We are overjoyed to present House Latte as the first coffee-based product in a proper can. The product of much dedication, deliberation, and intent, it is crafted in-House to exacting specifications. It’s a sublime everyday coffee that will enhance your day. We can’t wait for you to try it.

The Triumph.

The Triumph. Whoa. This beer is a version of The Challenge that includes liquid versions of Citra, Galaxy, Nelson, and Waimea. It is Intense with a capital I with almost 15#/BBL dry-hop equivalent. Potent notes of tropical hop oils hit your palate immediately and linger. This sipper will reward patience as it evolves in the can.

I Have Promises to Keep.

I Have Promises to Keep. Nelson + Citra is a sublime combination when done right, and this Tree House classic contains this combination in heavy doses. What a beer! On the can is an actual image from Sand Beach at Acadia National Park on a cool, clear autumn evening.

The Challenge is a Triple IPA brewed with a proprietary yeast blend and meticulously crafted construct that combines over a decade of hoppy beer refinement. It utilizes an enormous hop charge of hand-selected hops from Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Northwest that we have traveled extensively to source. Pouring a glowing yellow color into your glass, it tastes like tropical fruit bubble gum, fresh citrus, and mango nectar with a pleasing and quenching bitterness. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy crafting it.

Mānuka is a brilliant beer and a testament to Tree House's eagerness to seek out rarely used brewing ingredients for your enjoyment. It contains literal buckets of Mānuka honey, a unique type of honey produced in New Zealand, primarily from the nectar of the Manuka tree. The addition of Mānuka provides an incredible depth of character, buoyed by an enormous addition of Peacharine and Riwaka hops. Pouring an incredible yellow color into your glass, the Mānuka character shines throughout with rich honey-caramel and floral notes intermingling with the straight tropical fruit juice character imparted by the hops. This is an extraordinary beer and one we are so pleased you get to try - enjoy!

It's the season of the sticks, and this Galaxy-stuffed beer is tasting better than ever thanks to a dedicated, decade-long effort to source the best hops we possibly can.

A fascinating Italian liqueur with roots that stretch back to the Medieval epoch, our Nocino is made by macerating green walnuts harvested from Tree House Farm & Fermentory in Woodstock in a rich sugar and barley vodka solution. After several months, we filter this black ambrosia and add a touch of maple syrup for a most delicious after-dinner dram. It's beautiful, singular and hyper-limited. This year’s batch of Nocino is elevated by custom letterpress tags crafted by Boston-based @reflexletterpress . This hands-on print method is one of the oldest traditional printing techniques available, requiring the same dedication to craftsmanship that our spirits also demand.

In advance of the Tree House Cyclocross Race happening next Saturday in Deerfield, we are pleased to drop another batch of Time Trial! Crafted with a blend of Citra and Riwaka, this gem is as juicy as it gets.

This rendition of Julius is amplified in every way. First, during the brewing process, it is mashed to give it a more robust body to balance a bigger dry hop on the cellar side. From there, it is conditioned in oak for further softening before another round of dry-hopping and then final conditioning. Complex and thoughtfully crafted, Oaked JJJuliusss is one of a kind.

This year's batch of Cozy is as warm and inviting as this image.

This year's batch of Cozy is as warm and inviting as this image. Our baltic porter, refined with yearly batches and softened by patience, presents with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and dark toast with a smooth and pleasing body. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Phantasmagoric is an absolutely wild Double IPA brewed with Phantasm powder, Mega Motueka, the hyper-limited Manalita, and Nelson. It overflows with unique characteristics native to New Zealand, presenting notes of passion fruit, citrus, mango, and mixed tropical fruit. My word, it's special.
