Gang, we made a Mai Tai mixer, and it's glorious. A Caribbean classic, our Curaçao is made by infusing heaps of bitter and sweet orange that we then distill into a concentrated citrus essence. A touch of sugar and a bit of patience round out this zesty and bittersweet liqueur.
We are delighted to revive Curiosity Twenty-Nine for your enjoyment! This gem features literal buckets of Simcoe, a Top Five hop in our book. This gem lands in all locations today.
And also from the coffee program today comes a highly inventive little number called Barrel Rouge. An expressive single-origin cold brew aged in red wine barrels. Here is how we describe it on the can: Coffee flavors span a broad spectrum, from clean and chocolaty to bright and fruity, shaped by factors such as origin, farm process, and roast profile. At Tree House, we recently discovered distinct red wine notes in a single-origin coffee from El Chocho, Colombia. Eager to enhance these flavors, our cold brew team conditioned the coffee concentrate in a freshly emptied red wine barrel supplied by our mixed fermentation program. The result? A singular cold brew with a red fruit character and a classic red wine body and finish. Savor this unique beverage straight from the can or over ice. It tastes as beautiful as it sounds. The coffee team is doing tremendous work.

We've been blown away by the Character of HBC 1019 & today we're giving it a proper beer with a little number called Doomfire. Sticky mango, tangelo, & ripe pineapple abounds in a beer that has the team the most excited I have seen them since JP Galaxy + Galaxy + Galaxy!
Data Set continues today with #7, the 2nd to last in the series. Brewed with an OG yeast & following the same process & recipe as those before it, this rendition presents with overwhelming stone fruit & pineapple character. It's certainly near the top of the crop! MTC!
