Because they love you, the packaging team diverted some Green-ish to the bottling line this morning! This limited run of bottles will be available at the bar in Charlton today, and all other taproom locations on Friday. 1 drink ticket = 2 bottles! 🙌

We're excited kick off today with the latest release from our mixed fermentation program - Stone Fruit! This mixed-ferm pale ale uses both Peacharine and Citra hops, and we taste peach, notes of grapefruit, with just a wee bit of funk. This one is amazingly crushable! 🍑🧡

This addition amplifies the character of the candied-hop base to new heights with flavors of fresh orange juice, tropical hop candy, and mango. 🍊🤤🚨

It's with that in mind that we are pleased to introduce the following: Your Most Cherished Future Memories Are Happening Right Now. Indeed, what we will be nostalgic about years down the road is happening right before our eyes. The company we keep, and the things we do will make up the tangled web of beautiful memories that are so important to the human experience. For us, it has been important to keep this ideal at the front of our minds in the search for happiness. Feauturing Riwaka hops from New Zealand, the resident hype beast and Tree House cellar lead Kyle called this the beer of the year. 3.3.23 Project Find the Limit Vanilla Bean # 6. This beer features a Truth base featuring an increasing volume of whole-bean vanilla. Truth is the most superlative expression from our barrel program. From there, we add an obscene amount of whole-bean vanilla of varying origins. For #6, we use far more vanilla than we have ever utilized in a beer, and thus, the batch volume is exceedingly small. It won't be available for long and will likely sell out today.

Curiosity 129 - Curiosity 129 is our latest endeavor to push the envelope of hoppy beer through attentive trial and exploration. Brewed with a blend of pale and caramel malts and hopped aggressively with juicy American hops, Curiosity 129 is imparted with a novel flavor profile through a new-to-us yeast. It pours a beautiful hazy orange color into your glass and presents notes of juicy melon, ripe peach, mango, and juicy fruit gum. A standout in the series, it has inspired us to go down the rabbit hole of modern yeast with an aggressive exploration of what are new to us brewers. Stay tuned for more, but in the meantime, enjoy what this novel Double IPA has to offer - it's a great one!

3.2.23 Today a new bottling of House Vodka emerges from Tree House Distillery. Sitting in the shadow of an actual Vodka distillation in this image, the bottle is as elegant as the liquid it contains. In the past twelve months, our distillery has supported over *75* acres of locally grown malt malted by our friends at Valley Malt. We mash this malt in-House to precise specifications and distill it in a way that retains it's distinctive essence while presenting a clean and well-rounded Vodka that is as delicious as it is versatile. We are proud to support this virtuous ecosystem in an increasing ambitious way.
