Golden Fern is an amplified version of Silver Fern. It embodies the time, energy, care, diligence, and passion we have poured into our hoppy beer since day one, and it's further propelled by extensive travel this spring to source and locate the best New Zealand-grown hops we could. We are running low on the hops that make up this monster, and we have maybe one more batch between now and the spring harvest. If you love this beer and it's line, don't wait because nothing gold can stay.

Guys... Gals... We are dropping our Oat Nog Latte today and it is absolutely spectacular. During the holidays, you're likely to encounter eggnog in some fashion, a classic with fans and skeptics alike. Tree House wishes to embrace this tradition by incorporating oat milk based eggnog, or "oat-nog", into our latte repertoire. Utilizing our House Blend cold brew concentrate, nutmeg-infused cane syrup, and a proprietary vegan oat nog base, this product is rich and velvety with sweet custard notes throughout with a balanced nutmeg finish. We hope you enjoy it while you celebrate the season with friends and family alike!

If you are familiar with our recent hoppy pilsner endeavors, you will know that chance encounters have played a tremendous role in our best beers of the past year. So you can imagine our delight when, en route to the 2023 Pacific Northwest hop selection, we fortuitously drove past the lone commercial hop farm in Colorado. Billy Goat Hop Farm not only grows some wonderful hops, but they grow some of the best Cascade anywhere. You see, in 2023, Billy Goat won the Cascade Cup, an award given by the Hop Quality Group for the best Cascade in the country. This is the first time that a farm outside of Washington and Oregon has won this prestigious award. We could not be more delighted to present this taste of Colorado, and more broadly, America, for your enjoyment at Tree House today and in the coming weeks.
