12.5.22 Creamsicle!! In construct, it's Vanilla Bean Julius but when we tasted it we could not possibly call it anything else. That a beer made with water, malt, hops, yeast, and whole bean vanilla can taste like an orange popsicle with a cream filling completely melts our brains.
12.5.22 Ambrosia is an American IPA that is brewed with the perfect blend of American hops and finished off with a generous amount of coconut, oranges, and pineapple. The result is a beer that is truly greater than the sum of its parts. When poured into a glass, Ambrosia boasts a beautiful orange color that is as captivating as the tropical fruit salad, ripe citrus, and toasted coconut flavors that it carries.
12.5.22 A German-style Pils dry-hopped with Spalter Select and Saaz, Pizzeria Pils is a crisp, refreshing, delicious, no frills beverage that pairs brilliantly with a crispy Tree House pizza.
12.5.22 Behind the Times is our Dunkel Rauchbier. It honors tradition with a tedious mash procedure utilizing primarily dark Munich and smoked malts to create flavors and aromas of molten toffee, brown bread, mild chocolate, campfire, and caramel. A sturdy addition of Tettnanger hops provides balance and depth. A clean dark chestnut color and wispy off-white head only add to the mouth-watering appeal of this beer. It is thoughtful, elegant, and packed with nuance and character. Beers that command your attention are a wonderful thing. Beers that can fade into the background as a complementary unspoken companion to celebratory moments in life are also beautiful things and deserve to be held in equally high esteem. 12.5.22 Sapling, our singular and delicious pale ale, is crafted with care using the finest ingredients we can find. Simcoe and Chinook hops give it a vibrant aroma and bold flavor, while our House pale ale yeast imparts a distinctive character. Pouring a beautiful golden yellow into your glass, Sapling reveals complex and inviting aromas of ruby red grapefruit, tropical punch, and mixed citrus, all intertwined with hints of pine. It delivers a satisfying bitterness on the palate that lingers on the finish, inviting you to take another sip. This batch of Sapling is particularly special, as it features Chinook hops that we selected directly from the field in Yakima, Washington. Following this selection, our brewers had the opportunity to discuss the kilning process and its impact on the finished hop pellet products with one of our favorite farmers in the valley, which will yield dividends in our IPA for the coming year. Featuring 45% barrel-aged Truth blended with a base stout brewed with chocolate, coffee, lactose, and maple syrup, Eternity pours a dense fudgy color in the glass with a dark brown head and puts forth flavors and aromas of bourbon-chocolate maple chews, maple-bourbon hard candy, and rich syrup tones. While dense with flavor, Eternity maintains a drinkability that is rare in a beer with this level of flavor. It is everything good about a comfortable morning distilled into this lovely bottle. By utilizing milk chocolate, lactose, and cocoa powder, we are able to coax flavors of melted milk chocolate, gooey chocolate fudge, and chocolate syrup out of this truly seasonal, decadent treat. It is rich, decadent, and flavor saturated in a way that will make you smile throughout the whole glass. Jingle Juice all the Way. 🛷❄️
Distilling isn't always about making delicious spirits, it can also be an academic pursuit! Over the past year our distillers have been hard at work pouring through old manuscripts to help revive a long lost spirit known as Krystall Schnapps. Combining aesthetic and gastronomic virtues, our Krystall Peppermint Schnapps starts by steeping heaps of fragrant peppermint in our House Vodka. This dark tincture is then distilled into a concentrated crystalline essence. This is where the magic begins! Schnapps, typically bottled with a low alcohol content, features a fair amount of sugar– however, when you increase the alcohol content (say to 100 proof like ours!) the sugar has less water to dissolve into, and the result– crystals! And lots of them. Each hand-filled bottle features a unique and dazzling crystal structure inside. Hang a bottle on the tree or if you're inclined to share, leave a little out for you know who aside from the milk and cookies. @treehousedistillery
‘Tis the season for holiday themed labels and beers that have now become tradition! Following on the wonderfully successful Jingle Juice, Jolly Juice is also brewed utilizing an intriguing ingredient paired with an onslaught or hops. By steeping dried Osmanthus flower in the wort during every phase of the process, we are able to extract incredible stone fruit-like character from this marvelous and mysterious ingredient. The resulting beer is highly enjoyable for its unique nature with floral stone fruit notes, ripe peach, and mild acidity that results from the use of this rare ingredient. This is such a compelling series and we are pleased once again to share it with you!

Authentic ingredients. Individual character. An integrated and delicious outcome. A draft favorite. King Creamsicle is King Julius conditioned atop a carefully dosed volume of Vanilla Beans. The resulting beer carries waves of orange notes encircled by prevalent but balanced vanilla character. We taste orange creamsicle, sweet orange vanilla bean syrup, and citrusy hops atop an original Tree House mouthfeel. This beer works incredibly well on its but also contributes mightily to novel cocktails.
In the past 20+ years, the Festival of Giving Trees has raised over $793,000 to help the Silent Spring Institute, the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition & the Cancer Center at Harrington Hospital to fight the battle against breast cancer and to help fund cancer research. Our contribution to this year's Festival is on its way to the LaSalle Reception Center in advance of this weekend's event. We recently released our most recent batch of KOLA, our coffee liqueur. Kola begins its journey as a coffee liqueur unlike any other, with a single malt stout mash fermented clean and then distilled to a sweet cocoa and vanilla-forward spirit. Following its time in the still, Kola is laid to condition atop freshly sliced vanilla beans and a potent infusion of custom House-roasted and extracted cold brew.
