This Sour IPA has notes of sour mango candies, juicy nectarines, and tart lemon curd. It’s so tasty, unique, and refreshing. Pucker is a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops. Pouring a sunny yellow color with a snap of tropical tang, its foamy head clings to the glass.

Today, we're pleased to introduce 'Pucker', the first in a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops and inventive ingredients. For our first release in this series, we used some of our favorite Citra lots and a novel sour yeast strain, creating notes of sour mango candies, tart orange juice, and tangy lemon curd. The hop character, in conjunction with the acidity present, is akin to ruby red grapefruit. It's a mildly hoppy, reasonably tart beer that's just pleasant to drink.
