Julius Vanilla Bean

A staff favorite for many years, we decided to let a few kegs of our orange Creamsicle into the wild for you to enjoy. Vanilla Bean Julius is simply Julius condition on Mexican vanilla beans. The nose smells of orange sorbet and the test has a sharp vanilla and orange character that is much like shaved rind on top of vanilla ice cream.

12.5.22 Creamsicle!! In construct, it's Vanilla Bean Julius but when we tasted it we could not possibly call it anything else. That a beer made with water, malt, hops, yeast, and whole bean vanilla can taste like an orange popsicle with a cream filling completely melts our brains.
