⚠️ Objects on screen are yellower than they appear. ⚠️ Say hello to Lemony, a Double IPA that bursts with bright citrus zest! Lemondrop hops lead with aromas of lemon zest, lemon meringue tarts, and Meyer lemon candies. A charge of Amarillo then adds softer notes of peach and grapefruit soda. Of all the wonderful citrus fare, we thought the humble lemon deserved its due praise. This beer will wake you up!
We’re getting multi-disciplinary over here, y’all 🎨 Drippy is a single IPA iteration of our Drip series that uses a novel blend of Southern Hemisphere hops and an increased volume of crystal malts for a chewy body. Citra lays the groundwork for two legendary New Zealand varieties, Nelson and Peacharine, which burst with sweet notes of summer peaches, passionfruit candy, Sauvignon Blanc, and ripe melon. Dang, these hops are tasty.

Truth Cinnamon Amburana - deconstructed. What a thrill it is to watch very simple, agrarian ingredients - water, malt, yeast, hops, cinnamon, and amburana wood - transform into an incredibly characterful and complex beverage through careful stewardship and time. The myriad complex and robust flavors you will find in the various variants of Truth come from fundamentally simple constituents, and we find that remarkable. We're just getting started. 🙂

Macadamia Coconut Truth. 👨🍳 🥥 This variation was conditioned on house-roasted macadamia nuts and toasted coconut, imparting a wonderful tropicality to both body and aroma. Hovering above its creamy tan head are notes of chocolate-covered macadamias, vanilla toffee, and coconut fudge. It’s a decadent embrace of everything we love about Truth - only with elevated, wholly natural character.

Double Barrel Rum Coconut Truth. This devilishly delicious variation was conditioned in select bourbon barrels before being transferred to freshly emptied rum barrels. The resulting blend develops wonderful fruity esters during its second rest, which reveal themselves on the finish. To elevate that character, we gave it a tropical aromatic introduction by resting it on house-toasted coconut. As it washes over your palate, notes of oaky vanilla, banana, pineapple candy, baking spices, and molasses emerge.

Not everything is as clear as it seems. Alongside our large-format releases during Two Weeks of Truth, we're bringing back a special blend that you can keep to yourself or gift to someone new to the world of barrel-aged stouts: Half Truth! To create 'Half Truth', we blend a thread of freshly brewed stout with select threads of its bigger brother 'Truth'. The base beer is lighter in body and texture, so when blended with a big barrel-aged expression, the result is a deceptively rich and robust stout. Notes of vanilla bean swirl with aromas of fresh crushed cacao and toasty chocolate malts. This beer bridges the distinct flavors of young Imperial Stout and its well-rested, oak-aged brethren. Perfect for when you want that magical flavor, but perhaps you don't feel like sharing.
Triple. Berry. Truth! We couldn’t decide which berry we liked more dipped in chocolate, so we used all of them. Triple Berry Truth carries mellow bourbon and chocolate notes that give way to layers of berry jam. We selected barrels that exhibited dark-fruit notes and fortified that profile by conditioning the blend with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Perfect for aging - or popping open as a Valentine’s Day dessert.
Woodstock Milk Stout pours pitch-black and features notes of hot cocoa, vanilla, caramel, and toasted grain. We've been refining simple recipes like this since the Brimfield days, and underneath its rich aromas is a sneaky complexity that grabs you. Eternal Optimist is a Blonde Stout conditioned on freshly scored vanilla beans, crushed cacao nibs, and a specialty batch of coffee. Notes of sweet vanilla cupcakes, dark chocolate, and cocoa-dusted lattes swirl from the glass. Its bold profile is enhanced by our coffee team, who carefully extended the roasting time for Monochrome, adding layered roast notes. Blonde stouts are a rarity and a strange exercise in creativity. They burst onto the scene as a technical challenge, with brewers asking whether they could create a stout-like profile without dark or roasted malts. With years of thoughtfully adding adjuncts such as vanilla, coffee, and chocolate to our beers, we thought it was time to submit an entry in this eclectic style. Enjoy it with a curious and open mind.
