Vanilla Bean Tree of Life is a rendition of our House Barleywine made with a blend of barrel-aged and fresh barleywine conditioned atop heaps of hand-sliced whole vanilla beans. The result is an amazingly complex treat that carries notes of caramel mascarpone, sticky caramel, and vanilla mousse.
