House Lager Lime in Tequila Barrels began its quest to your cooler over twelve weeks ago in our mash mixer. Following initial fermentation and conditioning, it was transferred to freshly emptied Tequila barrels for further flavor development and texture. From there, a team of five spent hours zesting fresh lime for its final conditioning tank before gentle carbonation was applied prior to packaging. This beer required focused participation across our production team to make. It was cared for with delicacy and purpose every step of the way, and that care translates into your glass. It is beautiful and refreshing. Now, over twelve weeks from when it first hit our mash mixer, it is ready to drink to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Given the laborious process to make it, we yielded just 70 cases across our ecosystem. It is available today with a one four-pack limit per person. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We are deeply restless regarding our hoppy beer and have remained energized to explore new boundaries, experiment with new processes, and pour our hearts into improving our beer as we enter our twelfth year. For Curiosity One Hundred Thirty, we revisited the yeast utilized in Data Set # 5 with new vigor and understanding. Here we utilize Citra, Riwaka, and Huell Melon hops to produce an incredibly tropical yet soft presentation of Tree House Double IPA. This beer is an absolute gem. Not to be outdone, Tree House Distillery is coming out swinging today with the introduction of our PALOMA! Featuring our Casa De Árbol agave spirit made in-House, this refreshing treat balances grapefruit and agave character beautifully. We have a truly spectacular day of releases today to bookend a great week here at Tree House. To begin, we are introducing a cold brew called Barrel Berry. Playing off the subtle red wine balance of Barrel Rouge, the Tree House coffee folk raised the stakes in our next barrel-aged pursuit with Barrel Berry. Looking to elevate a heavier fruit character, the team conditioned our Colombian single-origin El Chocho into a red wine-aged barrel recently finished with a blend of blackberries and brandy. The team is tasting a punch of red and blackberry fruit while maintaining a tannic bite and body lasting from the red wine. This intentful cold brew is a testament to our hard-working team’s relentless quest for refinement and creativity. More to come!

Today we are delighted to introduce Triple Shot Sunshower Barrel Blend! Triple Shot Sunshower Barrel Blend is an amplified version of Double Shot Barrel Blend that incorporates a purposefully chosen in-House roasted and extracted coffee concentrate to highlight and accent the naturally occurring flavors of the blend itself. Pouring like molten dark chocolate into your glass, it presents flavors and aromas of creamy mocha coffee, dark chocolate candies, and hints of vanilla bourbon, all carried atop a thick yet pillowy mouthfeel. With thoughtful input from multiple departments, we are pleased to offer this beer for your enjoyment. Given time to warm in a snifter glass, this beer will be at its best when shared among friends and family.
And because we love you and want you to enjoy a great cold brew every morning, we have also packaged and presented this coffee as a cold brew, which is just fantastic. Though the branding on the can does not say it, all of our cold brew is packaged with a heavy dose of nitrogen. If you give the can a gentle shake before pouring, you will enjoy a creamy and delectable cold brew with a froth of creamy coffee on top.
Next up is a truly stunning coffee from Andres Gomez, grown and cared for in Colombia. Roasted intently to conjure its most delightful attributes, this coffee contains notes of black cherry and pinot noir. It is a pleasure to offer it to you today.
I can tell you guys are pumped for the next four days, and we will do everything in our power to help make them great for you. To begin, we have an absolute gem from our barrel program called Eternity. Eternity is a barrel-blended imperial milk stout brewed with chocolate, coffee, and maple syrup. Featuring 45% barrel-aged Truth blended with a base stout brewed with chocolate, coffee, lactose, and maple syrup, Eternity pours a dense fudgy color in the glass with a dark brown head and puts forth flavors and aromas of bourbon-chocolate maple chews, maple-bourbon hard candy, and rich syrup tones. While dense with flavor, Eternity maintains a rare drinkability in a beer with this level of flavor. It is everything good about a comfortable morning distilled into this lovely bottle. Keep it cold and savor it - it is special. As our barrel program continues to bear fruit, we find a great deal of joy in offering you a beer such as Eternity, at scale, for all to enjoy. It is intended to be enjoyed by the 12 oz glass to truly enjoy the full breadth of its complexity, nuance, and character. Drink now or age it in the refrigerator for up to five years.

Creamsicle is a novel and delicious rendition of Julius that enjoys several days of conditioning atop a hefty dose of whole-bean vanilla. The result is a beer akin to an orange creamsicle, with ripe citrus and vanilla notes atop a fluffy and singular Tree House base. Just look at the color, my word! It is so, so tasty!

We are kicking off the week with a fresh round of Bubble Hop! Here we use Eclipse, a promising new variety from our friends in Australia. This particular batch tastes like a low-sugar orange soda with a hoppy kick that is to drink for. We improve these delectable libations with each successive batch because we pay close attention to drinkability and process. A non-alcoholic hoppy refresher made with agave syrup, Bubble Hop is a phenomenal everyday treat that is easy on the palate.

Today we are absolutely delighted to introduce a beer called Turbo! Turbo is affectionately named after our resident Cascade nerd, Porter, who, if you are familiar with our YouTube videos, can be fawning over Cascade any opportunity he gets. In the beer, we crafted a Tree House-style IPA that presents Cascade of three origins - New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Northwest. For fans of the hop, this beer is absolutely overflowing with complex Cascade character in a way we have yet to experience. The zesty grapefruit character is off of the charts. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this gem while it lasts, and we can't wait for you to try it!
