It's a big day of releases, friends, so settle in. We're starting, as we so often do, with a cold brew coffee release. Our latest Single-Origin release, Pink Ranger, is featured in our Hello, Quindio Box Set. Now available in cold brew and whole bean, it's getting the spotlight it deserves. Pink Ranger is the result of a double fermentation in carbonic maceration: 72 hours in cherry and 48 hours fermented in its natural juices, called mosto. Native yeasts were then introduced, designed to express fruit-forward aromatics and integrated sweetness. Our canned cold brew has jubilant notes of strawberry candy and dragon fruit. Tree House has been eagerly anticipating the arrival of this experimental coffee from our favorite coffee producer in Colombia. Last autumn, we were lucky enough to visit several of Ana's farms at Cafe Primitivo, including Villa Libia, which is where we first cupped her newest lots of carbonic macerated coffees. Rover, our Munich Dunkel, is a cornerstone of our Lager program. This hearty Lager is full of rich flavors of brown bread, toffee, and caramel, balanced by the noble spice of Tettnanger hops. Part of what makes Munich Dunkels so special is a mineral-rich water profile, one we carefully mimic when brewing Rover. Without this crucial element of Bavaria's natural terroir, the malt notes, while present, wouldn't shine nearly as beautifully. It feels like a bit of a magic trick, how incredibly flavorful Rover is before finishing clean. Such is the beauty of Lager yeast and proper conditioning when combined with legendary Munich malts. Wycinanki is our Piwo Grodziskie, an increasingly rare style despite its 700-year history in its country of origin, Poland.
