Drawing upon a historical style of gin with a long-standing lineage, Percy’s Old Tom Gin combines new and old-world approaches to create a harmonious tapestry of autumnal New England flavor. Familiar flavors of juniper and cedar sit atop a traditional base spirit distilled from New England malt. Notes of black tea and thyme bring to mind autumn leaves, while oak and maple balance the sweet and warming flavors of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Percy’s Old Tom Gin is a singular spirit that celebrates the passing of time with every sip. Enjoy on its own or in that most timeless cocktail, the old-fashioned.

Today we are pleased to release Double-Double Flip, our first double barreled stout. Following a year in Double Oaked Woodford Reserve barrels, Double Double Flip spent an additional year in Buffalo Trace barrels before conditioning and bottling. Bourbon soaked candies and milk chocolate for days. Our barrel program has matured substantially in the last year, and gems such as this are just the tip of the barreled iceberg to come.
