Brace yourselves for a prodigal wave of haze. The Prodigal Haze returns with a massive amplification! This rendition features a blend of hand-selected hops from America's West Coast and our friends at Eggers Hops in New Zealand. Brewed with a focus on cool whirlpool temperatures and massive hop additions, it bursts with aromas of ripe pineapple, summer berry salad, candied citrus peel, and passionfruit sorbet! Prodigal by name, generous to a fault. Pour accordingly.

El Mago returns just in time for summer weather - an absolute liferaft, if we do say so ourselves. 🌅🛟 El Mago is our Mexican Lager: an insanely crushable, crisp beer crafted meticulously to style. We love taking a ubiquitous, often-overlooked beer and giving it the same care and attention as our most expressive offerings. Every ingredient is hand-selected, and every detail is intentional. Excellent yet simple - intricate if you care to pay close attention and utterly crushable if you don't.
Sugar Sugar, awww honey honey 🎵 Canada Cold is our Helles conditioned on sugar maple wood spirals! This is far from a sweet lager; in fact, we can highlight the tannic and spicy qualities usually overlooked in this unique wood. We find the wood adds a rye-like characteristic to its floral aroma and bready malt notes. Sometimes a conceptual project is just too perfect to pass up: Canadian malts, Canadian hops, and sugar maple wood. That's the real deal right there, eh? 🍁
Bokeh uses a blend of coffees from Mexico and Ethiopia and carries mellow notes of milk chocolate bars and bright, uplifting citrus zest. Rather than using chemical solvents to remove the caffeine, we utilize the Mountain Water Process and the Swiss Water Process. It’s an intricate procedure that actually uses some pretty basic science principles of osmosis. 🔬 The water process removes caffeine by soaking green coffee beans in hot water, which pulls out both caffeine and flavor compounds. That water is then run through activated carbon filters that trap only the caffeine, leaving a flavor-rich liquid behind. New batches of beans are soaked in this rich liquid, and because of the liquid’s low caffeine content, the beans' caffeine moves toward a lower concentration. The reward for all that ingenuity is simple. A cup you can enjoy long after the sun goes down, chocolate and citrus and all, with nothing left to keep you up. ☕

Charlton. Sunday. 8a-12p Bring your Porsche and bring your thirst. It’s one of our favorite days of the year! Help us to make it one of the best ones yet.
This beer is so dank it almost had to be sold at the dispensary. We crafted this crushable Pale Ale with Amarillo and Citra, lending notes of peach juice, blueberry, bitter grapefruit peel, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. We then added a terpene blend that bursts with aromas of lemon bars, dank cannabis, and fresh hop yards. We'll see you at the show next week.
A duo of dank releases today... Real Sticky pours a beautiful, clean orange color into your glass with massive notes of pineapple, orange juice, pine, and sticky cannabis. This recipe is inspired by a deep cut in our catalog, Curiosity 15. It features high-oil Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, and Centennial for some proper old-school fun. Muy dank.
Trail, our classic German Pilsner, gets a hoppy addition of hand-selected Simcoe. Poured vigorously, it catapults a wave of foam above the glass, carrying a hoppy bouquet over its super crisp body. Simcoe really is a symbol of the era in which it was released, 2000, to be exact. It walks the line between old-school West Coast notes of dank hop yards and citrus pine, while foreshadowing the juice movement with notes of stone fruit and mixed tropical fruits. The perfect hop for a classic lager with a hoppy modern twist. If happiness could be canned, this is what it would taste like.
Y'all have been asking, "When is Tom Collins coming back?" Well, today is your day! Percy's Gin and sparkling lemonade. If you're going to keep it simple, you need great ingredients, and here that's exactly what you'll find.
🍓 Summertime 🌱 We start with our award-winning House Vodka, then fold in plump wild strawberries and handfuls of fresh basil for a year-round ode to breezy weather. These cans vanish the moment they land, so grab your fill while you can. We're fighting for our lives trying to keep up. Rain or shine, these beauties just hit.

Made with cherries. Tastes like cherries. Perfect. That is all. 🍒
Christmas. In. July. 🎅🏻🎄 Our amplified core beer snaps with dank, piney aromas that give way to mixed tropical fruit notes. Typically, this gem only appears around the holidays; think of it as an early Christmas present. Unwrap it while it lasts.
Electric Skies is an American Double IPA brewed with ultra pale malt and a combination of Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra hops. It slaps with potent notes of sauvignon blanc, orange juice, passion fruit, and mango-lychee. Sunrises and Sunsets are, in our opinion, an essential vitamin. We're lucky to catch some stellar ones from our brew deck - and sunset patio - all year long. Come enjoy one with us.
You can't fake giant stacks of Haze.
The "ish" is not a typo; it's a bona fide Pale Ale, baby. We scaled down Julius to a crushable ABV while keeping all the hoppy notes of its big brother. Sunny days ahead, gang. Crush accordingly.
Tangerine and Peach are too good to put down, and with just a couple of calories, you don't have to. 🍊🍑 Golden hour, on repeat.

Or Give Me Death is a Double IPA that bursts with tropical hop saturation. A base of Citra brings forth notes of ruby red grapefruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and mango nectar. We then added Prysma Galaxy hop extract - which gives you all the Galaxy goodness with zero bitterness - from our friends at Barth-Haas, which coats the palate with notes of pineapple candy, piña coladas, and passionfruit. This special release is a nod to the famous closing line of Patrick Henry's rousing speech, rallying his countrymen to the cause of American independence. It carries the same weight today as it did then, cutting straight to the heart of the matter. Even now, the phrase invigorates us; it's an enduring reminder of the gravity and value of one's free will. This weekend, we celebrate.
We had to sneak in the King of juice before the 4th. It's been a long time since we've had this beauty in our coolers.
We took a small portion of Triple Drippy and conditioned it on sweet and sticky fruit! The addition of mango, peach, and guava purée boosts its stone fruit aromas while lending a layer of sweet mango nectar and tropical creaminess to its assertive hoppy finish. This thing is a legit tsunami of juicy flavor 🌊🥭🌊🍑🌊🍈🌊.
Triple Drippy is a Triple IPA that utilizes a massive blend of Southern Hemisphere hops and an increased volume of crystal malts for a chewy body. Citra saturates the beer with notes of grapefruit candy, mango smoothies, and orange sorbet. A charge of legendary New Zealand varieties, Nelson and Peacharine, bursts with sweet notes of summer peaches, passionfruit candy, white sangria, and ripe melon. Our Triple IPAs continue to confound the palate. With hop saturation techniques gleaned from our Find the Limit series and low-bitterness processes refined through our Juice Machine and Juice Project series, the result is equal parts tropical hop explosion and complete balance. This is what the limit of juiciness tastes like.
The weekend is looking juicier by the minute. Back after a four and a half year (!) hiatus, JJJuiceee Project Citra Nectaron bursts with overripe tropical fruit, juicy citrus, and summer melon, propelled by a chewy body! Our Juice Project process pulls explosive flavor from these hops while steering clear of earthy bitterness. These amped-up renditions are insanely refreshing and so tropical that it's hard to believe there's no fruit. It's here to help you squeeze every last drop out of the weekend.
The Tree House coffee team has done it again. Today we are pleased to introduce Cinnamon Bun Oat Latte! This gem features a house-made syrup of dark brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla bean swirled through a chocolatey cold brew blend and creamy oat milk. Notes of warm, cozy pastries are carried on a wave of silky, creamy latte.🥐🧈🍯 Freshly roasted, cold-extracted cold brew and syrups made from scratch with real ingredients make all the difference. No fork required.
You have a lot to do tomorrow, whether you're hosting or corralling the family into the car. House Cold Brew is here with a crisp, cold body and notes of cocoa and caramel so smooth there's no need for cream. That said, if you decide to use it, it will be even more sublime than what you may be used to, we promise. Here's to one quiet cup before a very loud day.

A few of the many ways to keep cold this 4th of July at Tree House. We’ll see you here. 🙏🏻
Give Me Liberty is a Double IPA that bursts with tropical hop saturation. A base of Citra brings forth notes of ruby red grapefruit, homemade orange juice popsicles, and sweet mango. We then added Liquid Galaxy hop extract from our friends at Hop Products Australia, which coats the palate with notes of pineapple candy, piney hop yards, and passionfruit. This weekend, America turns 250. We feel enormously lucky to spend our days making beer in the hills of New England, and luckier still that you share it with the people we love. That everyday liberty, to gather, to grill, to raise a glass on a warm July evening, is one we will never take for granted. Happy 250th, friends. We'll bring the beer.
Three years making Tree House beer in the quiet corner and seven years maintaining a working farm. Wow. To celebrate our third year of providing fresh beer to the Quiet Corner of Connecticut, we decided to push our Double IPA profile into new territory. Drawing inspiration from our ongoing fascination with novel yeasts, we created a blend that transforms our familiar hoppy profile. A warm fermentation coaxes an array of tropical esters, creating a juicy foundation beneath an amplified dry hop. Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka create waves of lychee juice, white grape, limeade, grapefruit peel, and creamy mango smoothies. More often than not, a few years feel like the blink of an eye. In this case, however, looking out across the farm, the change is apparent. Our fruit trees are stretching skyward, the berry patches are becoming more plentiful, and every field is slowly growing into the vision we had when we first set foot on these rolling hills. While we've had a steady stream of varied, creative releases, this is just the beginning of our story. We are incredibly grateful for your support. It's been a joy getting to know our regulars and seeing new faces light up as they step into our rustic taproom. Come watch it grow with us. @treehousefarmbrewery
Eureka Three Cone is our soft and fluffy Blonde Ale featuring an experimental hop variety from Segal Ranch. This variety carries juicy notes of Concord grapes and dark berry farmstand jam. Beneath these sweet aromas are hints of citrus and wisps of cracker malt. It's a rare and inviting gem. These days, many of our single-hop features end up in our Lager series. This beer reinforces the magical feeling we get from sipping a fluffy Blonde Ale made with simple ingredients. Eureka, indeed.
It's easy to make friends when you've got a fridge full of the King. The King, in regular rotation, at scale, and regularly available. It is a great time to be alive.
