We forge ahead on our journey into mouth-puckering, thirst-quenching sour beers. Behold- Pucker Berry! Pucker is a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops. Pouring a sunny yellow color with a snap of tropical tang, its foamy head clings to the glass. For this release, we selected some of our favorite berry-forward hops and introduced a novel sour yeast strain, resulting in notes of sour mango candies, juicy nectarines, berry compote, and tart lemon curd. We then conditioned this beer on tangy hibiscus flowers and strawberry purée, lending notes of red berry jam and strawberry ice cream!
