This afternoon we tapped a single half barrel of Citra All Ways in each Tree House taproom. Citra All Ways is a three way blend of the Citra Many Ways series, providing a complex and balanced look at Citra from Washington, Idaho, and Oregon! Enjoy it while it is here!
Today, we are pleased to release the Winter 2024 batch of Persist. Persist is a barrel-blended Imperial Stout. Featuring 60%barrel-aged maple stout, with an average age of 22 months, it is meticulously blended for intense flavor and maximum drinkability. Persist also contains a kiss of coffee to balance the hugely decadent, rich characteristics of the blend. It pours with a fluffy head in the glass and tastes of maple-bourbon candies, chocolate-covered caramels, mocha-maple ice cream floats, and vanilla maple syrup. It is a beer worth cherishing
El Mago is our Mexican-style Lager. 😱 Much of the Tree House journey is energized by the relationships we have built and the memories we have made, from a small red barn to the Tree House you know today. El Mago was brewed for our friend Ramón, a software engineer who has been traveling from Monterrey, Mexico, to Tree House since 2016. Along the way, Ramón has earned the nickname the Wizard since he can make basically any process variable highly modifiable and controllable on our brewhouse. Ramón will be back this week for the latest iteration of upgrades here at Tree House, and we cannot wait to share El Mago with him. El Mago is brewed meticulously to style and features a simple mash and hop bill that is masterfully conveyed in this everyday crusher. Beers of impression are certainly Tree House’s forte, but we continue to find ourselves returning to beers of simplicity and elegance like El Mago—enjoy cold and drink fresh!

We are brimming with excitement for the release of our Le Fruitiér Pommeau. The idea of Pommeau hails from France. If you are unfamiliar with it, it is a version of Apple Brandy that has been blended with fresh-pressed apple juice and then conditioned for an extended period in oak barrels. It is characterized by a brilliant hue and tasting notes of sweet apple, caramel, and vanilla. The apple character hits in a way that we find impossibly vibrant. Let’s have a little gameday fun with Guess the Beers, shall we? The character of a range of specialty malts is crucial to our hoppy beer’s texture, flavor, and juiciness. Not all hops are made the same; some play better with certain specialty malts than others. To illustrate this, we crafted an image of a gradient of our beer to show the broad range of colors you can find within our lineup of hoppy beer at any given time. After completing the image, it was clear that it would be a ton of fun to try to guess which beer is which, and the result is this post. To enter is simple: 1. You must follow @treehousereleases 2. Like this post 3. Leave your guess below, formatted 1-9, as indicated in the second image on this post. That’s it! No purchase is necessary. Guesses are limited to one per account here on Instagram. If you want to make a second guess, you can enter over on the YouTube channel under the video for the same purpose. The first person to guess will be the only winner. If someone is successful, we’ll set them up with a $2500 AirBnB gift card and a $500 gift card and forever bragging rights. The contest begins at 2:30 PM on Sunday, 2/11/24, and ends at 8 PM on Sunday, 2/18/24, when we will reveal which beers are pictured. You must be 21+ to enter and win.
