Tree of Life

This big barleywine is a blend of fresh and bourbon-barrel-aged barleywines. It is a cohesive endeavor that balances a chewy body with the luscious profile and potent aromas of bourbon and oaky vanilla. It carries notes of brown sugar, dark Candi syrup, toffee, molasses, fig, black cherry, raisins, caramel bourbon candy, dates and a hint of milk chocolate.

Tree of Life 🌳 This big barleywine is a blend of fresh and bourbon-barrel-aged barleywines. It carries notes of brown sugar, dark Candi syrup, toffee, molasses, fig, black cherry, raisins, caramel bourbon candy, dates and a hint of milk chocolate. We've been making this blended barleywine for a long time, and we still run out of room on the can when describing its layers of flavor. It's truly amazing what a complex grain bill, a thoughtful blend, and oak can evoke in the senses. Beers such as this, which have an enormous amount of time and effort behind them, are rarely avavailable in a small format. They are wonderful to share, but at 12 ounces, it's the perfect size for any moment, large or small.

Tree of Life is a beer that takes time; there's no set schedule for its release. After brewing a complex malt bill, we ferment it in stainless steel and carefully transfer it into a variety of barrels from our favorite producers across America's Bourbon Belt. It's been several years since we've had the opportunity to share this Barleywine with you, and it couldn't have come at a better time as fall approaches. Our 2025 vintage consists of a blend that rested in our extensive bourbon cellar for two years or more. Its profile carries a distinct oaky spice and woody vanilla that meet classic notes of toffee and milk chocolate with syrupy undertones of molasses, fig, black cherry, raisins, and dates. This beer is meant to be savored, shared, and enjoyed with those you love. Its character is delightful if opened now, but it will age gracefully for years to come. Stay tuned - it's a fun day of releases! #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto

Double Baked is one of our favorite beers ever from our barrel program, so it is with much delight that we release Thrice Baked, a rendition based on it's esteemed brethren. In order to make Thrice Baked, first we put our robust barleywine, Tree of Life, into second-use apple brandy barrels. After aging for over a year, we blended this with a thread of our Blonde Barleywine, which has been aging for over two years in select bourbon barrels, before finally adding whole vanilla beans and cinnamon into the mix. The result is a complex confectionary treat full of spiced apple character, warming cinnamon, and comforting vanilla, interwoven with traditional barrel-aged barleywine flavors of brown sugar, fruit leather, and subtle tobacco. This decadent libation is a true sipper, best enjoyed slowly to really allow the flavors and aromas to come through. It is available in Charlton today and all locations tomorrow! #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
