh Sugar Maple spirals before being transferred back into our horizontal stainless for extended conditioning. Not to be fooled by its name, this is far from a sweet Lager; in fact, we are able to highlight the tannic and spicy quality usually overlooked in this unique wood. This crisp Lager has bold biscuity undertones and the floral aroma of its counterpart but with an enhanced dryness and a bitter finish reminiscent of North American Oak. The most striking metamorphosis is a robust, almost Rye-like characteristic upon the first sip and tailing the faint incense of chestnut and fresh-cut Maple wood behind it. Canada Gold: Sugar Maple is a truly crushable Lager that explores the terroir and history of its namesake. Enjoy!

KOLA Old Timey Whiskey has quite the provenance for our young distillery. Beginning life as a stout whiskey mashed, fermented, and distilled in-House, it is then laid to rest until optimal maturation in barrels that first held Old Growth, our bourbon, and then Old Timey, our Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout aged in 2nd use Old Growth Barrels. This whiskey is a testament to the ecosystem we have worked so hard to build at Tree House and it is very much just the beginning. It is available in all locations.
It's no secret we think Peacharine is a unicorn, and we captured it in grand fashion in these cans of Very Jubilee. We love this beer.

Concert season is among us and to celebrate we have put together a little number we have called Concert Beer! A somewhat rare single IPA release, this gem contains Peacharine and Citra in abundance resulting in a mix of stone fruit and citrus that is to thirst for. This is the beer we dreamed of enjoying while taking in a show at the Summer Stage in Deerfield, but it will be just beautiful in your cooler in Mansfield or Saratoga this summer.
