Reel: Estrellita is our single origin House coffee.

Estrellita is our single origin House coffee. It is grown by our friends Pablo & Eva Del Cid in Guatemala. We are very proud to offer this coffee, considering what it means for Pablo & Eva and for the way that it tastes. You see, without a direct trade relationship, many farmers are left to sell their crop into the commodity market at rock-bottom prices. By curating a direct relationship - which enables a direct feedback loop and drastically higher quality coffee - we are able to guarantee Pablo & Eva a yearly income that sustains their farm and their family. Today we are pleased to offer their coffee, roasted beautifully in-House, in proper bags for the first time. It’s beautiful, isn’t it?

3.1.23 Stately - Dark is a mixed fermentation dark table beer brewed and conditioned with select pale and roasted malts. It carries notes of mild chocolate, chocolate wafers, and sweet malt atop a base of mild funk and straw. Naturally carbonated in the can, it carries a tight carbonation and dense foamy head. Beautifully crafted from start to finish, Stately - Dark is a distinctive, highly drinkable, and pleasant all-around crusher. It is available beginning today!

2.22.23

2.22.23 Is this the Limit? We think so, but we look forward to hearing what you have to say. We began this project as a way to hopefully bring greater value to refinement and balance by demonstrating that increasingly large hop doses have diminishing returns. We were able to push the limit further than we expected, frankly, and we learned a lot along the way. For those keeping score at home, the Limit was 14.5# / BBL of ordinary T-90 hop pellets. At that dosing rate, we yielded around 30 barrels from a 120-barrel batch, which is an atrocious yield loss without a centrifuge and resulted in a very high cost for the beer. This was after extended conditioning and very arduous process for the cellar team. More concentrated hop products allowed us to continue pushing the pounds per barrel equivalent, to be sure, but this feels like enough. We never say never, but we don't expect a new rendition of the series to come around again any time soon. Project Find the Limit Thirteen may actually be the limit by utilizing concentrated hop products in four different formats along with concentrated hop pellets. We calculate that this beast contains just under 30# per barrel of hop pellet equivalent. This is about a pound per gallon, to put it into perspective. Pouring a milky yellow color into the glass, Thirteen presents with notes of intense tropical hop oils, mouth-coating citrus-forward hop oils, and a bounty of familiar exotic fruit. It's completely outrageous but maintains a pleasant sippability in spite of its ferocious intensity. It's available in all Tree House locations beginning today - it is a genuinely singular experience!

2.22.23

2.22.23 @treehousecoffeecompany When coffees arrive from Nariño, a southwestern region of Colombia, the Tree House coffee department does not hesitate to find the perfect match to include in our single origin rotation. In particular, this washed, sun-dried coffee is produced by Fernando Martinez at El Chupadero. High elevation at over 2000 meters along the Andes mountains with consistent sunlight from neighboring the equator is only a few of the elements that give this coffee its maximum sweetness, medium body, and bright acidity. We enjoy notes of Honeycrisp apple, brown sugar, and cherry pie. Enjoy from the can or over ice!

2.22.23

2.22.23 A fresh run of our Key Lime Vodka Soda has us dreaming of warmer days ahead! This Vodka Soda begins life as locally grown barely before it begins a miraculous transformation into a refreshing beverage at Tree House. More to come!

2.22.23

2.22.23 Enjoying a Moment of Clarity is always good for the soul. This maple and chocolate-filled delight is a perpetual favorite, with flavor punching well above its weight in a beer that checks every box possible. More to come!
