Direct from cellar tasting notes: "Getting tons of mango and guava, with some melon on the back end. Already has a soft smooth finish, minimal hop bitterness but enough to know its an IPA!"

Brewed with a complex assortment of malts and conditioned in horizontal stainless for an extended period to peak maturity, it drinks beautifully with just the right amount of smoke.

12.9.22 @treehousecoffeecompany Tree House is pleased to announce the release of Anaerobic Pacamara from Finca El Jardin, a unique and rare coffee offering from our friends and growing partners Pablo and Eva del Cid. This experimental lot of naturally-processed Pacamara coffee is produced using an anaerobic fermentation process, where the coffee cherries are fermented in a sealed, oxygen-free environment. This results in a fruit-forward sweetness and a punchy flavor profile with notes of strawberry and grape. The coffee has a big body and a silky finish, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy trying funky and unique coffee flavors. With just 60 pounds of this coffee produced this vintage, we are offering 4oz cans of it as a way for everyone to try a little taste of it during the holiday season. This is a rare opportunity to experience truly innovative and high-quality coffee. We are happy to share it with those who appreciate a commitment to excellence and inventiveness in their cup.

Vintage 468 Bottles. @treehousedistillery Made with Tree House Farm & Fermentory-grown apples, this gem of a spirit captures the essence, whims, and idiosyncrasies of both heritage and heirloom apple varieties. This is an exquisite distillation. Previously, John won Double Gold at the San Francisco Spirits competition for his cherry Eau De Vie. Double Gold is defined as: "Awarded to the entries that receive a Gold medal rating by all members of the judging panel; these are among the finest products in the world."
