Pucker is a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops. Pouring a sunny yellow color with a snap of tropical tang, its foamy head clings to the glass. For this release, we selected some of our favorite citrus-forward lots and blended our house yeast with a novel sour strain before conditioning on peach purée!

What the heck are we gonna do with all these peaches? Pucker Pure Peach is our latest beer in our Sour IPA series. We used a blend of our house yeast and a novel sour strain, and the results are oh-so-refreshing. This blend added a layer of refinement to the beer, with a better texture and body than its predecessors.
